Referring to fig. 2, 3 and 5, a plurality of positioning protrusions 171 are disposed in the recess 170, and the cover plate 500 has positioning holes 520 matching with the positioning protrusions 171. The circumferential rotation of the cover plate 500 is restricted, and the cover plate 500 is prevented from moving along with the rotation of the first gear 210 or the second gear 310.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 3 and fig. 5, a first gasket 240 is disposed in the central groove 120 and sleeved on the cylindrical rod 220, a second gasket 330 is disposed in the eccentric groove 130, and the second gear 310 abuts against the second gasket 330. The provision of the first and second spacers 240 and 330 reduces backlash and frictional resistance, which is an aspect of transmission between the first and second gears 210 and 310. Simply, the connecting screw 400 connected to the second transmission member 300 is sleeved with a third gasket.
Referring to fig. 6, a driver 920 is disposed in the notch surface 910 of the door/window profile 900, and the driver protrudes out of the notch surface 910 to connect with the connecting shaft 320 of the second driving member 300. It is avoided that the centrally arranged transmission element penetrates the side wall of the slot face 910 and is connected to the transmission element 920, i.e. that the side wall of the slot face 910 of the profile 900 is damaged.
In conclusion, the eccentric shaft handle base mechanism provided by the invention is conveniently and directly arranged on the notch surface of the section bar through the matching of the first transmission part and the second transmission part, so that the cavity of the section bar is prevented from being damaged, the installation is convenient and simple, and the efficiency is improved; the first gear and the second gear are matched, so that transmission is smoother, and user experience is good; and the stroke can be conveniently controlled according to the requirement by controlling the transmission ratio between the first gear and the second gear, and the use is simple and convenient.
