The flame-retardant coating 4 comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20 parts of ethanol, 10 parts of glacial acetic acid, 5 parts of dimethylformamide, 5 parts of dimethyl-silicon glycol, 10 parts of ammonium polyphosphate and 15 parts of butyl titanate.
