The existing process for manufacturing the pattern in the relief form on the decal label is complex, the pattern paper needs to be formed into a bottom hollowed-out jacking form in a back pressing mode, and then the pattern paper is adhered to the back paper, so that the relief pattern can be formed on the front surface, but the prior art is also limited, and the manufacture of the relief pattern cannot be realized on one decal label simultaneously with the manufacture of the gold stamping pattern. (1) The raised embossment pattern is printed on the base paper in advance by the aid of the printing ink, and then the printing paper serving as an upper printing layer is pressed and attached to the base paper and the embossment pattern, so that the embossment pattern in a raised mode is formed, the embossment pattern cannot be invalid when the patterns are printed on the printing paper or the bronzing effect is manufactured, and the bronzing effect and the embossment effect exist on the decalcomania label effectively, reliably and at low cost. The invention adopts ingenious design in the technical process, and the prepared label product has simple structure, convenient use and low cost, and is suitable for application in decal labels.
(2) According to the invention, the grooves are formed on the printing die of the base paper, so that more printing ink can be reserved relative to conventional printing, raised label pattern patterns can be conveniently printed on the base paper, and concave patterns with higher fineness than the grooves are formed on the pressure head for pressing the printing paper, so that the fineness of raised patterns formed on the front surface of the printing paper can be effectively improved, the expression of relief patterns is improved, the patterns with smaller relief patterns can be fully displayed, collapse is not easy to occur, and the attractiveness and the retention time of the relief patterns are greatly improved.
(3) According to the invention, the thin layer of hot melt adhesive is added between the upper printing paper and the base paper, so that the bonding structural performance between the two layers is improved, the raised embossing pattern ink is more convenient to fix, and the embossing pattern deformation caused by the displacement of the ink in subsequent production and use is not easy to occur.
(4) The invention not only can show the effect of a single gold stamping pattern on the raised pattern, but also enriches the pattern elements on the decal label by configuring the corresponding planar pattern on the non-raised part of the printing paper, thereby improving the aesthetic property of the gold stamping label.

Example 1

The protective film is mainly used for protecting the surfaces of the gold stamping layer and the printing paper, improves the durability of the label, can be made of conventional film materials, and is preferably a transparent PET film.
