Background
The rail running of the rail-road vehicle is realized by the contact of wheels and rails, and at present, the wheels are basically made of steel materials which have good conductivity. In special cases, such as when a combined car is used in a work area, the rails are required to be insulated from the car body, and the use of insulated wheels is the best way to insulate.
The existing insulated wheel is provided with an insulated bushing between a bearing inner ring and an axle, and meanwhile, an insulated pressing sheet is arranged between two sides of a bearing and an axle stopping step to realize insulation. In addition, the insulation wheel comprises a wheel body and an insulation shaft sleeve, the insulation shaft sleeve is connected with the wheel body through a bolt, the bearing is directly arranged on the insulation shaft sleeve, and the bearing is directly arranged on the insulation shaft sleeve in the mode, so that the bearing is limited, and the insulation wheel is easy to wear and damage.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, an insulated wheel includes: wheel body 1, wheel core 2, locating part 5, insulating part 3 and mounting 4, wheel body 1 and wheel core 2 coaxial arrangement and wheel body 1 suit in the periphery of wheel core 2, and insulating part 3 sets up between wheel body 1 and wheel core 2, and mounting 4 sets up between insulating part 3 and wheel body 1, and locating part 5 sets up in the terminal surface of wheel body 1 to limit 4 axial motion of mounting jointly with wheel body 1.
It should be noted that, the wheel core 2 is used for being connected with an axle, the wheel body 1 and the wheel core 2 can rotate relatively, the insulating member 3 and the fixing member 4 are independent members, and can rotate relatively with the wheel body 1 and the wheel core 2, respectively, the fixing member 4 and the wheel core 2 limit the axial position of the insulating member 3 together, and the limiting member 5 and the wheel body 1 limit the axial position of the fixing member 4 together, so as to ensure the position stability of the fixing member 4 and the insulating member 3.
The fixing piece 4 and the insulating piece 3 are both of annular cylindrical structures, and the fixing piece 4 has certain axial elasticity, so that the problem of cracking of the insulating piece 3 caused by insufficient shrinkage is solved.
The insulating wheel provided by the application has the advantages that the structure is simple, the number of the insulating parts 3 is small, the assembly difficulty is low, the production cost is low, the insulating parts 3 are not directly connected with the wheel core 2 and the wheel body 1 of the wheel, and the bearing capacity of the insulating parts 3 is improved; the limiting part 5 and the wheel body 1 limit the axial position of the fixing part 4 together, the fixing part 4 and the wheel core 2 limit the axial position of the insulating part 3, the wheel core is prevented from being separated from the insulating part 3, and the insulating part 3 is prevented from being damaged.
In order to enhance the effect of the fixing member 4 and the wheel core 2 on the spacing of the insulator 3, in addition to the above embodiment, it is further preferable that the outer periphery of the wheel core 2 is a wave-shaped peripheral surface, the insulator 3 is a wave-shaped insulator 3 matching the outer periphery of the wheel core 2, and the inner peripheral surface of the fixing member 4 facing the insulator 3 is a wave-shaped surface matching the outer peripheral surface of the insulator 3. In addition to the above-described embodiments, the wheel body 1 preferably includes a tread surface 101, a shoulder, and a shoulder 102, and the shoulder 102 is provided on the inner periphery of the outer end of the wheel body 1. The fixing part 4 is tightly matched with the wheel body 1, and meanwhile, the two ends are respectively provided with the retaining shoulder 102 and the limiting part 5, so that the axial strength and reliability are ensured. The tread 101 adopts a standard rail vehicle tread 101, and has good derailment resistance and wear resistance; the retaining shoulder 102 can well transmit the axial acting force of the steel rail on the wheel body 1 to the fixing piece 4, and the sufficient axial strength of the wheel is ensured.
In addition to the above-described embodiments, the configuration of the stopper 5 is further preferably such that the stopper 5 is a ring guard which is detachably provided on the inner end surface of the wheel body 1. When the wheel is installed, the fixing piece 4 and the insulating piece 3 are installed firstly, then the annular baffle is installed on the inner end face of the wheel body 1, and installation can be completed, and when the fixing piece 4 and the insulating piece 3 need to be replaced, the annular baffle can be detached and replaced.
There are several ways of detachment, and in addition to the above embodiments, it is further preferred that the annular shield is attached to the wheel body 1 by bolts 6. The inner end face of the wheel body 1 is provided with a bolt 6 hole 103, and the bolt 6 penetrates through the annular baffle plate and then is inserted into the bolt 6 hole 103 to complete installation. Optionally, the ring guard is connected to the wheel body 1 by a fixing pin.
In addition to the insulated wheel, the invention further provides a vehicle, which comprises a vehicle body and a wheel arranged at the bottom of the vehicle body, wherein the wheel is the insulated wheel disclosed in any one of the embodiments. The insulated wheel according to claim 1, wherein the outer periphery of the wheel core (2) is a wavy peripheral surface, the insulator (3) is a wavy insulator (3) matching the outer periphery of the wheel core (2), and the inner peripheral surface of the fixing member (4) facing the insulator (3) is a wavy surface matching the outer peripheral surface of the insulator (3).
3. An insulated wheel according to claim 1, characterized in that the wheel body (1), the wheel core (2) and the fixing element (4) are all steel structural parts.
4. The insulated wheel according to claim 1, characterized in that the wheel body (1) comprises a tread (101), a shoulder and a shoulder (102), the shoulder (102) being arranged on the inner circumference of the outer end of the wheel body (1).
