Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a partial schematic view of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the invention. The electronic device may be a tablet notebook, a kiosk, or other electronic device with a stylus 4. The electronic equipment comprises an equipment shell 3, a touch pen 4 and a touch pen 4 assembling structure. The touch pen 4 is arranged in the equipment shell 3 and positioned on the right side of the equipment shell 3, and the touch pen 4 is fixed in the equipment shell 3 through the touch pen 4 assembling structure.
Specifically, the touch pen assembling structure comprises an assembling cavity 1, a fixing part and an ejecting assembly 10. The fixing portion is a magnetic portion 11 in this embodiment, that is, the touch pen 4 is fixed by a magnetic method. The assembly cavity 1 is enclosed by an equipment shell 3 and is used for accommodating a touch pen 4. One end of the assembly cavity 1 is provided with an opening 2, and the opening 2 is positioned at one side of the equipment shell 3; the end of the assembly chamber 1 remote from the opening 2 is provided with an ejection assembly 10. In one embodiment, the assembly cavity 1 includes an introduction groove and a fixed limiting groove, so as to facilitate accurate, limited and smooth insertion of the stylus 4.
As shown in fig. 1, the touch pen 4 is accommodated in the assembly cavity 1 and can abut against the pop-up assembly 10, and an end of the touch pen 4 located at the position of the opening 2 is pressed, the pop-up assembly 10 is pressed and contracted, and after the touch pen 4 is released from the pressing, the pop-up assembly 10 can pop at least part of the touch pen 4 out of the assembly cavity 1 due to the resilience force of the touch pen 4 when being pressed and contracted. Through the mode, the touch pen 4 can be arranged in the electronic equipment, and the touch pen 4 is popped out by the popping assembly 10 and is not easy to fall off.
Further, in order to better fix the touch pen 4 and prevent the touch pen 4 from slipping out of the assembly cavity 1, a magnetic part 11 is arranged in the assembly cavity 1, and a specific magnetic part, such as a magnet, is also arranged on the touch pen 4; the magnetic part 11 also adopts a magnet, and can be matched with the magnet on the touch pen 4 to fix the touch pen 4.
In this embodiment, the elastic force of the pop-up assembly 10 is at least 1.8 times greater than the magnetic attraction between the magnetic attraction 11 and the magnet, so as to facilitate the removal of the stylus 4.
The position of portion is inhaled to magnetism is selected, can satisfy: after the touch pen 4 is placed in the assembly cavity 1, the touch pen 4 abuts against the pop-up assembly 10, so that the pop-up assembly 10 is slightly stressed to form a resistance state. Of course, the middle position of the touch pen 4 relative to the touch pen can be directly set, and the resistance state is not considered, and only the touch pen 4 is ensured to be adsorbed and fixed.
The pop-up assembly 10 comprises a stop block 5 and an elastic piece 8, wherein the stop block 5 is abutted against the touch pen 4, one end of the elastic piece 8 is abutted against the stop block 5, and the other end of the elastic piece 8 is fixed on a shell of the electronic equipment.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the elastic member 8 is a spring. In other embodiments, the elastic member 8 may also be an elastic sheet, which is not limited herein.
The main body of the stop block 5 is plate-shaped, a circle enclosing structure 7 is further arranged on the stop block 5, and part of the elastic piece 8 is located in the circle enclosing structure 7. As shown in FIG. 3, the round enclosing structure 7 protrudes from the stopper 5, so that the problems of spring fixing and positioning can be solved skillfully, and the subsequent fixing needle can be conveniently penetrated.
In this embodiment, the elastic member 8 is a spring, the elastic member 8 is provided with two, the circular enclosing structures 7 are provided with two at intervals, and the elastic member 8 and the circular enclosing structures 7 are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence manner.
In the production process, two springs all have elasticity, if do not have this round parcel spring of enclosing, can hardly assemble (the spring atress is easily played and is run and fly to fall, two springs are fixed simultaneously and need a plurality of hands to assist etc.), and the round structure 7 is enclosed in the setting then the spring can just insert and portable with the operation of being convenient for.
The assembly structure of the touch pen 4 further comprises a fixing pin 9, wherein one end of the fixing pin 9 is fixed, and the fixing pin is connected to the stop block 5 through the elastic piece 8. Referring to fig. 1 and 3, the fixing pin 9 is a steel pin, which is substantially L-shaped, one end of the fixing pin is fixed, and the other end of the fixing pin is connected to the stopper 5, and the stopper 5 can slide along the fixing pin 9 when being pressed and rebounded.
The touch pen 4 assembly structure further comprises a limiting plate, and the limiting plate is located on one side, close to the opening 2, of the stop block 5. The limiting plate limits the touch pen 4, so that the touch pen 4 is positioned and firmly abutted to the assembly structure of the touch pen 4. In order to protect the pen end of the touch pen 4, a through hole 6 is formed in the position, close to the center, of the stop block 5, and the through hole 6 is used for accommodating the pen end of the touch pen 4. The pen end of the touch pen 4 is suspended and not easy to rub, and the service life can be prolonged.
As another embodiment of the present invention, it is different from the above embodiments that the fixing portion employs a resistance portion 12 for providing resistance to insertion and extraction of the touch pen, which is specifically shown in fig. 4.
The resistance part 12 is arranged in the assembly cavity 1, and the resistance part 12 is used for providing frictional resistance when the touch pen 4 is inserted and pulled out. In this embodiment, the resistance portion is a rubber module, and the rubber module is located on both sides of the stylus. In fig. 4, the resistance portion 12 comprises a two-part resistance structure, one pair of rubber modules being adjacent to the opening of the assembly chamber 1 and the other pair of rubber modules being adjacent to the ejection assembly. Each pair of rubber modules are semi-cylindrical bumps arranged on two sides of the assembly cavity 4, slightly protrude out of the assembly cavity 1 and are used for rubbing the touch pen. Of course, it is understood that the resistance portion 12 may be replaced by other structures similar to rubber, such as silicone rubber, plastic, etc. with certain elasticity, which can provide friction.
Of course, a snap-in structure 13 may also be provided for securing the resistance 12 to secure the rubber module. As shown in fig. 4 in particular, the snap-in structure 13 snaps the rubber module down from the rear side of the rubber module. The same as the above embodiment, the spring force should be larger than the friction resistance, and the electric control pen is actively pressed to be ejected.
According to the technical scheme provided by the invention, the touch pen can be arranged in the electronic equipment by utilizing the assembly cavity and the pop-up assembly, and the touch pen is popped up by utilizing the pop-up assembly, so that the touch pen is not easy to fall off, and the touch pen is not aged along with the use duration, and the integral attractiveness of the electronic equipment is not influenced.
