The hydrolyzed keratin can be prepared by the following method:
cleaning animal hair with tap water, putting the cleaned animal hair into sodium thioglycolate alkali solution (adjusted by NaOH solution) with the pH value of 8-12 and the concentration of 0.3-1.0 mol/L, soaking for 1-3 hours at normal pressure and room temperature, then adding urea (the adding amount of the urea is limited by the concentration of 6.0-8.0 mol/L), reacting for 3-28 hours at normal pressure and 20-60 ℃, filtering undissolved raw materials after the reaction time expires, centrifugally separating to obtain keratin solution, respectively putting the obtained keratin solution into dialysis bags with the molecular weight cutoff of 200kD, dialyzing for 40 hours in mercaptoethanol aqueous solution with the mass concentration of 0.08%, and freeze-drying to obtain hydrolyzed keratin white powder with the molecular weight of less than or equal to 0 Dalton.
In the bath foam with antibacterial and antipruritic functions, the main surfactant is at least two of ammonium laureth sulfate, sodium lauroyl sarcosinate, potassium cocoyl glycinate, sodium lauroyl glutamate, disodium laureth sulfosuccinate, potassium laurate, potassium myristate, potassium palmitate, potassium stearate and potassium laureth phosphate; the auxiliary surfactant is at least two of cocamide DEA, cocamide MEA, cocamide methyl MEA, cocamide propyl betaine, lauramidopropyl hydroxysultaine, ethylene glycol distearate, lauryl glucoside and sodium lauroamphoacetate; the pH regulator is at least one of citric acid, sodium citrate, EDTA disodium and lactic acid; the pure water is deionized water or distilled water.
The preparation method of the bath foam with the functions of bacteriostasis and relieving itching comprises the steps of firstly adding 80-92% of pure water by mass into a container with a stirrer according to the components of the bath foam and the ingredients of the bath foam by mass percent, then adding the main surfactant, the auxiliary surfactant, the acid-base regulator and the sodium chloride into a container with a stirrer, heating to 60-80 deg.C under normal pressure while stirring, cooling to 40-30 deg.C when the main surfactant, auxiliary surfactant, acid-base regulator and sodium chloride are completely dissolved, adding fructus Zanthoxyli extract, trehalose, keratin and residual pure water into a container with stirrer, stirring at 40-30 deg.C, and when the pepper extract, the trehalose and the keratin are completely dissolved, naturally cooling to room temperature to obtain the bath foam with the functions of bacteriostasis and relieving itching.

1. Sample preparation: the strains used in the experiment (from the strain center of Beijing biological product authentication): escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, tetanus bacillus, Propionibacterium acnes, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Candida albicans, and Penicillium were inoculated into a nutrient medium (LB, Nantong Kai Biotech limited), activated at 37 deg.C for 12 hours, prepared into 5mL/L bacterial suspension with sterile water, and placed in a refrigerator at 4 deg.C for use.
Preparing five groups of sample solutions for later use by respectively using a nutrient medium (LB) as a solvent for hydrolyzed keratin, a pepper extract, trehalose and a functional composition (the mass ratio of the hydrolyzed keratin to the pepper extract to the trehalose is 1: 1: 0.1), wherein the mass concentrations of the five groups of sample solutions are respectively hydrolyzed keratin and hydrolyzed keratin is 3.0%; a zanthoxylum bungeanum extract group, 3.0 percent of zanthoxylum bungeanum extract; trehalose group, trehalose 0.3%; functional composition group a, functional composition 3.0%; functional composition group B, functional composition 1.5%; sterile water was used as a control.
2. And (3) bacteriostatic determination: adopting a filter paper diffusion method to make filter paper into 12 small round paper sheets with the diameter of 6mm, then pasting each small round filter paper sheet on a nutrient medium coated with 5ml/L of bacterial suspension respectively (preparing a nutrient culture (LB) base agar plate according to a conventional method and sterilizing by a high-pressure steam sterilization method), taking 10 mul of prepared five sample solutions and sterile water respectively, dripping 5 mul of each sample solution and sterile water on two small round filter paper sheets pasted on the nutrient medium coated with the bacterial suspension respectively, then putting the sample solutions and the sterile water into a 37 ℃ constant-temperature incubator, culturing for 24 hours, observing the growth condition of bacteria, and measuring the diameter of a bacteriostatic ring.
The results are shown in table 2 below (table 2 is the average of two groups of inhibition zone data):
TABLE 2
Note: trehalose is equivalent to sterile water, has almost no bacteriostatic action, and is not shown in Table 2.
Test results show that the functional composition has better bacteriostatic effect.
EXAMPLE 13 rash inhibition assay of functional compositions
1, sample preparation: preparing five groups of sample solutions for later use by using deionized water for preparing hydrolyzed keratin, pepper extract, trehalose and a functional composition (the mass ratio of the hydrolyzed keratin to the pepper extract to the trehalose is 1: 1: 0.1), wherein the mass concentrations of the five groups of sample solutions are respectively hydrolyzed keratin and hydrolyzed keratin 3.0%; a zanthoxylum bungeanum extract group, 3.0 percent of zanthoxylum bungeanum extract; trehalose group, trehalose 0.3%; functional composition group a, functional composition 3.0%; functional composition group B, functional composition 1.5%; deionized water was used as a control.
2. And (3) testing: the rats of the constructed rash test animal model were scrubbed with each of the above sample solutions and 5ml of deionized water 1 time every 4 hours for 5 minutes each time, and the condition of the rat rash was observed.
3. As a result: after 11 rubs with keratin solution, the rash did not develop, and after 20 rubs, it substantially disappeared. After 7 rubs with zanthoxylum bungeanum extract solution, the rash did not develop any more, and after 14 rubs, the rash substantially disappeared. After 5 swabbing with the functional composition a solution, the rash did not develop any more, and after 11 swabbing, the rash substantially disappeared. After 7 scrubs with the functional composition B solution, the rash did not develop any more, and after 13 scrubs, it substantially disappeared. The condition of using trehalose solution for scrubbing is equivalent to that of deionized water, and the effect of inhibiting the rash is not obvious.
Test results show that the functional composition has better effect of inhibiting skin rash.
