s3, when the controller is electrified or overhauled before the screw compressor runs, the output of the switching value is subjected to simulation operation, namely forced closing and forced opening, one by one in sequence, and then the simulation change of the output state is respectively monitored according to the process requirements of the screw compressor and the determined control logic, so that whether each output of the controller is normal or not is judged;
And S4, when the controller is electrified or overhauled before the screw compressor runs, carrying out simulation operation, namely forced output and forced return to zero, on the output of the analog quantity one by one in sequence, and respectively monitoring simulation change of an output result according to the process requirement of the screw compressor and the determined control logic, so as to judge whether each output of the controller is normal.
