背景技术
有机涂料,以高分子化合物为主要成膜物质所组成的涂料。将其涂于物体表面,能形成一层附着坚牢的涂膜。有机涂料具备粘结性好、防腐性好等优点,但是有机涂料的理化性能不稳定,还会散发有害气体,耐候性差,容易造成环境污染。
无机涂料是使用无机材料作为主要成膜物质的涂料。现有技术中,无机涂料主要有碱金属硅酸盐溶液和胶态二氧化硅的水分散体,制备的涂层分别为硅酸盐和硅溶胶(胶体二氧化硅)。在耐候性、耐高温性、环境保护、成本等方面相较于有机涂料具有明显优势。但随着社会的发展,人们对涂料的要求也越来越高,在保留无机涂料的基本性能的基础上,人们希望它具备防污、抗菌等性能。

1.2抗菌性检测
依据HG/T 3950-2007《抗菌涂料》,实验步骤:步骤一、将保藏菌接种在营养琼脂培养基斜面上,在37℃条件下培养24h;步骤二、对照样品和试验样品放置在超净工作台内,紫外消毒30min;步骤三、菌悬液制备、接种、培养:刮下菌种,稀释至合适的浓度,将菌液滴加到样品表面(涂刷在5cm*5cm金属基材上,干燥7天后进行实验),薄膜覆盖,培养24h后,冲洗,接种,培养,菌落计数,计算样品的抗细菌率。结果如表2所示。

2.根据权利要求1所述的无机复合双组分抗菌防霉易清洁涂料,其特征在于,还包括,3-5重量份的颜料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的无机复合双组分抗菌防霉易清洁涂料,其特征在于,所述空心玻璃微珠的粒径为0.1-0.4mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的无机复合双组分抗菌防霉易清洁涂料,其特征在于,所述润湿剂为非离子型表面活性剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的无机复合双组分抗菌防霉易清洁涂料,其特征在于,所述硅烷偶联剂为甲基三乙氧基硅烷或二甲基二氧基硅烷。
6.根据权利要求1所述的无机复合双组分抗菌防霉易清洁涂料,其特征在于,所述硅藻土的粒径为400-800目。
