(2) the specific working condition of the staff for elevator maintenance is not transparent, so that the staff is not convenient for property managers, owners or passengers to know the daily maintenance and maintenance condition of the elevator in real time;
(3) in the use process of the elevator, when professional technicians carry out security check, no process reference exists, and the tracing of security check factors is not convenient.
(4) The elevator company is inconvenient to realize the centralized and effective monitoring and management of the elevators and to know and analyze the service conditions of the elevators in real time.
Therefore, how to reasonably and effectively provide maintenance work of maintenance personnel to property management personnel, owners or passengers becomes a problem to be solved.

In view of this, the invention provides an elevator maintenance management center platform and a use method thereof, which are convenient for property managers, owners or passengers to know daily maintenance and maintenance conditions of an elevator in real time, assist in improving the use safety of the elevator, and optimize the use experience of the elevator.
In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides an elevator maintenance management center platform which comprises a first information input module, a second information input module and a two-dimensional code generator, wherein the first information input module, the second information input module and the two-dimensional code generator are all in communication connection with a cloud server, the cloud server is in communication connection with an information processing module, and the information processing module is connected with a data storage module;
the first information input module is used for transmitting the identity filing information of the used elevator to the cloud server, and the cloud server stores the identity filing information of the elevator;
the two-dimensional code generator generates a two-dimensional code corresponding to the elevator according to the elevator identity information received by the cloud server;
the second information input module is used for transmitting maintenance condition record information of the elevator to the cloud server, and the cloud server updates the database of the two-dimensional code corresponding to the elevator according to the uploaded maintenance condition record information of the elevator;
the cloud server is used for receiving the information of the first information input module and the second information input module and storing the information in a large database;
the information processing module carries out planning processing on the large database information of the cloud server, namely, the information corresponding to each elevator is stored in a centralized mode, and the data storage module stores the collected elevator data, so that the collected elevator data can be called and viewed conveniently.

A use method of an elevator maintenance management center platform comprises the following steps:
s1: firstly, inputting a project name, namely an elevator address, through a first operation panel, numbering the elevator, and inputting a corresponding name of a responsible person;
s1: the cloud server transmits the received information input by the first operation panel to the two-dimensional code generator, the two-dimensional code generator generates a corresponding two-dimensional code, and the two-dimensional code is stored in the cloud server;
s3: collecting the large database information in the cloud server through an information processing module and storing the large database information in a data storage module;
s4: the two-dimensional codes are displayed in the corresponding elevators, so that a user can conveniently recognize the two-dimensional codes through the two-dimensional code recognizing and reading end and check the conditions of the corresponding elevators;
s5: the time of the accessory, the maintenance of changing in project, the maintenance process of elevator maintenance through second operating panel input, the leading-in maintenance in-process record video, record picture and staff's the work process's photo to transmit cloud ware, be convenient for read maintenance information through the two-dimensional code.
Further, the elevator address in S1 includes the using place of the elevator and the specific orientation of the elevator, and the code of each elevator is different.
Further, in the S5, a maintenance video, a maintenance record picture and a work photo in the elevator maintenance information are collected by a specific worker through the video recorder.
