Background
In the age of rapid development of skin care products, people want to have clean and smooth facial eggs, but many people suffer from troubles of skin blackheads. In daily life, a plurality of young people can grow blackheads on the nose, which affects aesthetic feeling, however, the blackheads are difficult to eradicate, the recurrence is fast, and how to effectively clean the blackheads of the skin is one of skin problems which are concerned by people.
The blackheads are mainly formed by the fact that oil and fat secreted by the skin, old cutin and bacteria are mixed and blocked at the openings of pores, and when the blackheads are contacted with pollutants in the air, the pollutants are oxidized, so that sebum mixture at the openings of the pores is blackened and hardened to form the blackheads. Due to the recurrent outbreak of blackheads and the difficulty in eradicating, the single component makes it difficult to effectively inhibit the formation of blackheads.
Therefore, how to scientifically select effective components capable of removing blackheads so that the synergistic effect of the effective components can reduce blackheads to the maximum extent from all dimensions generated by the blackheads and clean skin pores is a technical problem which needs to be solved by technical personnel in the field.

5. Synergistic experiment of composition for removing blackhead
Essential milk prepared from essential milk composition containing components with comedones removal effect in control examples 1-15 according to the raw material component ratio shown in tables 7-8
TABLE 7 proportion of essential cream for removing blackhead in comparative examples 1 to 7 (unit: mass%)
TABLE 8 proportion of essential cream for removing blackhead in comparative examples 8 to 15 (unit: mass%)
The effects of example 1 and comparative examples 1 to 15 of the synergy test of the blackhead removing component were verified, and the test procedures and results were as follows:
1) the tester: 170 healthy women (25-45 years old) divided into 17 groups of 10 persons each; each group used the same formulation;
2) test area: a face;
3) use of: twice a day in the morning and evening for 8 weeks;
4) testing an instrument: VISIA-CR;
5) the effect indexes are as follows: VISIA-CR is used for facial image acquisition and blackhead analysis;
6) the test results are shown in table 9.
TABLE 9 test group Effect
From table 9, the results of fig. 5 to 6 show that, when the four components of soyabean extract, fucus serratus extract, willow bark extract and marrubium vulgare extract are added to the serum together with the liposome as the carrier, i.e., example 1, they have the greatest blackhead removing ability, while the blackhead removing effect is not as significant as that of the addition of the four components by adding only one component or two or three components, i.e., blackhead removing effect example 1 > comparative example 15> comparative examples 11 to 14 > comparative examples 5 to 10 > comparative examples 1 to 4 > blank.
The reason is that only one or two or three components are used for treating blackheads from one dimension, and the four components are used simultaneously to remove blackheads from all aspects, such as controlling from the source of blackheads generation, namely reducing sebum secretion, recovering normal keratinization of skin to avoid blocking pores, controlling from the process of blackheads generation, namely strengthening skin barrier to avoid oxidation, finally loosening stubborn blackheads in skin and cleaning the existing blackheads.
In addition, the liposome is a carrier, so that the stability of the active substance can be increased, the transdermal absorption efficiency of the active substance can be increased, the active substance can slowly release the effective components in pores and blackheads, and the effect of inhibiting the blackheads in a synergistic manner is achieved.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the present invention in any way, so that any simple modification, equivalent change and modification made to the above embodiment according to the technical spirit of the present invention are within the scope of the technical solution of the present invention.
