Preferred embodiment of novel fruit bag
Referring to fig. 1, a preferred embodiment of the novel fruit bag 10 of the present invention comprises an inner mesh portion 11 and an outer bag portion 13.
The inner mesh part 11 is preferably a foam mesh made of a foam material, and is in a ring shape, and the material may be Polypropylene (PP) or polystyrene foam. The inner mesh part 11 is disposed inside the outer bag part 13, preferably in a central position inside the outer bag part 13, and is bonded to the outer bag part 13 at least in a partial region, i.e., the bonding may be gluing or fusion bonding.
The outer bag portion 13 is made of polypropylene, and can be transparent or opaque according to the growth requirements of different fruits, and the size of the outer bag portion 13 is larger than that of the inner grid portion 11 in the width direction and the length direction, so that the inner grid portion 11 can be placed in the middle of the outer bag portion 13. The bottom edge of the outer bag portion 13 has a bottom edge heat sealing edge 131 for sealing the bottom edge of the outer bag portion 13, and an inner and outer bag combining heat sealing portion 133 is disposed on a side surface of the outer bag portion 13 corresponding to the area of the inner mesh portion 11, and the inner and outer bag combining heat sealing portion 133 is formed by heat-melting and pressing the inner mesh portion 11 and a single side surface of the outer bag portion 13 together, so that the inner bag portion 11 can be fixed in the outer bag portion 13.
The inner grid part 11 and the outer bag part 13 are preferably made of polypropylene, so that the inner grid part and the outer bag part are made of the same material, the inner grid part and the outer bag part have better heat sealing and fixing effects, the whole bag body can be directly recycled, and the inner grid part and the outer bag part are relatively environment-friendly and environment-friendly.
Further, the novel fruit bag 10 of the present invention is located near the top opening, and a tightening strip M is fixed to the outer bag 13 on the same side of the inner and outer bags combined with the heat sealing portion 133, wherein the tightening strip M is preferably iron wire disposed at the top opening edge of the outer bag 13. The iron wire can be wrapped with plastic and is combined with the outer bag part 13 in a hot melting fixing mode, and the length of the tightening strip M can be equal to the width of the outer bag part 13 or slightly smaller than the width of the outer bag part 13, so that the same effect of tightening the bag opening can be achieved.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, when the novel fruit bagging 10 of the present invention is used, a farmer or a farmer puts a fruit F into the inner grid 11 and the outer bag 13, so that the fruit F is placed in the annular inner grid 11, and the iron wire of the tightening strip M is pinched after surrounding the branches of the fruit F, so that the bag of the present invention is maintained on the fruit, thereby completing the hanging and fixing work of the present invention. If farmers or farmers need to fix the bag more firmly, the bag can be bound and reinforced by wires or iron wires additionally, so that the bag can be maintained on fruits for a longer time.
