in the stem removing process, a hand holds vegetables, the parts of the vegetables are upwards, the other hand holds a body, in an initial state, the first rod and the second rod are at the highest positions, the body is moved, the arc-shaped cutters are positioned at proper positions right above the vegetables, the telescopic rods are started, the first rod and the second rod are respectively pulled to move downwards through the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod, the first arc-shaped cutters and the second arc-shaped cutters simultaneously cut along the stem, and cut into an inverted cone shape, the inverted cone shape stem can be pulled out by lifting the body upwards by hands until the vegetables are cut off, the telescopic rods are controlled again to release the stem, the residual stem extending inside the vegetables can be removed by very flexible operation, the next cutting treatment is facilitated, and therefore the cut vegetable strips or vegetable shreds are basically free of the stem segments, and the taste of the vegetables is improved;
the lower end of the body is also vertically provided with a positioning needle which is coaxially arranged with the inverted cone-shaped stem removing shell; when the handheld body approaches to the stem section at the bottom of the vegetable, the positioning needle is inserted into the stem section in advance to perform pre-positioning, the position of the cone center is found, and after that, the inverted cone is left on the positioning needle, so that the positioning needle can be pulled down easily by hands;
a limit baffle is also arranged on the positioning needle; the position of the limit baffle on the positioning needle is adjustable, so that the depth of the stem section of the positioning needle is controlled when the operation is convenient;
the upper end of the body is connected with the lower end of the lifting reset mechanism through a universal joint, the lifting reset mechanism comprises a pull rod connected to the upper end of the universal joint, the upper end of the lifting reset mechanism is provided with a first transverse moving mechanism and a second transverse moving mechanism, the pull rod vertically moves to the lower end of the first transverse moving mechanism, the pull rod is lifted upwards to reset through a reset spring on the pull rod, namely, when an operator loosens the body after moving the body downwards, the body can return to the original height freely, the first transverse moving mechanism is perpendicular to the moving direction of the second transverse moving mechanism, the second transverse moving mechanism comprises a guide rail transversely arranged on a rack, and a portal frame erected on the guide rail, and a roller matched with the guide rail is arranged at the bottom of the portal frame;
the first transverse moving mechanism comprises a first guide rail arranged on the portal frame and a pulley block arranged on the first guide rail, wherein the pulley block is connected with the upper end of the lifting reset mechanism through a wheel frame, and the guide rail is perpendicular to the first guide rail; a workbench is arranged below the body;
the body can be adjusted in a small range through the universal joint, so that the cutting angle of the lower end of the body is adjusted; and the position of the body can be adjusted through the first transverse moving mechanism and the second transverse moving mechanism, so that flexible stem removing operation is realized.
