7. The diaphragm adjusting apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising corner positioning steel balls (9) mounted on the diaphragm base (8) and the filter base (10).

The diaphragm adjusting device according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized by further comprising a fastening screw (3) for locking the positioning reference mandrel (5) and the adjusting shaft sleeve (4), wherein a threaded hole for screwing the fastening screw (3) is formed in the middle of the upper end of the positioning reference mandrel (5); the screw head of the fastening screw (3) can press the top of the adjusting shaft sleeve (4).
9. The diaphragm adjusting apparatus according to claim 8, wherein a distance between a screw head bottom surface of the fastening screw (3) and the stage is larger than a thickness of the diaphragm seat (8) by a preset tolerance.
10. A slit-lamp microscope comprising a diaphragm adjustment device, characterized in that the diaphragm adjustment device is as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9.
