本发明公开了一种具有冰凉手感功能的人造棉染整工艺,涉及纺织染整技术,旨在解决市面上冰凉面料由织物吸湿性较差的涤纶等化纤材质制成,易在夏季穿着容易产生闷热感,影响舒适性,其技术方案要点是:包括如下步骤:S1坯料选择,选用赛络紧密纺的人造棉布作为坯布;S2染色,将经S1处理后的坯布进行染色;S3水洗烘干,将经S2处理后的坯布进行水洗,而后将清洗后的坯布烘干;S4定型定幅,将经S3水洗烘干后的坯布进行高温定型。本发明选择赛络紧密纺的人造棉布,使得织物表面具有良好的光滑的手感并将坯布经染色清洗烘干后进行定型,使得经定型后的织物密度均匀,织物能充分均匀吸附硅油,从而达到具有冰凉滑爽的效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织染整,更具体地说,它涉及一种具有冰凉手感功能的人造棉染整工艺。
背景技术
凉感面料是采用独特的工艺,使面料具有快速扩散体热、加速汗水排散与降低体温的作用,持久保持织物凉爽与舒适的功能,为人们提供衣着舒适、环保、冰感、凉爽的生活品质。
传统冰感面料大多采用以涤纶、尼龙为主要成分,而涤纶等化纤材质的织物吸湿性较差,夏季穿着容易产生闷热感,影响舒适性。
因此需要提出一种新的方案来解决这个问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种具有冰凉手感功能的人造棉染整工艺。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:一种具有冰凉手感功能的人造棉染整工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1坯料选择,选用赛络紧密纺的人造棉布作为坯布;
S2染色,将经S1处理后的坯布进行染色;
S3水洗烘干,将经S2处理后的坯布进行水洗,而后将清洗后的坯布烘干;
S4定型定幅,将经S3水洗烘干后的坯布进行高温定型,高温定型的门幅大于或等于坯布的织造的门幅;
S5后整理,将坯布依次浸轧有机硅巨乳液和滑凉感硅油。
通过采用上述技术方案,坯料选择赛络紧密纺的人造棉布,由于此类的织物采用纱线的捻度高,成布后的毛头较少,使得织物表面具有良好的光滑的手感并将坯布经染色清洗烘干后进行定型,由于定型的门幅大于或等于织造时的门幅,能使得经定型后的织物密度均匀,在进行后续有机硅巨乳液和滑凉感硅油进行浸轧整理时,织物能充分均匀吸附硅油,从而达到具有冰凉滑爽的效果,且相比化纤材质的织物,更加柔软舒适,且避免了夏季穿着容易产生闷热感。
本发明进一步设置为:所述步骤S2染色的具体步骤包括:
S21,将元明粉依照比例添加至染料桶中;
S22,将染料添加至染料桶中进行混合;
S23,向混合有染料和元明粉的染液中添加纯碱,持续沿同一方向搅拌20分钟得到浸染液;
S24浸染,将浸染液输送至染色机内,以1-2℃/min升温至60-80℃,保温 30-60min,染色结束;
S25皂洗,将皂洗液输送至染色机中,升温至85℃,皂洗15分钟后以2℃ /min降温至60℃,完成皂洗。
通过采用上述技术方案,对坯布进行染色,选用一氯均三嗪染料、乙烯砜、纯碱、元明粉以活性染料进行染色,具有良好的色牢度,且坯布未经烧毛等前序整理等复杂的工艺,有效缩短加工处理的时间,减小染色过程中起毛的风险,有效保持织物表面的光滑度。
本发明进一步设置为:所述S3水洗烘干的具体步骤包括:
S31清洗,将经S2染色后的坯布进行水洗;
S32烘干,将经S31清洗后的坯布经烘干机以热风烘干的方式将坯布烘干,并经烘干机的摆幅机构整理。
通过采用上述技术方案,对坯布进行清洗,洗去多余的染料,并对坯布的上染情况进行检查,便于人们后续的操作,减轻人们的劳动强度,并以热风烘干的方式进行烘干,并经摆幅机构使得烘干后的坯布更加整齐。
本发明进一步设置为:所述S4定型定幅的具体步骤包括:
S41选版,选择与坯布编织所得的门幅相匹配的定幅板,定幅板的宽度等于坯布编织门幅的宽度,或定幅板的宽度大于坯布编织门幅的2-5cm;
S42定型机预热,将定型机预热至165±1℃,然后经定幅板和转动辊以30 米/min的线速度输送至高温定型机进行定型。
通过采用上述技术方案,选版选用等幅或者大于编织门幅2-5cm的定幅板,能对坯布进行扩幅定型,并且定型机在定型前首先进行预热,使得织物在定型时受热更加稳定和均匀,并且能在后续浸扎提高坯布吸附整理剂的带液率。
本发明进一步设置为:所述步骤S5后整理的具体步骤如下:
配比轧液:将有机硅巨乳液和滑凉感硅油以80g/L的配比配置得到轧液;
浸轧,将坯布投入配比完成后的轧液中一浸一轧,带液率为130-140%;
定型,将定型机加热至165℃,并以26米/min的线速度进行定型。
通过采用上述技术方案,有机硅巨乳液和滑凉感硅油以一浸一轧的方式进行浸轧,且烘干后的坯布在经过一浸一扎时,坯布具有良好的带液率,提高有机硅巨乳液和滑凉感硅油的附着率,使得织物具有滑爽冰凉的手感。
综上所述,本发明具有以下有益效果:
坯料选择赛络紧密纺的人造棉布,由于此类的织物采用纱线的捻度高,成布后的毛头较少,使得织物表面具有良好的光滑的手感并将坯布经染色清洗烘干后进行定型,由于定型的门幅大于或等于织造时的门幅,能使得经定型后的织物密度均匀,在进行后续有机硅巨乳液和滑凉感硅油进行浸轧整理时,织物能充分均匀吸附硅油,从而达到具有冰凉滑爽的效果,且相比化纤材质的织物,更加柔软舒适,且避免了夏季穿着容易产生闷热感。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明进行详细描述。
一种具有冰凉手感功能的人造棉染整工艺,如图1至图3所示,包括如下步骤:
S1坯料选择,选用赛络紧密纺的人造棉布作为坯布,在本实施例中,坯布选用40支赛络紧密纺的人造棉布;
S2染色,将经S1处理后的坯布进行染色;
S3水洗烘干,将经S2处理后的坯布进行水洗,而后将清洗后的坯布烘干;
S4定型定幅,将经S3水洗烘干后的坯布进行高温定型,高温定型的门幅大于或等于坯布的织造的门幅;
S5后整理,将坯布依次浸轧有机硅巨乳液和滑凉感硅油。
如图2所示,步骤S2染色的具体步骤包括:
S21,将元明粉依照比例添加至染料桶中;
S22,将染料添加至染料桶中进行混合;
S23,向混合有染料和元明粉的染液中添加纯碱,持续沿同一方向搅拌20分钟得到浸染液;

S41选版,选择与坯布编织所得的门幅相匹配的定幅板,定幅板的宽度等于坯布编织门幅的宽度,或定幅板的宽度大于坯布编织门幅的2-5cm;
S42定型机预热,将定型机预热至165±1℃,然后经定幅板和转动辊以30 米/min的线速度输送至高温定型机进行定型。
并且,步骤S5后整理的具体步骤如下:

参照GB/T 35263-2017《纺织品接触瞬间凉感性能的检测和评价》的纺织品接触瞬间凉感性能的检测标准,裁取试验样本为20×20平方厘米(实测面积为5 ×5平方厘米),须将待试验样本置于环境温度20±2℃,相对湿度65±2%RH下置放24小时,方可进行测试。
测试原理:将织物置于仪器冷板上(日本KES-F7精密瞬间热物性测试仪),当织物温度和冷板相同时,再将热板快速置于试样上,热板的热会透过织物传到冷板,在接触瞬间即能测得织物最大热流失量,此值即为Qmax值,单位以织物瞬间凉感热流量(W/cm2)来表示。
测试步骤:
1)将设备电源启动,确认参数后热机约15分钟。
2)将主热板加热器开关切入启始位置,同时亦设定热板之温度为35± 0.1℃,当达到35℃时再将护环加热器开关切入启始位置。
3)将冷板设定于温度25℃以模拟外界环境,待温度达到25℃后,再将样布放置于冷板上(织物贴身侧朝上),当热板之温度达到设定之温度35℃时按下qm键,同时并快速将热板置于样布上,记录显示幕上之qm值,此数值即为织物接触凉感(瞬间热流失量最大值),亦即实验结果,单位为W/cm2,重复上述操作,测得五次测试数据,取平均值。
测试数据如下:
穿着试验:
将样本贴于皮肤表面,同时热红外检测仪测量皮肤裸露部分的体感温度以及样本覆盖处体感的温度,检测体感温度差,可得,经过该工艺制备的人造棉面布能使穿着体感温度降低4-8℃。

S1坯料选择,选用赛络紧密纺的人造棉布作为坯布;
S2染色,将经S1处理后的坯布进行染色;
S3水洗烘干,将经S2处理后的坯布进行水洗,而后将清洗后的坯布烘干;
S4定型定幅,将经S3水洗烘干后的坯布进行高温定型,高温定型的门幅大于或等于坯布的织造的门幅;
S5后整理,将坯布依次浸轧有机硅巨乳液和滑凉感硅油;
所述步骤S2染色的具体步骤包括:
S21,将元明粉依照比例添加至染料桶中;
S22,将染料添加至染料桶中进行混合;
S23,向混合有染料和元明粉的染液中添加纯碱,持续沿同一方向搅拌20分钟得到浸染液;
S24浸染,将浸染液输送至染色机内,以1-2℃/min升温至60-80℃,保温30-60min,染色结束;
