Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art, and provides an assembly type wall system with a plug-in wall top closing structure and an installation method thereof, which can prevent the closing line from interfering with a wall board installation part when the assembly type wall system is installed.
The embodiment of the invention provides an assembly type wall system with a plug-in wall top closing-in structure, which comprises a plurality of wall boards, at least one wall board mounting part, a finishing line and a fixing part, wherein the wall boards are arranged in a vertical direction; two adjacent wallboards of the wallboards are spliced through the wallboard mounting pieces positioned on the vertical edges of the two wallboards, and the wallboard mounting pieces are mounted on the side walls; the mounting includes horizontal plate and fixed plate, the fixed plate vertical connect in the inner of horizontal plate is located the below of horizontal plate, the fixed plate is located the inboard on the top of wallboard and with the wallboard installed part is fixed in the side wall with staggering, the horizontal plate is located the top of the top surface of wallboard, the veneer lines with the outer end joint of horizontal plate covers the lateral surface on the top of polylith wallboard.
Optionally, the number of the fixing pieces is multiple.
Optionally, the number of the fixing pieces is the same as the number of the wall boards, and one fixing piece is arranged at the top end of each wall board.
Optionally, the veneer lines include vertical veneer lath and connect in the joint strip of the medial surface of veneer lath, the joint groove has been seted up to the outer end of horizontal plate, joint strip joint is in a plurality of the mounting the joint inslot of horizontal plate.
Optionally, the fixing plate is fixed to the side wall through a gun nail.

The embodiment of the invention also provides an installation method of the assembled wall system with the wall top plugging closing-in structure, wherein the assembled wall system with the wall top plugging closing-in structure is the assembled wall system with the wall top plugging closing-in structure, and the installation method comprises the following steps: after the side wall is leveled, snapping a line on the side wall to determine the installation line of the fixing plate of the fixing piece and the wallboard installation piece, and fixing the fixing plate on the side wall; splicing the plurality of wallboards through the wallboard mounting pieces and mounting the wallboards on the side walls; and connecting the veneer lines with the outer end of the horizontal plate in a clamping manner, so that the veneer lines cover the outer side surfaces of the top ends of the plurality of wallboards.
According to the wall top closing-up structure provided by the embodiment of the invention, the fixing piece which can be fixed on the side wall in a staggered manner with the wall board mounting piece is arranged, and the finishing line is directly clamped and fixed with the outer end of the horizontal plate of the fixing piece, which is positioned above the top surface of the wall board, so that the finishing line is not required to be provided with a higher fixing lath positioned on the inner side and fixedly connected with the side wall, the finishing line cannot interfere with the vertical wall board mounting piece between two adjacent wall boards, secondary cutting is not required to be carried out on the finishing line or the wall board mounting piece during installation, and the construction efficiency can be improved.
Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the present invention will be described clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, not all embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without any inventive step based on the embodiments of the present invention, shall fall within the scope of protection of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1-3, an assembled wall system 10 having a top closure for a wall panel includes a plurality of wall panels 100, at least one wall panel mounting member 200, finishing lines 300, and fasteners 400. Through being located between two adjacent wallboards 100 of polylith wallboard 100 on the perpendicular limit of two wallboards 100 wallboard installed part 200 concatenation, wallboard installed part 200 is installed in the side wall (not shown in the figure), and is concrete, but wallboard installed part 200 direct fixed mounting in the side wall, but also indirect fixed mounting in the side wall of wallboard installed part 200, like wallboard installed part 200 fixed mounting in fix the fossil fragments on the side wall.

Specifically, the fixing member 400 is not designed to be long in the width direction of the plurality of wall boards 100, and the length of the fixing member 400 in the width direction of the wall board is smaller than that of one wall board 100, so that the fixing member 400 and the wall board mounting member 200 located on the vertical side of the wall board 100 can be arranged in a staggered manner.
The finishing strip 300 is clamped with the outer end of the horizontal plate 410 and covers the outer side surface of the top end of the plurality of wall boards 100. Specifically, the finishing strip 300 is designed to be long along the width of the plurality of wall panels 100, i.e. the length of the finishing strip 300 is close to the total width of the plurality of wall panels 100.
Wherein, the outer side refers to one side of each component far away from the side wall, and the inner side refers to one side of each component close to the side wall; the outer end refers to the end of each component far away from the side wall, and the inner end refers to the end of each component near the side wall.
According to the wall top closing-up structure provided by the embodiment of the invention, the fixing piece 400 which can be fixed on the side wall in a staggered manner with the wallboard mounting piece 200 is arranged, and the finishing line 300 is directly clamped and fixed with the outer end of the horizontal plate of the fixing piece 400, which is positioned above the top surface of the wallboard 100, so that the finishing line 300 is fixedly connected with the side wall without arranging a higher fixing lath positioned on the inner side, therefore, the finishing line 300 cannot interfere with the vertical wallboard mounting piece 200 between two adjacent wallboards 100, secondary cutting is not required to be carried out on the finishing line 300 or the wallboard mounting piece 200 during mounting, and the construction efficiency can be improved.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the number of the fixing members 400 is plural. In this embodiment, the fixing member 400 is provided to fix the finishing strip 300 in plural, so that the stability of the finishing strip 300 after installation can be improved.
Further, the number of the fixing members 400 is the same as that of the wall panels 100, and one fixing member 400 is disposed at the top end of each wall panel 100.
As a preferred implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the finishing strip 300 includes a vertical finishing strip 310 and a clamping strip 320 connected to an inner side surface of the finishing strip 310, the outer end of the horizontal plate 410 is provided with a clamping groove 411, and the clamping strip 320 is clamped in the clamping grooves 411 of the horizontal plates 410 of the plurality of fixing members 400. In this embodiment, the fastening connection structure between the finishing strip 300 and the horizontal plate 410 of the fixing member 400 is simple, so that the finishing strip 300 can be conveniently installed.
As a preferred implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the fixing plate 420 is fixed to the sidewall by a gun nail 500. In this embodiment, the fixing plate 420 can be quickly and stably fixed to the sidewall through the gun nail 500.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, a groove 421 is formed on the outer side of the fixing plate 420, and the head of the gun nail 500 is received in the groove 421. In this embodiment, the groove 421 is formed on the outer side of the fixing plate 420 to receive the head of the gun nail 500, so that the gun nail 500 does not protrude out of the fixing plate 420 to affect the installation of the wall board 100.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the outer side surface of the fixing plate 420 has a protrusion 422, and the protrusion 422 abuts against the inner side surface of the wall plate 100 to position the wall plate 100. In this embodiment, the protruding portion 422 on the outer side surface of the fixing plate 420 can position the position of the wall board 100 in the direction perpendicular to the side wall, so as to facilitate the installation of the wall board 100.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the finishing strip 300 and the fixing member 400 are aluminum alloy members or plastic members. In this embodiment, the finishing strip 300 and the fixing member 400 have not only good strength but also light weight.
The embodiment of the present invention further provides an installation method of an assembled wall system with a wall top closing-in structure, where the assembled wall system with the wall top closing-in structure is the assembled wall system 10 with the wall top closing-in structure as described above, and as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the installation method includes the following steps:
after the side walls are leveled, snapping lines on the side walls to determine the installation lines of the fixing plates 420 of the fixing pieces 400 and the wallboard installation pieces 200, and fixing the fixing plates 420 on the side walls;
splicing and installing the plurality of wall boards 100 on the side wall through the wall board installation part 200;
and (3) clamping and connecting the finishing strip 300 with the outer end of the horizontal plate 410, so that the finishing strip 300 covers the outer side surface of the top ends of the plurality of wall boards 100.
