Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to: provides a human body suspension concept chair, which solves the technical problems in the prior art.
According to one aspect of the present invention, a chair with human body suspension concept is provided, which comprises a central pillar, a left pillar, a right pillar and a supporting frame. The left pillar is arranged on one side of the central pillar. The right pillar is arranged on the other side of the central pillar. The support frame is connected with the central pillar, the left pillar and the right pillar and comprises a left supporting part and a right supporting part; the left supporting part and the right supporting part respectively support two sides of the upper half part of the trunk of the user to bear the weight of the user, so that the feet of the user land and the buttocks of the user are suspended on the ground. Thus, the force application point of the gravity is transferred from the buttocks of the user to the two sides of the upper half part of the user, so that the gravity is substantially applied to the armpits and the back of the two sides of the user, but not to the buttocks of the user; wherein, the higher weight ratio of the armpits at both sides of the user leads the spine of the user to be in a natural stretching state under the action of gravity.
In one embodiment, the central post, the left post and the right post can be extended and contracted to adjust the height to fit the body shape of the user.
In one embodiment, the body suspension concept chair further comprises a screw rod connecting the left supporting portion and the right supporting portion, and a driving element driving the screw rod to rotate so that the left supporting portion and the right supporting portion move along the screw rod.
In one embodiment, the left support portion comprises a left slide, and the left pillar has a left strut disposed within the left slide such that the left support portion moves along the left strut.
In one embodiment, the right support portion comprises a right slide, and the right pillar has a right strut disposed within the right slide such that the right support portion moves along the right strut.
In one embodiment, the left support portion comprises a left clamping jaw and a left moving arm, the right support portion comprises a right clamping jaw and a right moving arm, the screw rod passes through the hole of the left moving arm and the hole of the right moving arm, and the thread direction of the hole of the left moving arm is opposite to the thread direction of the hole of the right moving arm.
In one embodiment, the left clamping jaw and the right clamping jaw are used for supporting two sides of the trunk of a user, and the opening and closing angle of the left clamping jaw and the opening and closing angle of the right clamping jaw are adjustable.
In one embodiment, the contact surfaces of the left and right jaws and the torso of the user are ergonomically designed to balance the weight of the user.
In one embodiment, the chair further comprises a controller connected to the left support portion, the right support portion and the driving element for controlling the left support portion, the right support portion and the driving element.
In one embodiment, the left and right supports remain stationary while the controller executes the static mode.
In one embodiment, when the controller executes the dynamic mode, the left supporting portion and the right supporting portion move synchronously, so that the trunk of the user can swing regularly.
According to another aspect of the present invention, a chair with human body suspension concept is provided, which comprises two left support posts, two right support posts and a supporting frame. The two left support columns and the two right support columns can be lifted. The support frame is connected with the two left pillars and the two right pillars, so that the two left pillars are arranged on one side of the support frame, the two right pillars are arranged on the other side of the support frame, the support frame comprises a left supporting part and a right supporting part, the left supporting part and the right supporting part respectively support two sides of the upper half part of the trunk of a user to bear the weight of the user, the feet of the user land and the buttocks of the user are suspended on the ground, the application point of the gravity is transferred from the buttocks of the user to two sides of the upper half part of the body of the user, and the gravity is actually applied to armpits and the back of two sides of the body of the user instead of the buttocks of the body of the user; wherein, the higher supporting weight ratio of the two side armpits of the user is dried, so that the spine of the user is in a natural stretching state under the action of gravity.
In one embodiment, the body suspension concept chair further comprises a screw, a driving element, and a controller. The screw rod is connected with the left supporting part and the right supporting part. When the controller detects that the weight born by the two left pillars is not equal to the weight born by the two right pillars, the controller controls the two left pillars or the two right pillars to descend and controls the driving element to drive the screw rod to rotate so that the left supporting part and the right supporting part move towards the two left pillars or the two right pillars along the screw rod.
In one embodiment, the controller controls the two left pillars or the two right pillars and the left and right supporting portions to return to the original positions after a period of time.
As mentioned above, the chair according to the concept of human body suspension and the present invention is beneficial to spine health, and may have one or more of the following advantages:
(1) in an embodiment of the invention, the body suspension concept chair can support two sides of the user's torso through the left and right supporting parts to bear the weight of the user, so that the user's feet land and the buttocks suspend on the ground, the force application point of the gravity can be naturally transferred from the buttocks of the user to two sides of the upper half part of the torso, so that the user's spine can be naturally stretched under the action of the gravity to release the pressure between the intervertebral discs of the spine and correct the phenomenon of the lateral bending of the spine, and the health of the user can be greatly improved.
(2) In an embodiment of the invention, the concept chair for human body suspension can be directly used at home of a user, so that the daily life of the user can be effectively integrated, and the concept chair for human body suspension can achieve the best correction effect.
(3) In an embodiment of the invention, the chair can support the user's torso through the left and right supporting parts, so that the user can maintain a sitting posture even though the buttocks are suspended, and the chair can further conform to human engineering, so that the user can comfortably sit on the chair.
(4) In an embodiment of the invention, the distance between the left supporting part and the right supporting part of the human body suspension concept chair is adjustable, and the opening and closing angles of the left clamping jaw of the left supporting part and the right clamping jaw of the right supporting part are also adjustable, so that the human body suspension concept chair can be suitable for users with different body shapes, and is more widely applied.
(5) In an embodiment of the invention, the dynamic mode of the body suspension concept chair enables the left supporting part and the right supporting part to move according to a specific rule, so that the trunk of the user can periodically swing, the user can feel more relaxed when riding the body suspension concept chair, and the fatigue relieving effect is achieved, and therefore, the user can ride the body suspension concept chair more comfortably.
(6) In an embodiment of the invention, the design of the structure of the human body suspension concept chair is simple and ingenious, so that the desired effect can be achieved without greatly increasing the cost, and the invention has commercial value.
Detailed Description
Embodiments of the body suspension concept chair according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which parts may be shown exaggerated or reduced in size or scale for the sake of clarity and convenience in the drawing description. In the following description and/or claims, when an element is referred to as being "connected" or "coupled" to another element, it can be directly connected or coupled to the other element or intervening elements may be present; when an element is referred to as being "directly connected" or "directly coupled" to another element, there are no intervening elements present, and other words used to describe the relationship between the elements or layers should be interpreted in the same manner. For ease of understanding, like elements in the following embodiments are illustrated with like reference numerals.
Please refer to fig. 1 and 2, which are a first schematic diagram of a structure and a using state of a conceptual chair for human body suspension according to a first embodiment of the invention. As shown in fig. 1, the body suspension concept chair 1 includes a center pillar 11, a left pillar 12, a right pillar 13, a support frame 14, a screw 15, and a driving element 16.
The left support 12 is disposed on one side of the central support 11 and includes a left support rod 121. The right strut 13 is disposed on the other side of the center strut 11 and includes a right strut 131. The central support 11, the left support 12 and the right support 13 can be extended and contracted to adjust the height, so that users U with different heights can use the human body suspension concept chair 1.
The support frame 14 connects the center pillar 11, the left pillar 12, and the right pillar 13. The supporting frame 14 includes a left supporting portion 141 and a right supporting portion 142. The left supporting portion 141 comprises a left clamping jaw 1411, a left moving arm 1412 and a left slide 1413 arranged in one end of the left moving arm 1412, and the other end of the left moving arm 1412 comprises a hole; the left support rod 121 is disposed in the left slide 1413, so that the left support portion 141 can move along the left support rod 121. The right supporting portion 142 includes a right clamping jaw 1421, a right moving arm 1422, and a right slide 1423 disposed in one end of the right moving arm 1422, and the other end of the right moving arm 1422 also includes a hole; the right support rod 131 is disposed in the right slide 1423, so that the right supporting portion 142 can move along the right support rod 131. In another embodiment, the left and right supporting portions 141 and 142 are not limited to the form of clamping jaws, but can be in the form of hooks, straps, or other similar structures.
Screw 15 is connected to left and right supports 141, 142 and drive element 16 and passes through an aperture at the other end of left moving arm 1412 and an aperture at the other end of right moving arm 1422. The thread direction of the hole of the left moving arm 1412 is opposite to the thread direction of the hole of the right moving arm 1422. Therefore, when the driving element 15 drives the screw 15 to rotate, the left supporting portion 141 and the right supporting portion 142 can move along the left rod 121 and the right rod 131 respectively, and the moving directions of the two are opposite (i.e. the left supporting portion 141 and the right supporting portion 142 approach to each other or move away from each other at the same time), so that the distance between the left clamping jaw 1411 and the right clamping jaw 1421 can be adjusted. In addition, the opening and closing angle of the left jaw 1411 and the opening and closing angle of the right jaw 1421 are adjustable. Therefore, the body suspension concept chair 1 can be used by users U of various bust sizes. In one embodiment, the drive member 16 may be a motor or other power generating member.
The left clamping jaw 1411 and the right clamping jaw 1421 respectively support two sides of the upper half of the trunk of the user U, so that the left supporting portion 141 and the right supporting portion 142 can respectively bear the weight of the user U. The contact surfaces of the left jaw 1411 and the right jaw 1421 with the trunk of the user U may be designed to meet the ergonomic design, which not only fits the two sides of the user U but also evenly distributes the weight of the user U over the contact surfaces. Therefore, when the body-hanging conceptual chair 1 is used, the user U does not feel any sense of discomfort in drying both sides.
In addition, the body suspension concept chair 1 may also include a controller (not shown in the figures). When the user U wants to use the body suspension concept chair 1, the user U can control the heights of the central pillar 11, the left pillar 12 and the right pillar 13, control the left supporting portion 141 and the right supporting portion 142 to move, and adjust the opening and closing angles of the left clamping jaw 1411 and the right clamping jaw 1421, so that the left clamping jaw 1411 and the right clamping jaw 1421 can just support two sides of the upper half of the trunk of the user U when the user U is in a sitting posture. In one embodiment, the controller may be a control panel, a remote controller, or a mobile communication device (e.g., a smart phone, a tablet computer, and a notebook computer).
Generally, when the user U sits on the existing chair, the gravity is directly applied to the hip of the user U, so the hip of the user U is the point of application of the gravity; at this time, the spine of the user U can be in a compressed state by gravity. In contrast, as shown in fig. 2, when the conceptual chair 1 is suspended using the human body, both feet of the user U are landed and the buttocks of the user U are suspended on the ground. In this way, the point of application of the gravitational force is transferred from the buttocks of the user U to the two sides of the upper half of the torso of the user U, so that the gravitational force is substantially applied to the two armpits and the back of the torso of the user U instead of the buttocks of the user U; wherein, the higher weight ratio is positioned under the two side armpits of the U of the user. Therefore, the spine of the user U can be in a natural stretching state under the action of gravity, so that the pressure between the intervertebral discs of the spine is released, and the effect of correcting the lateral curvature of the spine is achieved. Thus, after using the body-suspended conceptual chair 1 for a while, the health of the user U can be significantly improved.
On the other hand, since the chair 1 can be directly used in the home of the user U, the daily life of the user U can be effectively integrated, so that the chair 1 can achieve the best correction effect. In addition, the body suspension concept chair 1 can support the trunk of the user U through the left supporting portion 141 and the right supporting portion 142, so that the user U can keep a sitting posture even in a state that the hip is suspended, and can further conform to ergonomics and use habits, and therefore the user U can comfortably sit on the body suspension concept chair 1.
The physical suspension conceptual chair 1 may further include a plurality of modes, such as a static mode and a dynamic mode, and the user U may control the mode of the physical suspension conceptual chair 1 through the controller. When the body suspension concept chair 1 is in the static mode, the left and right supports 141 and 142 remain stationary. When the body suspension concept chair 1 is in a dynamic mode, the left and right supporters 141 and 142 can move at a specific regular pattern, allowing the trunk of the user U to periodically swing at an appropriate rate. Therefore, the user U can feel more relaxed both in body and soul when riding the body suspension concept chair to achieve the effect of relieving fatigue, so that the user U can ride the body suspension concept chair 1 more comfortably.
Of course, the body suspension concept chair 1 may also have more different modes to provide more different seating experiences for the user. For example, the body suspension concept chair 1 can also adopt different structures, so that the left supporting part 141 and the right supporting part 142 can move up and down to provide more different modes, and thus, users can have more different choices.
Please refer to fig. 3, which is a second schematic view of the first embodiment of the chair for human body suspension. As described above, when the user U suspends the conceptual chair 1 using the human body, both feet of the user U are in a state of being landed. As is apparent from the figure, the buttocks of the user U are suspended although the user U is in the sitting position. Thus, the point of application of the gravitational force is transferred from the user's U's buttocks (as indicated by arrow A1) to the user's U's torso where it is held by left jaw 1411 and right jaw 1421 (as indicated by arrow A2), such that the gravitational force is applied substantially to both underarms and the back of the user's U torso rather than to the user's U buttocks; wherein, the higher weight ratio is positioned under the two side armpits of the U of the user. Therefore, the spine of the user U can be in a natural stretching state under the action of gravity, and the pressure between the intervertebral discs of the spine can be effectively released. Therefore, the user U can not only comfortably ride the human body to suspend the conceptual chair 1, but also the health of the user U can be significantly improved.
The above description is only an example, and the structure of each element of the concept chair 1 for human body suspension and the coordination relationship thereof can be changed according to the actual requirement, and the invention is not limited thereto.
It is worth mentioning that the existing chair can not stretch the spine of the user naturally, and the existing fitness equipment and the existing rectification equipment can not be effectively integrated into the daily life of the user, and the rectification effect is limited. On the contrary, according to the embodiment of the invention, the body suspension concept chair can support both sides of the user's torso through the left and right supporting parts to bear the user's weight, so that both feet of the user land and the buttocks are suspended on the ground, the point of application of the gravity can be naturally transferred from the buttocks of the user to both sides of the upper half of the torso, so that the user's spine can be naturally stretched under the action of the gravity to release the pressure between the intervertebral discs of the spine and correct the phenomenon of lateral curvature of the spine, and thus the health of the user can be greatly improved.
In addition, according to the embodiment of the invention, the chair with the concept of human body suspension can be directly used at the home of the user, so that the daily life of the user can be effectively integrated, and the chair with the concept of human body suspension can achieve the best correction effect.
In addition, according to the embodiment of the invention, the body suspension concept chair can support the trunk of the user through the left supporting part and the right supporting part, so that the user can still keep a sitting posture even in a suspended state of the hip, and the body suspension concept chair can further accord with ergonomics, and therefore, the user can comfortably sit on the body suspension concept chair.
In addition, according to the embodiment of the invention, the dynamic mode of the body suspension concept chair can enable the left supporting part and the right supporting part to move according to a specific rule, so that the trunk of the user can periodically swing, the user can feel more relaxed when riding the body suspension concept chair, and the fatigue relieving effect is achieved, and therefore, the user can sit the body suspension concept chair more comfortably.
Furthermore, according to the embodiment of the invention, the structure design of the human body suspension concept chair is simple and ingenious, so that the desired effect can be achieved on the premise of not increasing the cost greatly, and the invention has commercial value. From the above, the present invention is a patent element with advancement.
Please refer to fig. 4, which is a flowchart illustrating a first embodiment of the present invention. As shown in the drawings, the sitting method (using method of the body suspension concept chair 1) for benefiting the health of the spine of the present embodiment may include the following steps:
step S41: the height of the left supporting part is adjusted to make the height of the left supporting part accord with the body shape of a user.
Step S42: the height of the right supporting part is adjusted to make the height of the right supporting part accord with the body shape of a user.
Step S43: one side of the upper half of the torso of the user is supported by the left support portion.
Step S44: the other side of the upper half part of the trunk of the user is supported by the right supporting part, so that the left supporting part and the friend supporting part bear the weight of the user.
Step S45: the buttocks of the user is suspended on the ground, and the feet of the user are landed, so that the force application point of the gravity is transferred from the buttocks of the user to the two sides of the upper half part of the user, the gravity is actually applied to the armpits and the back of the two sides of the user, but not to the buttocks of the user, and the spine of the user is in a natural stretching state under the action of the gravity.
Step S46: the left supporting part and the right supporting part are controlled to synchronously move, so that the trunk of a user can regularly swing.
Please refer to fig. 5, which is a structural diagram of a conceptual chair for human body suspension according to a second embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 5, the body suspension conceptual chair 1 includes two left supports 12a and 12b, right supports 13a and 13b, a support frame 14, a screw 15, a driving element 16 and a controller (not shown).
The supporting frame 14 connects the two left supports 12a, 12b and the two right supports 13a, 13b, such that the two left supports 12a, 12b are disposed on one side of the supporting frame 14, and the two right supports 13a, 13b are disposed on the other side of the supporting frame 14. The supporting frame 14 includes a left supporting portion 141 and a right supporting portion 142, the screw 15 is connected to the left supporting portion 141, the right supporting portion 142 and the driving element 16, and the above elements and the structure and the coordination relationship are similar to those of the previous embodiments, so that the detailed description thereof is omitted.
Similarly, the left and right supporting portions 141 and 142 respectively support the two sides of the upper half of the trunk of the user U to bear the weight of the user U, so that the feet of the user land and the buttocks of the user U are suspended on the ground, the force application point of the gravity is transferred from the buttocks of the user U to the two sides of the upper half of the drying of the user U, and thus the gravity is substantially applied to the armpits and the back of the two sides of the drying of the user U instead of the buttocks of the user U; wherein, the higher weight ratio of the two side armpits of the drainage of the user U leads the vertebra of the user U to be in a natural stretching state under the action of gravity.
Please refer to fig. 6 and 7, which are a first schematic view and a second schematic view of a conceptual chair for human body suspension according to a second embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 6, the user U can control the tilting direction of the body-suspended conceptual chair 1 by changing the center of gravity of the body. For example, when the user U wants to take the cup K placed on the table T, the user U may tilt the body to the left side to shift the center of gravity of the body to the left side. Since the user U has shifted the center of gravity of the body to the left, the two left struts 12a, 12b are increasingly loaded, and the controller will detect that the current of the two left struts 12a, 12b is also increasing; at this time, the controller can lower the height of the two left struts 12a, 12b, as shown by arrow D.
As shown in fig. 7, the controller simultaneously controls the driving element 16 to move the left supporting portion 141 and the right supporting portion 142 to the left, so that the body of the user U can move to the left. Therefore, the user U can smoothly take the cup K placed on the table T.
In summary, according to the embodiments of the present invention, the body suspension concept chair supports both sides of the user's torso through the left and right supporting portions to bear the user's weight, so that both feet of the user land and the buttocks are suspended on the ground, and the point of application of the gravitational force can be naturally transferred from the buttocks of the user to both sides of the upper half of the torso, so that the user's spine can be naturally stretched under the action of the gravitational force to release the pressure between the intervertebral discs of the spine and correct the lateral bending of the spine, thereby greatly improving the user's health.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the human body suspension concept chair can be directly used at home of a user, so that the daily life of the user can be effectively integrated, and the optimal correction effect of the human body suspension concept chair can be really achieved.
In addition, according to the embodiment of the invention, the body suspension concept chair can support the trunk of the user through the left supporting part and the right supporting part, so that the user can still keep a sitting posture even in a suspended state of the hip, and the body suspension concept chair can further accord with the human engineering, so that the user can comfortably sit on the body suspension concept chair.
