Background
An endoscope is a common medical instrument and generally comprises a bending control part, an insertion part and a signal connection part. The signal connection portion thereof is usually connected to the image display apparatus. When the inserted part of the endoscope is inserted into the human body through a natural pore canal of the human body or a small incision made by an operation for use, the inserted part of the endoscope is guided into a pre-examined organ by controlling the bending control part, and the change of the related part can be directly observed.
The endoscope is a delicate medical instrument, most of domestic medical endoscope markets are occupied by foreign products, the price is from tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands, complex and high-cost disinfection and maintenance are carried out after each use, and the hidden danger of cross infection caused by nonstandard disinfection procedures exists.
A water-air channel, an instrument channel, a suction channel, a signal cable and a light-guide fiber are arranged in a traditional endoscope insertion tube. The head end of the endoscope is provided with a water-gas nozzle, an imaging module, an illuminating module, an instrument channel outlet, an internal slender channel and the uneven surface of the head end, so that thorough disinfection is very difficult, but the traditional endoscope needs to be improved due to the fact that the manufacturing cost of the existing endoscope is high and the existing endoscope needs to be reused, and the cost and the risk of cross infection are reduced.
The disposable product which appears later is made of medical resin or soft materials, has poor bending control performance, is difficult to reach affected parts and has narrow application range.
In order to reduce production cost, avoid the risk of incomplete disinfection and avoid cross infection, a disposable four-way gastrointestinal medical endoscope is provided.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a disposable four-way gastrointestinal medical endoscope, which reduces the production cost, avoids the risk of incomplete disinfection and avoids cross infection.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a disposable four-way gastrointestinal medical endoscope comprises a bending module and a functional module, wherein the bending module comprises a bending part, a bending control part and an insertion part for connecting the bending part and the bending control part, a first channel is arranged inside the bending part, and a second channel is arranged inside the insertion part; the functional module comprises a head end part, a tail end part and a pipe harness part connecting the head end part and the tail end part; the end portion and the pipe harness portion may pass through the first passage of the bent portion and the second passage of the insertion portion, and the head end portion of the function module may be fixed to the front end of the bent portion.
Preferably, the bending control portion includes a bending member bendable in two or four directions, and the bending member is provided with two or four pulling cords connected to the bending control portion.
Preferably, the bending control device further comprises a pull rope, a guide groove for the pull rope to pass through is formed in the insertion portion, a driving wheel capable of pulling the pull rope is arranged on the bending control portion, and a third channel is formed in the bending control portion.
Preferably, the head end portion is provided with a boss on which a seal ring is provided.
Preferably, the boss is provided with a buckle, and the bent portion is provided with a clamping groove matched with the buckle.
Preferably, the curved portion is a smooth flat cylindrical surface.
Preferably, be provided with fixed establishment on the tip portion, this fixed establishment includes fixed band, magic tape matt surface and magic tape thorn face, the one end of fixed band is fixed with magic tape matt surface, and the other end is fixed with the magic tape thorn face that bonds mutually with magic tape matt surface.
Preferably, the magic tape matt surface and the magic tape stabbing surface are connected with the fixing band through sewing.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the surface of the insertion part of the bent part only needs to be disinfected, and the surface is a smooth and flat cylindrical surface, so that the disinfection is facilitated, and the risk of incomplete disinfection is avoided;
(2) the functional part is made into a disposable low-cost design, and a slender channel and a complex uneven surface structure are made on the disposable functional part, so that the risk of cross infection is avoided;
(3) through the fixed establishment of design, twine the fixed band at terminal portion, the bonding of the magic tape matt surface and the magic tape thorn face of fixed band one end stabilizes terminal portion, reduces in a jumble or disorderly.

Referring to fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3, fig. 4, fig. 5, fig. 7, fig. 8 and fig. 9, the present invention provides a technical solution: a disposable four-way gastrointestinal medical endoscope comprises a bending module 10 and a function module 20, wherein the bending module 10 comprises a bending part 11, a bending control part 12 and an insertion part 13 which connects the bending part 11 and the bending control part 12, a first channel 111 is arranged inside the bending part 11, and a second channel 131 is arranged inside the insertion part 13; the function module 20 includes a head end portion 21, a tip end portion 22, and a tube harness portion 23 connecting the head end portion 21 and the tip end portion 22; the end portion 22 and the pipe harness portion 23 may pass through the first passage 111 of the bending portion 11 and the second passage 131 of the insertion portion 13, the head portion 21 of the function module 20 may be fixed to the front end of the bending portion 11, and the head portion 21 of the function module 20 may be quickly separated from the front end of the bending portion 11 of the bending module 10, while the pipe harness portion 23 and the end portion 22 of the function module 20 are withdrawn from the first passage 111 of the bending portion 11 and the second passage 131 of the insertion portion 13, so that the function module 20 is separated from the bending module 10.
In this embodiment, the bending control portion 12 preferably includes a bending member 112 that can be bent in two directions, and two pulling ropes 113 connected to the bending control portion 12 are provided on the bending member 112.

In this embodiment, it is preferable that the boss 211 is provided with a catch 213, the curved portion 11 is provided with a catch 114 matching with the catch 213, and the head end portion 21 and the curved portion 11 are quickly fixed and separated by the cooperation of the catch 213 and the catch 114.
In this embodiment, it is preferable that the curved portion 11 has a smooth and flat cylindrical surface, so that the sterilization is easy without the risk of incomplete sterilization.

The working principle and the using process of the invention are as follows: when the endoscope is used, the end part 22 and the tube harness part 23 of the function module 20 are inserted through the first channel 111 of the bending part 11 and the second channel 131 of the insertion part 13 and are inserted through the third channel 122 of the bending control part 12, the end part 22 is connected with an external device of an endoscope, such as an image display device, the boss 211 of the head end part 21 is sleeved in the channel of the bending part 11, the sealing ring 212 of the head end part 21 forms a seal with the first channel 111 of the bending part 11, the buckle 213 of the head end part 21 is clamped in the clamping groove 114 of the bending part 11, the device is ready for use, and a doctor can use the endoscope device;
after use, the end section 22 is disconnected from the external equipment of the endoscope, the buckle 213 of the head end section 21 is withdrawn from the clamping groove 114 of the bending section 11, then the pipe harness section 23 and the end section 22 are withdrawn from the third channel 122 of the bending control section 12, the second channel 131 of the insertion section 13 and the first channel 111 of the bending section 11, respectively, and the function module 20 is discarded; the bending part 11 still adopts the precise design of the traditional endoscope, the bending part 11 only needs to be sterilized on the surface of the insertion part 13, the surface is a smooth and flat cylindrical surface, the sterilization is easy, and the risk of incomplete sterilization is avoided; the functional part is made into a disposable low-cost design, and a slender channel and a complex uneven surface structure are made on the disposable functional part, so that the risk of cross infection is avoided.
