The invention discloses a rail limiting device of a platform plate of a heavy railway mechanized platform, wherein the platform plate comprises an upper panel and a lower panel; the two or more rail limiting devices are arranged between the upper panel and the lower panel of the platform plate; limiting holes which correspond to the rail limiting devices one to one are processed on the lower panel; the rail limiting device can perform telescopic motion; when the platform plates are in a transportation state, more than two platform plates are stacked together, and the rail limiting device is in a retraction state and is positioned in the platform plates; when the platform plate is in an assembled state, the rail limiting device extends out of the limiting hole of the platform plate; the platform plate is placed on a rail, and the rail limiting device extending out of the platform plate is tightly attached to the side surface of the rail to limit the platform plate; the invention can improve the erection efficiency of the equipment and reduce the splicing adjustment strength.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of heavy railway mechanized platforms, and particularly relates to a rail limiting device of a platform plate of a heavy railway mechanized platform.
Background
At present, in order to meet the trafficability of vehicles with large turning diameters, a plurality of platform plates are designed to serve as transitional connecting sections in heavy railway mechanized platforms in China. Current landing slab all does not set up rail stop device to landing slab is difficult to accurate counterpoint when erectting on the rail face and assembling, leads to the landing slab to need repeated aversion, counterpoint at whole assembly in-process, erects that personnel intensity of labour is big, operating time is long, the operating efficiency is low.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of this, the invention provides a rail limiting device for a platform plate of a heavy-duty railway mechanized platform, which can improve the erection efficiency of the equipment and reduce the splicing adjustment strength.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a rail limiting device of a platform plate of a heavy-duty railway mechanized platform comprises an upper panel and a lower panel; the two or more rail limiting devices are arranged between the upper panel and the lower panel of the platform plate; limiting holes which correspond to the rail limiting devices one to one are processed on the lower panel; the rail limiting device can perform telescopic motion;
when the platform plates are in a transportation state, more than two platform plates are stacked together, and the rail limiting device is in a retraction state and is positioned in the platform plates;
when the platform plate is in an assembled state, the rail limiting device extends out of the limiting hole of the platform plate; the platform plate is placed on the rail and extends out of the platform plate, the rail limiting device is tightly attached to the side face of the rail, and the platform plate is limited.

the spring is arranged in the mounting cavity and is in a compressed state, one end of the spring is abutted against the inner bottom surface of the closed end of the guide cylinder, and the other end of the spring is abutted against the inner bottom surface of the blind hole of the guide shaft; the spring is used for driving the guide shaft to extend out of the limiting hole in the lower panel, and when the step surface at the junction of the small-diameter section and the large-diameter section of the guide shaft abuts against the lower panel, the guide shaft extends out in place.

(3) The end part of the small-diameter section of the guide shaft is processed into the ball head, so that jamming cannot occur in the process that the guide shaft is automatically ejected out under the action of the spring, and the guide shaft can be conveniently and quickly extended out.
(4) The lengths of the side edges of the platform plates in the width direction, which are spaced from the corresponding rail limiting devices, are equal, so that the assembled platform plates can be arranged neatly, the direction of each platform plate can be changed conveniently, and the modular replacement is convenient.

Detailed Description
The invention is described in detail below by way of example with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The embodiment provides a rail limiting device of a platform plate of a heavy railway mechanized platform, referring to fig. 1-2, a platform plate 5 comprises an upper panel and a lower panel 4; the two or more rail limiting devices are arranged between the upper panel and the lower panel 4 of the platform plate 5; and the lower panel 4 is provided with limiting holes which are in one-to-one correspondence with the rail limiting devices;
referring to fig. 1, each of the rail limiting devices comprises: the guide cylinder 1, the guide shaft 3 and the spring 2;
the guide cylinder 1 is of a cylindrical structure with one closed end and one open end, a flange is arranged at the open end of the guide cylinder 1, and four unthreaded holes are formed in the flange and used for installing bolts; the guide cylinder 1 is positioned between the upper panel and the lower panel 4 of the platform plate 5, the opening end of the guide cylinder 1 faces downwards, and a flange at the opening end of the guide cylinder 1 is fixed on the lower panel 4 of the platform plate 5 through bolts and nuts;
the guide shaft 3 is a cylindrical step shaft, the end part of the small-diameter section of the guide shaft 3 is processed into a ball head, and the end part of the large-diameter section of the guide shaft 3 is processed with a blind hole extending to the small-diameter section; the large-diameter section of the guide shaft 3 is coaxially arranged in the guide cylinder 1, and the blind hole of the guide shaft 3 and the inner cavity of the guide cylinder 1 form a closed installation cavity; the ball head of the small-diameter section of the guide shaft 3 faces downwards and is opposite to the limiting hole on the lower panel 4, and the guide shaft 3 can perform telescopic motion;
the spring 2 is arranged in the mounting cavity, the spring 2 is in a compressed state, one end of the spring 2 abuts against the inner bottom surface of the closed end of the guide cylinder 1, and the other end of the spring 2 abuts against the inner bottom surface of the blind hole of the guide shaft 3; when no external force is applied, the spring 2 is used for driving the guide shaft 3 to extend out of the limiting hole on the lower panel 4, and when the step surface at the intersection of the small-diameter section and the large-diameter section of the guide shaft 3 is abutted against the lower panel 4, the guide shaft 3 extends out in place.
When the number of the rail limiting devices is four, every two rail limiting devices are in a group, a connecting line between the two rail limiting devices in the group is parallel to the width direction of the platform plate 5, namely the lengths of the two rail limiting devices in the first group from one side edge of the platform plate 5 in the width direction are both L; the lengths of the two rail limiting devices in the second group from the other side edge of the platform plate 5 in the width direction are also L;
when the number of the rail limiting devices is two, a connecting line between the two rail limiting devices is parallel to the width direction of the platform plate 5.
The working principle is as follows:
referring to fig. 3, in the transportation process of the platform plates 5, a plurality of platform plates 5 are stacked together, any two adjacent platform plates 5 are an upper platform plate and a lower platform plate, when the upper platform plate is placed on the lower platform plate, the rail limiting device on the upper platform plate is contacted with the lower platform plate, and the rail limiting device on the upper platform plate moves upwards under the pressure of the self weight of the upper platform plate, so that the spring 2 is compressed until the ball head of the guide shaft 3 retracts into the upper platform plate; at the moment, the gap between the upper platform plate and the lower platform plate is very small and basically attached; therefore, the plurality of platform boards 5 are all in a mutually attached state, the transportation space can be saved, and the transportation reliability is improved.
Referring to fig. 4, in the assembly process of the platform boards 5, firstly, one platform board 5 is removed from a plurality of platform boards 5 in a stacked state, and the guide shaft 3 in the rail limiting device on the platform board 5 extends out of the limiting hole of the lower board 4 under the restoring force of the spring 2 until the guide shaft 3 extends out to the position; then, the platform plate 5 is placed on the rail 6, and the ball head of the guide shaft 3 is lower than the upper plane of the rail 6; the installer can adjust the position of the platform plate 5 properly to make the two guide shafts 3 in any group cling to the side surface of the rail 6, thus completing the position limitation of the platform plate 5; and finally, sequentially placing the rest of the platform plates 5 on the rail 6, and enabling the two guide shafts 3 in any group of the rest of the platform plates 5 to be tightly attached to the side surface of the rail 6, thereby completing the assembly of the platform plates 5.

A rail limiting device of a platform plate of a heavy-duty railway mechanized platform comprises an upper panel and a lower panel (4), wherein the platform plate (5) comprises the upper panel and the lower panel; the device is characterized in that more than two rail limiting devices are arranged between an upper panel and a lower panel (4) of the platform plate (5); limiting holes which correspond to the rail limiting devices one to one are processed on the lower panel (4); the rail limiting device can perform telescopic motion;
when the platform plates (5) are in a transportation state, more than two platform plates (5) are stacked together, and the rail limiting device is in a retraction state and is positioned in the platform plates (5);
when the platform board (5) is in an assembled state, the rail limiting device extends out of the limiting hole of the platform board (5); the platform board (5) is placed on the rail (6), extends out of the platform board (5), and the rail limiting device clings to the side face of the rail (6) to limit the platform board (5).
2. A rail stop arrangement for a heavy duty railway mechanized platform deck according to claim 1, wherein each said rail stop arrangement comprises: the guide device comprises a guide cylinder (1), a guide shaft (3) and a spring (2);
the guide cylinder (1) is of a cylindrical structure with one closed end and one open end; the guide cylinder (1) is positioned between the upper panel and the lower panel (4) of the platform plate (5), and the opening end of the guide cylinder (1) is fixed on the lower panel (4) of the platform plate (5);
the guide shaft (3) is a cylindrical step shaft, and a blind hole extending to a small-diameter section is processed at the end part of a large-diameter section of the guide shaft (3); the large-diameter section of the guide shaft (3) is coaxially arranged in the guide cylinder (1), and the blind hole of the guide shaft (3) and the inner cavity of the guide cylinder (1) form a closed installation cavity; the small-diameter section of the guide shaft (3) is opposite to the limiting hole on the lower panel (4), and the guide shaft (3) can perform telescopic motion;
the spring (2) is arranged in the mounting cavity, the spring (2) is in a compressed state, one end of the spring is abutted against the inner bottom surface of the closed end of the guide cylinder (1), and the other end of the spring is abutted against the inner bottom surface of the blind hole of the guide shaft (3); the spring (2) is used for driving the guide shaft (3) to stretch out of a limiting hole in the lower panel (4), and when a step surface at the junction of the small-diameter section and the large-diameter section of the guide shaft (3) is abutted to the lower panel (4), the guide shaft (3) stretches out in place.

6. A rail stop device for a platform deck of a heavy-duty railway mechanization platform according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein two or more rail stop devices are equally spaced from the corresponding width-directional side edge of the platform deck (5).

The rail stopper device of a heavy-duty railway mechanized platform plate according to claim 6, wherein when the number of the rail stopper devices is four, each two rail stopper devices are grouped, and a connecting line between two rail stopper devices in a group is parallel to the width direction of the platform plate (5), that is, the two rail stopper devices in a first group are both L long from one side edge of the platform plate (5) in the width direction; the lengths of the two rail limiting devices in the second group from the other side edge of the platform plate (5) in the width direction are also L.
