the motor 304 drives the sprocket group D305 to rotate and then drives the main connecting shaft 206 to rotate so as to drive the semi-gear group 307 and the sprocket group C303 to rotate, the sprocket group C303 drives the belt B302 to rotate, the cigarette ends conveyed by the movable baffle 207 are conveyed into the holes of the belt C308 under the limit of the limit supporting plate 301, and the sprocket group D305 drives the worm wheel group D306 to rotate and then drives the belt C308 to rotate so as to convey the cigarette ends to the appointed position;
the telescopic controller 404 presses the clamping stop 309 to clamp the cigarette end, the main connecting shaft 206 drives the half gear 407 to rotate, then drives the chain wheel set E401 to rotate, and then drives the rotary blade 402 and the rotary hook 403 to rotate, and then firstly cuts off paper outside the cigarette end, then hooks out the fiber inside the cigarette end and transports the fiber into the fiber recycling box 405, and the paper moves into the paper sheet recycling box 406 along with the belt C308. The cigarette ends are separated at one time, so that manpower required for separating the cigarette ends is saved, and the working efficiency of separation is improved.
Claims (5)
1. An environment-friendly cigarette end separating device based on environmental protection comprises a movable supporting part (1), a rotary separating part (2), a conveying part (3) and a separated cigarette end part (4); the movable supporting part (1) is used for providing supporting function for the main body of the equipment and the rest part and driving the equipment to move; the rotary separation part (2) comprises a rotary part and a discharge part, the rotary part comprises a centrifugal barrel (201), the centrifugal barrel (201) is fixedly arranged on a baffle plate on the upper fixed plate (103), the discharge part comprises a movable baffle plate (207), a screw rod group (208) and a belt A (214), the movable baffle plate (207) is movably arranged at the upper end of the screw rod group (208), the screw rod group (208) is movably arranged in a hole on the upper fixed plate (103), and a shaft of the belt A (214) is rotatably arranged on the baffle plate on the upper fixed plate (103); the conveying part (3) comprises a limit supporting plate (301) and a belt C (308), wherein the lower end of the limit supporting plate (301) is fixedly arranged on the left side of the upper fixing plate (103), and the lower end of the fixing plate of the belt C (308) is fixedly arranged on the lower side of the upper fixing plate (103); the separated cigarette head (4) is movably arranged on the upper fixing plate (103); this equipment is transported the assigned position through removing supporting part (1) with equipment, put into centrifugal barrel (201) with the cigarette end of collecting, centrifugal barrel (201) is rotatory, transport conveying portion (3) with cigarette end one by one in, conveying portion (3) transport the cigarette end to the position of separation cigarette head (4), separation cigarette head (4) separate the cigarette end and put into different recovery box, throw into centrifugal barrel (201) again after handling through rotatory discharge portion of separation portion (2) discharge in the cigarette end that has problems in centrifugal barrel (201) and work.

the rotary gear (202) is fixedly arranged on the outer wall of the right barrel of the centrifugal barrel (201); the gear at the upper end of the gear set A (203) is fixedly arranged at the right end of a rod of the worm wheel set A (204), and the left end of a shaft of a gear at the lower end of the gear set A (203) is movably arranged on the upper fixed plate (103); the left end of the worm wheel group A (204) rod is movably arranged on the upper fixed plate (103), and the worm wheel group A (204) wheel is fixedly arranged on the shaft of the control gear group A (205); the upper gear of the control gear set A (205) is fixedly arranged on the left side of the main connecting shaft (206); the main connecting shaft (206) is movably arranged in a hole of a fixed block on the upper fixed plate (103).

one end gear of the chain wheel group A (209) is fixedly arranged at the lower end of the screw rod group (208), and the gear at the other end of the chain wheel group A (209) is fixedly arranged at the lower end of the worm wheel group B (210) rod; the shaft of the worm wheel group B (210) is rotatably arranged in the hole of the fixed block of the upper fixed plate (103), and the middle part of the rod of the worm wheel group B (210) is rotatably arranged in the hole of the upper fixed plate (103); one side gear of the control gear set B (211) is fixedly arranged in the middle of the main connecting shaft (206), and the other side gear of the control gear set B (211) is movably arranged at the left end of the worm wheel set B (210) shaft; the lower end gear of the chain wheel group B (212) is fixedly arranged in the middle of the main connecting shaft (206), the upper end gear of the chain wheel group B (212) is fixedly arranged on the rod of the worm wheel group C (213), the shaft of the wheel of the worm wheel group C (213) is fixedly arranged on the shaft at one side of the belt A (214), and the two ends of the rod of the worm wheel group C (213) and the shaft of the wheel are rotatably arranged in the holes of the fixing blocks in the middle of the upper fixing plate (103); the shaft of the belt A (214) is rotatably arranged in a hole of a fixed block at the upper part of the upper end of the upper fixed plate (103); the cigarette end recovery box (215) is placed on the upper part of the lower fixing plate (101).

An environmental protection-based environmental protection cigarette end separating device according to claim 2, wherein said conveying part (3) further comprises: belt B (302), sprocket set C (303), motor (304), sprocket set D (305), worm gear set D (306), half gear set (307), clamping stop (309);
