the panel 22 arranged at the front end of the head cabinet 1 is provided with an access port 10; an in-out storage file placing plate 11 is arranged in the head cabinet 1, and the in-out storage file placing plate 11 is positioned behind the access opening 10; the head cabinet 1 and the tail cabinet 2 are both provided with a file storage rack 4; the front of the file storage rack 4 is provided with a pallet truck 3, and the pallet truck 3 is used for conveying files placed on the file placing plate 11 in and out of the warehouse to the file storage rack 4; a bar code printer 12 and a touch screen 13 are arranged on one side of the access opening 10 of the head cabinet 1, the bar code printer 12 is used for printing out a bar code to record the position of a file after the file is conveyed to the file storage rack 4 by the pallet truck 3, and the touch screen 13 is used for controlling the starting of the operation of the file in and out of the intelligent file cabinet; the inside control electronic box 14 that is equipped with of head cabinet 1, pallet truck 3, bar code printer 12 and touch-control screen 13 all link to each other with control electronic box 14 electrical property.
Specifically, the touch screen 13 is provided with a face recognition function and/or a password unlocking function, and the file cannot be accessed and stored in the unlocked state of the touch screen 13, so that the file storage safety can be ensured.
As a preferred scheme of the embodiment, referring to fig. 1-2 specifically, the intelligent file cabinet further includes a plurality of intermediate cabinets 5 constructed by columns 21 and panels 22, the intermediate cabinets 5 are connected with each other, the intermediate cabinets 5 arranged at the two ends are connected with the head cabinet 1 and the tail cabinet 2 respectively, and the insides of the intermediate cabinets are communicated with the head cabinet 1 and the tail cabinet 2; the interior of the intermediate cabinet 5 is also provided with a document storage rack 4. The number of intermediate cabinets 5 can be adjusted according to the storage requirements for the documents.
As a preferred scheme of this embodiment, referring to fig. 1 in particular, the intelligent file cabinet is in a fully closed state, the overall structure is firm, and the intelligent file cabinet has characteristics of dust prevention, moisture prevention, and the like, and the panel 22 on the intelligent file cabinet is made of a fireproof veneered high-density medium density fiberboard, and has characteristics of fire prevention, insulation, no deformation, and the like.

As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 3 to 4, first stoppers 169 are respectively disposed on two sides of the automatic door 15 and two ends of the in-out document placing plate 11, and the first stoppers 169 are used to prevent the automatic door 15 or the in-out document placing plate 11 from moving excessively to disengage from the guide rail or collide with the panel 22.

As a preferable solution of this embodiment, referring to fig. 10 in particular, the driving assembly 353 includes a first fixing block 3531, a second fixing block 3532, a fourth driving wheel 3533 and a fourth driving belt 3534; the first fixed block 3531 is fixedly connected to the clamping arm 333, the second fixed block 3532 is fixedly connected to the extending plate 348, and the fourth driving wheel 3533 is rotatably connected to the clamping plate 343; when the extension plate 348 is in a contracted state, the fourth transmission wheel 3533 is positioned at a side far away from the first fixing block 3531 and the second fixing block 3532; both ends of the fourth belt 3534 are fixedly connected with the first fixed block 3531 and the second fixed block 3532, respectively, and the middle part of the fourth belt 3534 is bypassed by the fourth driving wheel 3533. When the clamping plate 343 moves forward, the first fixing block 3531 is fixed, the fourth transmission wheel 3533 gradually moves away from the first fixing block 3531, so as to drive the fourth transmission belt 3534 to pull the extension plate 348, so that the extension plate 348 moves forward, and when the clamping plate 343 moves backward, the other driving assembly 353 performs the same steps as above, so that the extension plate 348 moves backward synchronously.
As a preferable scheme of the present embodiment, referring to fig. 6 to 10, a plurality of second sensors 35 are disposed on the stacker crane 3, and the second sensors 35 are configured to sense moving positions of the base 311, the lifting base 324, the clamping arms 333, and the clamping plate 343.
As a preferred scheme of this embodiment, referring to fig. 11 in particular, the front end of the track 6 in the head cabinet 1 is provided with the sensing bar 62, the base 311 is provided with the third sensor 36, and the third sensor 36 is used for sensing the sensing bar 62 to sense the moving distance of the stacker crane 3 in the head cabinet 1; because the inside important part such as touch-control screen 13, control electronic box 14 that has of first cabinet 1, third sensor 36 and response strip 62 have more accurate response within a definite time to this further prevents that each part from colliding in pallet truck 3 and the first cabinet 1.
As a preferred scheme of the present embodiment, referring to fig. 3, the first retaining member 63 is disposed in the track 6 of each of the head cabinet 1 and the tail cabinet 2, and the second retaining member 63 is configured to prevent the pallet truck 3 from sliding out of the strip-shaped transmission gear 61 due to excessive sliding.
As a preferred scheme of this embodiment, referring to fig. 1 to 11 specifically, the method for using the intelligent document cabinet includes a file warehousing process and a file ex-warehousing process;
when the file is put in a storage,
step (1), manually placing the file on a file placing plate 11 for entering and exiting a warehouse, and enabling a control electronic box 14 to receive information that the file for entering the warehouse has been placed through operation of a touch screen 13;
step (2), the control electronic box 14 controls the stacker crane 3 to start, and the stacker crane 3 takes the files on the file placing plate 11 in and out of the warehouse and conveys the files to the file storage rack 4;
step (3), after the file is placed, the stacker crane 3 returns to the original position, and the bar code printer 12 prints out the bar code to record the specific storage position of the file;
when the files are taken out of the warehouse,
step (1), a bar code is placed in front of a touch screen 13 for identification, so that a control electronic box 14 receives pickup information;
step (2), the control electronic box 14 controls the stacker crane 3 to start, the stacker crane 3 moves to a position where a corresponding file is stored, and the file is taken away and conveyed to the file placing plate 11 for entering and exiting a warehouse;
and (3) after the files are placed, the stacker crane 3 returns to the original position, and the files on the file placing plate 11 entering and exiting the warehouse are taken away manually through the storage port.
According to the intelligent file cabinet and the using method thereof, the problem that the existing document data needs to be manually put and taken, a large amount of time is needed for manual arrangement and arrangement along with the increase of data volume, and the required document data is difficult to find due to excessive files frequently during pickup, so that the efficiency is low is solved through reasonable structural arrangement.
