One embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 23, provides a diaphragm assembly including a diaphragm body 1 and a sensing member 2. The detection member 2 is connected to the partition body 1, and the detection member 2 is used for detecting impurities in the liquid in the container 7.
The detection component 2 is used for detecting impurities (such as solid, flocculent or air bubbles) which are not in a liquid state in the container 7, so that a user can know the state of the liquid in the container 7, the phenomenon that the user drinks the deteriorated liquid by mistake is avoided, and the phenomenon that the user is hurt by the solid impurities (such as glass slag) in the liquid by mistake can also be avoided.
When the partition plate assembly of the embodiment is applied to refrigeration equipment, such as a wine cabinet, the detection part 2 is used for detecting the state of wine in a wine bottle, so that a user can distinguish whether the wine in the wine bottle is deteriorated or not, and the detection part is also used for finding impurities in the wine to avoid mistaken drinking. When refrigeration plant is used for saving grape wine or other fruit wines, the wine liquid itself of grape wine or other fruit wines generally has the colour, and the beverage bottle is also non-white, and the naked eye direct observation beverage bottle is very difficult to discover whether mix impurity in the beverage bottle, sets up behind the test part 2 on the baffle subassembly, and the user can be more audio-visual discovery wine's the heterology, promotes and drinks the security. Under the general condition, wine is stored in refrigeration plant for a long time, probably deteriorates, and under the condition of not opening the bottle, the user is difficult to discover the flocculent sediment in the beverage bottle, and then is difficult to discover the problem that wine is rotten, adopts detection part 2 on the baffle subassembly of this embodiment, can detect out wine whether rotten, avoids drinking rotten wine and influences the wine tasting and experience, also promotes and drinks the security.
Certainly, this embodiment is not limited to detecting wine, and container 7 is also not limited to the beverage bottle, can also be used for detecting colored other drinks or the liquid of taking the colour in other containers, and application scope is extensive, helps promoting the safety in utilization of liquid in container 7, and then promotes refrigeration plant's functionality.
Wherein, on the baffle subassembly was located to detection part 2, the position of baffle subassembly in refrigeration plant is nimble, and the accessible is adjusted the position of baffle subassembly and is adjusted detection part 2's position, and detection part 2's position control is simple and convenient, and application scope is extensive.
The container 7 needs to be made of a light-transmitting material so that the state of the solution in the container 7 can be known without opening the bottle, but the color of the container 7 and the color of the liquid are not limited to white. The container 7 may be in the form of a bottle, a can, or a sealed bag.
An embodiment of the detection member 2 is provided below.
In another embodiment, the detection member 2 comprises a detection lamp 21, the detection lamp 21 corresponding to the irradiation of the liquid in the container 7. The detection lamp 21 has a simple structure, is easy and convenient to operate for a user, and has little influence on the production cost of the partition plate assembly due to little structural modification of the partition plate assembly.
The luminous flux of the detection lamp 21 needs to be large enough to enable a user to observe the state of the liquid in the container 7 under the irradiation of the detection lamp 21, so that the user can distinguish whether the liquid contains impurities or whether the liquid is deteriorated.
When the liquid in the container 7 is wine, the wine may be degenerated to generate floccules or bubbles, and when the light flux is large enough, a user can observe the state of the liquid in the container 7 through the container 7, so that whether the wine is degenerated or not can be detected quickly. When the detection lamp 21 is used for the wine quality control, the light of the detection lamp 21 is high light and can penetrate through the wine bottle to observe the state of the wine in the wine bottle.
Wherein, the spot lamp can be selected for the detection lamp 21, and the technology of spot lamp is mature and with low costs. As shown in fig. 8 and 10, the partition board body 1 is provided with a switch 23 to facilitate the switch adjustment of the detection lamp 21, and the switch 23 may be of a push-button or touch type structure.
Further, the detection lamp 21 is rotatably connected to the partition body 1, so that the irradiation angle of the detection lamp 21 can be adjusted conveniently, and the detection of the containers 7 in different positions and different heights can be adapted conveniently.
In another embodiment, the detecting component 2 may further include an image capturing device (not shown), which captures an image of the solution in the container 7, and determines whether the liquid in the container 7 contains impurities through image analysis. Wherein the image acquisition device is generally a camera.
Of course, the detection unit 2 is not limited to the detection lamp 21 and the image capturing device, and may have other configurations for detecting impurities in the liquid.
In another embodiment, referring to fig. 1 and 5 to 8, the detection lamp 21 is connected to the front end of the partition body 1 and irradiates towards the front end of the partition body 1, the detection lamp 21 irradiates towards the front of the partition body 1, and when the container 7 is detected, the space of the partition body 1 does not need to be occupied, and the integrity of the partition body 1 is ensured.
When the partition board assembly is installed in the storage cabinet, after a user takes the container 7 from the cabinet body 8 of the storage cabinet, the user can hold the container 7 by hand and detect the front end of the partition board body 1, the detection is convenient, the operation is simple and convenient, and the structure of the partition board assembly is simple.
The front end is relative to the storage cabinet, the depth direction of the storage cabinet is the front-back direction, when the partition plate assembly is installed in the storage cabinet, the side, facing a user, of the partition plate assembly is the front end, and the side, opposite to the front end, of the partition plate assembly is the rear end. The front end of the separator body 1, i.e., the end of the separator body 1 facing the user.
