Abstract

With the pace of modern life being accelerated, the pressure of life of people is increased; moreover, the environmental pollution is more and more serious, and more people have excessive grease secretion due to the oily and spicy stimulation of food eaten by people, irregular daily life and rest, night stay and the like. Excessive oil secretion can cause oily light on the surface of the skin, easily contaminate pollutants in the environment, and simultaneously, corresponding skin diseases can easily occur, such as skin sensitivity, allergy, acne generation, seborrheic dermatitis initiation, seborrheic alopecia and the like. The oil control period of the existing oil control product is often short, and long-acting oil control cannot be realized.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a long-acting oil-controlling skin care composition and a preparation method thereof.

In order to realize the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a skin care composition comprises mineral mud, bamboo charcoal powder, silica powder and plant extract; the plant extract comprises at least two of chamomile extract, fig extract and lotus extract.

The mineral mud is at least one of sea mud, salt mud and volcanic mud, contains abundant mineral components and trace components, and has the effect of adsorbing oil. The bamboo charcoal powder is nano white bamboo charcoal powder which is obtained by taking old moso bamboos growing for more than 5 years as raw materials, carbonizing at low temperature, activating at high temperature and then physically grinding, and has excellent adsorption effect, so that the bamboo charcoal powder has a very good oil absorption effect, can provide a good oil control effect and can also play a role in regulating skin feel. The silicon powder contains at least one of silicon dioxide, silica powder and polymethylsilsesquioxane, has a good hydrophobic porous structure, and has a good oil absorption effect. The mineral mud, the bamboo charcoal powder and the silicon powder have good adsorption effect, can adsorb grease, and has an oil control effect. If the mineral mud is used only, the mineral mud is easy to agglomerate in the placing process and is inconvenient to use; therefore, the bamboo charcoal powder and the silicon powder with porous structures are mixed with the mineral mud for use, and are not agglomerated but in a fluffy state in the placing process. The particle sizes of the three components are not more than 10 microns, the use feeling is poor when the particle sizes are too large, and the particle settling speed is influenced when the particle sizes are too small; after the mineral mud, the bamboo charcoal powder and the silicon powder are compounded, the oil control performance of the skin care composition can be obviously improved, and the skin care composition has good stability.

The plant extract comprises at least two of chamomile extract, fig extract and lotus extract; compared with a single plant extract, the oil control performance of the skin care composition prepared by compounding any two of the plant extracts is obviously better; and can significantly improve the stability of the skin care composition.

Preferably, the skin care composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: mineral mud 0.1-5 parts, bamboo charcoal powder 0.1-5 parts and silicon powder 0.5-10 parts. When the contents of the mineral mud, the bamboo charcoal powder and the silicon powder in the skin care composition meet the mixture ratio, the oil content can still be kept at a lower level after the skin care composition is smeared for 4 hours.

Further preferably, the skin care composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: mineral mud 0.5-1.5 parts, bamboo charcoal powder 0.5-3 parts and silicon powder 1-5 parts. Experiments prove that the content of the mineral mud, the bamboo charcoal powder and the silicon powder has great influence on the performance, and when the content of the mineral mud, the bamboo charcoal powder and the silicon powder meets the proportion, the oil control performance of the prepared skin care composition can be further improved.

Preferably, the skin care composition further comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1-10 parts of plant extract, 1-10 parts of polyalcohol, 0.01-0.5 part of EDTA disodium, 1-5 parts of humectant and 0.1-1 part of preservative. The proper amount of plant extract, polyhydric alcohol, EDTA disodium and humectant can be added to keep skin moist and relieve pore blockage and grease secretion, thereby enhancing the oil control effect and the use effect.

Preferably, the skin care composition further comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1-5 parts of plant extract, 2-5 parts of polyalcohol, 0.03-0.15 part of EDTA disodium, 2-4 parts of humectant and 0.1-0.8 part of preservative. When the dosage of each component is in accordance with the proportion, the skin care composition has good moisturizing and oil controlling effects.

Preferably, the plant extract comprises chamomile extract, fig extract and lotus extract, and after the three materials are compounded, the skin care composition can be stored for at least two months and has good stability; compared with a single plant extract, the oil control performance of any two skin care compositions prepared by compounding the plant extracts is obviously better; the polyhydric alcohol comprises at least one of glycerol, propylene glycol, butanediol and pentanediol; the humectant contains at least one of hyaluronic acid, sodium hyaluronate, trehalose, tremella polysaccharide and betaine.

Meanwhile, the invention also discloses a preparation method of the skin care composition, which comprises the following steps:

(1) Heating water to 80-85 ℃, adding the humectant and the EDTA disodium, uniformly stirring, and cooling to 40-45 ℃;

(2) Sequentially adding polyalcohol, mineral mud, bamboo charcoal powder and silicon powder, uniformly stirring, then adding the plant extract and the preservative, stirring, and cooling to 25-35 ℃ to obtain the skin care composition.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the invention, the mineral mud, the bamboo charcoal powder and the silicon powder are selected for compounding, so that the stability of the skin care composition can be improved, and the oil control performance of the skin care composition can be improved. By selecting the mixture ratio of the three components, the skin care composition with the oil control rate still kept above 50% after being used for 4 hours is prepared. Meanwhile, the moisture-keeping effect, the oil control effect and the storage stability of the plant extract are further improved by selecting the components of the plant extract and the mixture ratio of the components.

To better illustrate the objects, aspects and advantages of the present invention, the present invention will be further described with reference to the following examples.

Examples 1 to 15

Examples of skin care compositions according to the present invention, examples 1-15, having the formulations shown in table 1, were prepared as follows:

(1) Adding water into a water phase pot, heating to 80-85 ℃, adding a humectant and EDTA disodium, uniformly stirring, and cooling to 40-45 ℃;

(2) Sequentially adding polyalcohol, mineral mud, bamboo charcoal powder and silicon powder into a water phase pot, uniformly stirring, adding the plant extract and the preservative, stirring and cooling until the temperature is reduced to 30 ℃ to obtain the skin care composition.

In the examples, the mineral mud is volcanic mud with a particle size of 200nm, the bamboo charcoal powder is white bamboo charcoal powder with a particle size of 100nm, and the silicon powder is silicon dioxide with a particle size of 30nm.

Comparative example 1

A skin care composition is different from the skin care composition in example 10 in that silicon powder is not contained, the weight percentages of the mineral mud and the bamboo charcoal powder are respectively 3%, and the contents of the other components and all the components are the same.

Comparative example 2

A skin care composition which differs from example 10 in that it does not contain chamomile extract, fig extract and lotus extract, the remaining ingredients and the content of each ingredient (excluding water) being the same.

Performance testing

1) Stability test

The skin care compositions described in examples 11 to 15 and comparative example 2 were left to stand at normal temperature for 1 month, 2 months, and 3 months, and the appearance of the skin care compositions was observed, and the results are shown in table 2.

As can be seen from table 2, the addition of the plant extracts can improve the stability of the skin care composition, wherein, the improvement of the stability is not significant when only one plant extract is contained in example 13. Examples 11, 12, 14, 15 contain at least two plant extracts, all of which remain non-caking for at least one month; the skin care compositions prepared in examples 14 and 15, which contain three plant extracts, can maintain a stable state for at least two months, which shows that the stability of the skin care composition can be significantly improved by compounding the three components.

2) Oil control test

Using a skin oil tester (CK Sebumete, germany)r SM 815) was tested for oil control. 100 healthy volunteers 18-50 years old were selected and randomized into 10 groups. The tested part is not used with any cosmetics within 3 days before the test, the tested part is statically seated for 20min in a standard room with the temperature of 20-25 ℃ and the humidity of 45-65 percent before the test, three areas with the area of 2 x 2cm are marked on the forehead of the tested subject after the face is cleaned ² Randomly marked as a test area, a control area and a blank area, the initial oil content of the test area, the control area and the blank area is tested, then, a test sample is smeared on the test area, the control area is smeared with a comparative example 1, and the smearing amount is (2.0 +/-0.1) mg/cm ² The blank area is not coated with a sample, the skin oil content in three areas of 2 hours and 4 hours after coating is tested, and in the test process, a subject needs to stay in a laboratory in the whole process and cannot go out midway; table 3 shows the test results.

As can be seen from Table 3, the oil control performance of the control area (comparative example 1) is obviously inferior to that of examples 1-10, which shows that the oil control performance of the skin care composition can be remarkably improved after the mineral mud, the bamboo charcoal powder and the silicon powder are compounded. In addition, the test results of comparative examples 1 to 10 show that the proportion of the mineral mud, the bamboo charcoal powder and the silicon powder also has an extremely important influence on the performance of the skin care composition, and when the weight ratio of the mineral mud, the bamboo charcoal powder and the silicon powder is 1 ² Within, the oil control performance is good.

A skin care composition comprises mineral mud, bamboo charcoal powder, silica powder and plant extract; the plant extract comprises chamomile extract, fig extract and lotus extract; the weight parts of the mineral mud are 0.5-1.5, the weight parts of the bamboo charcoal powder are 0.5-3, and the weight parts of the silicon powder are 1-5.

2. The skin care composition according to claim 1, wherein the weight ratio of the mineral mud, the bamboo charcoal powder and the silicon powder is 1-3.

3. The skin care composition of claim 1 further comprising a polyol, disodium EDTA, a humectant and a preservative.

4. The skin care composition of claim 3, comprising the following ingredients in parts by weight: 1-10 parts of plant extract, 1-10 parts of polyalcohol, 0.01-0.5 part of EDTA disodium, 1-5 parts of humectant and 0.1-1 part of preservative.

5. The skin care composition of claim 4, comprising the following ingredients in parts by weight: 1-5 parts of plant extract, 2-5 parts of polyalcohol, 0.03-0.15 part of EDTA disodium, 2-4 parts of humectant and 0.1-0.8 part of preservative.

6. The skin care composition of claim 5 wherein the polyol comprises at least one of glycerin, propylene glycol, butylene glycol, pentylene glycol; the humectant contains at least one of hyaluronic acid, sodium hyaluronate, trehalose, tremella polysaccharide and betaine.

7. A method of preparing a skin care composition according to any one of claims 3 to 6, comprising the steps of:

(1) Heating water to 80-85 ℃, adding the humectant and the EDTA disodium, stirring uniformly, and cooling to 40-45 ℃;

(2) Sequentially adding polyalcohol, mineral mud, bamboo charcoal powder and silicon powder, uniformly stirring, then adding the plant extract and the preservative, stirring, and cooling to 25-35 ℃ to obtain the skin care composition.
