Further preferably, the skin care composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: mineral mud 0.5-1.5 parts, bamboo charcoal powder 0.5-3 parts and silicon powder 1-5 parts. Experiments prove that the content of the mineral mud, the bamboo charcoal powder and the silicon powder has great influence on the performance, and when the content of the mineral mud, the bamboo charcoal powder and the silicon powder meets the proportion, the oil control performance of the prepared skin care composition can be further improved.
Further preferably, the weight ratio of the mineral mud, the bamboo charcoal powder and the silicon powder is 1:1-5: 1-10.
Further preferably, the weight ratio of the mineral mud, the bamboo charcoal powder and the silicon powder is 1:1-3: 2-4. Through a plurality of experiments, the applicant of the invention finds that when the dosage of the three components meets the mixture ratio, the oil content of the skin can be reduced by 50 percent compared with the part without the product after the skin is used for 4 hours.
Preferably, the skin care composition further comprises a botanical extract, a polyol, disodium EDTA, a humectant, and a preservative.
Preferably, the skin care composition further comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1-10 parts of plant extract, 1-10 parts of polyalcohol, 0.01-0.5 part of EDTA disodium, 1-5 parts of humectant and 0.1-1 part of preservative. The proper amount of plant extract, polyhydric alcohol, EDTA disodium and humectant can be added to keep skin moist and relieve pore blockage and grease secretion, thereby enhancing the oil control effect and the use effect.
Preferably, the skin care composition further comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1-5 parts of plant extract, 2-5 parts of polyalcohol, 0.03-0.15 part of EDTA disodium, 2-4 parts of humectant and 0.1-0.8 part of preservative. When the dosage of each component is in accordance with the proportion, the skin care composition has good moisturizing and oil controlling effects.
Preferably, the plant extract comprises chamomile extract, fig extract and lotus extract, and after the three materials are compounded, the skin care composition can be stored for at least two months and has good stability; compared with a single plant extract, the oil control performance of the skin care composition prepared by compounding any two of the plant extracts is obviously better; the polyhydric alcohol comprises at least one of glycerol, propylene glycol, butanediol and pentanediol; the humectant contains at least one of hyaluronic acid, sodium hyaluronate, trehalose, tremella polysaccharide and betaine.
Meanwhile, the invention also discloses a preparation method of the skin care composition, which comprises the following steps:
(1) heating water to 80-85 ℃, adding a humectant and EDTA disodium, uniformly stirring, and cooling to 40-45 ℃;
(2) sequentially adding polyalcohol, mineral mud, bamboo charcoal powder and silicon powder, uniformly stirring, then adding the plant extract and the preservative, stirring, and cooling to 25-35 ℃ to obtain the skin care composition.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the invention, the mineral mud, the bamboo charcoal powder and the silicon powder are selected for compounding, so that the stability of the skin care composition can be improved, and the oil control performance of the skin care composition can be improved. By selecting the mixture ratio of the three components, the skin care composition with the oil control rate still kept above 50% after being used for 4 hours is prepared. Meanwhile, the moisture retention effect, the oil control effect and the storage stability of the plant extract are further improved by selecting the components of the plant extract and the proportion of the components.
Detailed Description
To better illustrate the objects, aspects and advantages of the present invention, the present invention will be further described with reference to specific examples.
Examples 1 to 15
In the skin care composition of the present invention, the formulations of examples 1 to 15 are shown in table 1, and the preparation method thereof is as follows:
(1) adding water into a water phase pot, heating to 80-85 ℃, adding a humectant and EDTA disodium, uniformly stirring, and cooling to 40-45 ℃;
(2) sequentially adding polyalcohol, mineral mud, bamboo charcoal powder and silicon powder into a water phase pot, uniformly stirring, adding the plant extract and the preservative, stirring and cooling until the temperature is reduced to 30 ℃ to obtain the skin care composition.
In the examples, the mineral mud is volcanic mud with a particle size of 200nm, the bamboo charcoal powder is white bamboo charcoal powder with a particle size of 100nm, and the silicon powder is silicon dioxide with a particle size of 30 nm.

Comparative example 1
A skin care composition is different from the skin care composition in example 10 in that silicon powder is not contained, the weight percentages of the mineral mud and the bamboo charcoal powder are respectively 3%, and the contents of the other components and all the components are the same.
Comparative example 2
A skin care composition which differs from example 10 in that it does not contain chamomile extract, fig extract and lotus extract, and the remaining ingredients and the content of each ingredient (excluding water) are the same.
Performance testing
1) Stability test
The skin care compositions described in examples 11 to 15 and comparative example 2 were allowed to stand at room temperature for 1 month, 2 months, and 3 months, and then the appearance of the skin care compositions was observed, and the results are shown in table 2.

As can be seen from table 2, the addition of the plant extracts can improve the stability of the skin care composition, wherein, the improvement of the stability is not significant when only one plant extract is contained in example 13. Examples 11, 12, 14, 15 contain at least two plant extracts, all of which remain non-caking for at least one month; the skin care compositions prepared in examples 14 and 15, which contain three plant extracts, can maintain a stable state for at least two months, which shows that the stability of the skin care composition can be significantly improved by compounding the three components.
2) Oil control test
The oil control effect was tested using a skin oil tester (CK Sebumeter SM815, germany). 100 healthy volunteers 18-50 years old were selected and randomized into 10 groups. The tested part does not use any cosmetics within 3 days before the test, the tested part is statically seated for 20min in a standard room with the temperature of 20-25 ℃ and the humidity of 45-65% before the test, three areas with the area of 2 x 2cm are marked on the forehead of the tested person after the face is cleaned2Randomly marked as a test area, a control area and a blank area, the initial oil content of the test area, the control area and the blank area is tested, then, a test sample is smeared on the test area, the control area is smeared with a comparative example 1, and the smearing amount is (2.0 +/-0.1) mg/cm2The blank area is not coated with a sample, the skin oil content in three areas of 2 hours and 4 hours after coating is tested, and in the test process, a subject needs to stay in a laboratory in the whole process and cannot go out midway; table 3 shows the test results.

As can be seen from Table 3, the oil control performance of the control area (comparative example 1) is obviously inferior to that of examples 1-10, which shows that the oil control performance of the skin care composition can be remarkably improved after the mineral mud, the bamboo charcoal powder and the silicon powder are compounded. In addition, the test results of comparative examples 1 to 10 show that the proportion of the mineral mud, the bamboo charcoal powder and the silicon powder also has very important influence on the performance of the skin care composition, and when the weight ratio of the mineral mud, the bamboo charcoal powder and the silicon powder is 1:1-3:2-4, the oil content of the skin after being smeared for 4 hours can still be controlled to be 60 mug/cm2The oil control performance is good.
Finally, it should be noted that the above embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention and not for limiting the protection scope of the present invention, and although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that modifications or equivalent substitutions can be made on the technical solutions of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. A skin care composition comprises mineral mud, bamboo charcoal powder, silica powder and plant extract; the plant extract comprises at least two of chamomile extract, fig extract and lotus extract.
2. The skin care composition of claim 1, comprising the following ingredients in parts by weight: mineral mud 0.1-5 parts, bamboo charcoal powder 0.1-5 parts and silicon powder 0.5-10 parts.
3. The skin care composition of claim 2, comprising the following ingredients in parts by weight: mineral mud 0.5-1.5 parts, bamboo charcoal powder 0.5-3 parts and silicon powder 1-5 parts.
4. The skin care composition according to claim 3, wherein the weight ratio of the mineral mud, the bamboo charcoal powder and the silicon powder is 1:1-5: 1-10.
5. The skin care composition according to claim 4, wherein the weight ratio of the mineral mud, the bamboo charcoal powder and the silicon powder is 1:1-3: 2-4.
6. The skin care composition of claim 1 further comprising a polyol, disodium EDTA, a humectant and a preservative.
7. The skin care composition of claim 6, comprising the following ingredients in parts by weight: 1-10 parts of plant extract, 1-10 parts of polyalcohol, 0.01-0.5 part of EDTA disodium, 1-5 parts of humectant and 0.1-1 part of preservative.
8. The skin care composition of claim 7, comprising the following ingredients in parts by weight: 1-5 parts of plant extract, 2-5 parts of polyalcohol, 0.03-0.15 part of EDTA disodium, 2-4 parts of humectant and 0.1-0.8 part of preservative.
9. The skin care composition of claim 7, wherein the plant extract comprises chamomile extract, fig extract, and lotus extract; the polyhydric alcohol comprises at least one of glycerol, propylene glycol, butanediol and pentanediol; the humectant contains at least one of hyaluronic acid, sodium hyaluronate, trehalose, tremella polysaccharide and betaine.
10. A method of preparing a skin care composition according to any one of claims 6 to 9 comprising the steps of:
(1) heating water to 80-85 ℃, adding a humectant and EDTA disodium, uniformly stirring, and cooling to 40-45 ℃;
(2) sequentially adding polyalcohol, mineral mud, bamboo charcoal powder and silicon powder, uniformly stirring, then adding the plant extract and the preservative, stirring, and cooling to 25-35 ℃ to obtain the skin care composition.
