Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a sterilization composition and application thereof, in particular to a sterilization composition containing propiconazole and benthiavalicarb isopropyl and application thereof.
Background
Propiconazole (propiconazole), formula: c15H17Cl2N3O2The chemical name is: 1- [2- (2, 4-dichlorophenyl) -4-propyl-1, 3-dioxolan-2-methyl]1-hydro-1, 2, 4-triazole. Structural formula (I):
Propiconazole is a triazole systemic fungicide, has protection and treatment effects, and belongs to an inhibitor for ergosterol biosynthesis. The ergosterol plays an important role in the formation of fungal cell membranes, and propiconazole interferes with the biosynthesis of ergosterol in the fungal body by interfering with C14-demethylation, thereby destroying the growth and reproduction of the fungus and playing a protective and therapeutic role. Besides being ineffective to phycomycete diseases, propiconazole is effective to various diseases caused by fungi of ascomycete, basidiomycete and deuteromycete on food crops, vegetables, fruits and ornamental plants, and particularly has good control effect on wheat root rot, powdery mildew, rice bakanae disease, various rust diseases, leaf spot diseases, glume blight, net smut and the like, but is ineffective to egg fungus diseases.
Benthiavalicarb-isoproyl (benthiavalicarb-isoproyl), molecular formula: c18H24FN3O3S, chemical name: [ [ (6-Fluorobenzothiazol-2-yl) -ethylcarbamoyl]-2-methylpropyl]Isopropyl carbamate.
The benthiavalicarb isopropyl has strong preventing, treating and penetrating activity, good persistence and rain erosion resistance, and can still effectively control late blight of potatoes and tomatoes and downy mildew of grapes and other crops under a low dosage in field tests.
At present, the prevention and control difficulty of plant germs is increasingly greater, on one hand, with the change of a planting structure, the planting area of economic crops such as melons, fruits, vegetables and the like is gradually enlarged, the occurrence degree and the occurrence quantity of diseases are improved, and the prevention and control difficulty is increased; on the other hand, the resistance of pathogenic bacteria is increased year by year under the continuous medicament selection pressure, the control effect of a single medicament is greatly reduced, and the control of plant diseases faces important challenges.
