As shown in fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 3, the intelligent loading information management system includes: a support frame 11, the support frame 11 being disposed over the vehicle; the feeding device 12, the feeding device 12 is used for providing target materials for the vehicle; the target storage 13 is connected to the feeding device 12, and is used for providing target materials for the feeding device 12; a first gripping device 14, the first gripping device 14 being movably connected to the top of the support frame 11 for gripping the target material of the feeding device 12 to be stacked in the compartment of the vehicle; a vehicle information acquisition device 15, the vehicle information acquisition device 15 identifying and scanning the vehicle to acquire first vehicle information data, and outputting the first vehicle information data to the information management server 16; the information management server 16 is respectively connected with the target storage 13, the first grabbing device 14 and the vehicle information acquisition equipment 15, the information management server 16 generates a simulated stacking three-dimensional graph and a stacking sequence according to the electronic material lifting list and first vehicle information data, and sends a first control signal to the target storage 13 according to the stacking sequence, so that the target storage 13 transmits target materials to the feeding device 12 according to the stacking sequence, and sends a second control signal to the first grabbing device 14, so that the first grabbing device 14 stacks the target materials according to the simulated stacking three-dimensional graph.
The information management server 16 generates a simulated stacking three-dimensional graph and a stacking sequence according to the electronic material lifting list and the first vehicle information data, and comprises the following steps: identifying the electronic material lifting list to obtain first electronic material lifting list data, wherein the first electronic material lifting list data comprises a customer name, a material type and a material weight; acquiring the type and weight of a target material based on first electronic material lifting list data; acquiring total stacking space coordinate information of the target material based on the first vehicle information data; acquiring single stacking space coordinate information of the target material based on the total stacking space coordinate information of the target material, the material type and the material weight; generating a simulated stacking three-dimensional graph based on the coordinate information of the single stacking space of the target material; and generating a stacking sequence based on the simulated stacking three-dimensional graph.
The first vehicle information data includes the number, model, position, shape, size and information in the compartment of the vehicle, the vehicle information acquiring device 15 includes an identification module and a detection module, the identification module and the vehicle detection module are both connected with the information management server 16, the identification module identifies the number and model of the vehicle, and the detection module acquires the position, shape, size and information in the compartment of the vehicle.
The information management server 16 obtains the total stacking space coordinate information of the target material according to the position, the type, the shape and the size of the vehicle and the information in the carriage; obtaining the size of a single box body of a target material according to the type and weight of the material; and obtaining the single stacking space coordinate information of the target material according to the total stacking space coordinate information, the material weight and the size of the single box body.
Wherein the target stocker 13 includes: a plurality of sub-warehouses, each sub-warehouse comprising a plurality of storage shelves 31, wherein target materials are placed on the storage shelves 31 according to the types and weights of the materials; a conveyor belt 32, the conveyor belt 32 is arranged at one side of the plurality of sub-warehouses, and the conveyor belt 32 is connected with the feeding device 12; the second grabbing devices 33 are used for grabbing the box body of the target material; and the central controller is respectively connected with the information management server 16 and the plurality of second grabbing devices 33, receives the first control signal from the information management server 16, and sends a grabbing command to the corresponding second grabbing devices 33 according to the first control signal, so that the second grabbing devices 33 grab the corresponding target material boxes onto the conveying belt.
The information management server 16 generates a first control signal according to the stacking order and the position of the target material stored in the storage shelf 31, and sends the first control signal to the central controller, so that the central controller controls the second grabbing device 33 to grab the boxes of the target material onto the conveyor belt 32 according to the stacking order.
The first gripping device 14 and the second gripping device 33 both include a traversing mechanism 35, a lifting mechanism 36 connected with the traversing mechanism 35, and a material taking clamping jaw 37 connected with the lifting mechanism 36, the traversing mechanism 35 is used for driving the lifting mechanism 36 to reciprocate along the horizontal direction, the lifting mechanism 36 is used for driving the material taking clamping jaw 37 to reciprocate along the vertical direction, and the material taking clamping jaw 37 is used for clamping and releasing a box body of a target material.
A cross beam 34 is arranged at the top between every two storage racks 31, the traversing mechanism 35 of the second gripping device 33 is arranged on the cross beam 34, and the traversing mechanism 35 of the first gripping device 14 is arranged on the supporting frame 11.
Wherein, sideslip mechanism 35 includes sideslip direction unipolar robot and is used for driving the first power spare of sideslip direction unipolar robot operation, and elevating system 36 includes vertical direction unipolar robot and is used for driving the second power spare of vertical direction unipolar robot operation.
The material taking clamping jaw 37 comprises a base, a linear driving piece, a rotary driving piece and a mechanical jaw, the base is connected with the lifting mechanism 36, the rotary driving piece is connected with the base, the linear driving piece is fixed at the rotary output end of the rotary driving piece, and the mechanical jaw is connected with the linear output end of the linear driving piece.

Claims (10)

a support frame disposed astride a vehicle;
a feeding device for providing target material to the vehicle;
the target storage is connected with the feeding device and used for providing target materials for the feeding device;
the first grabbing device is movably connected to the top of the supporting frame and used for grabbing the target materials of the feeding device to be stacked in the carriage of the vehicle;
the vehicle information acquisition equipment identifies and scans the vehicle to acquire first vehicle information data and outputs the first vehicle information data to an information management server;
the information management server is respectively connected with the target storage, the first grabbing device and the vehicle information acquisition equipment, generates a simulated stacking three-dimensional graph and a stacking sequence according to an electronic material lifting list and first vehicle information data, and sends a first control signal to the target storage according to the stacking sequence so that the target storage can transmit the target materials to the feeding device according to the stacking sequence and send a second control signal to the first grabbing device so that the first grabbing device can stack the target materials according to the simulated stacking three-dimensional graph.
2. The intelligent loading information management system of claim 1, wherein the information management server generating a simulated stacking three-dimensional map and a stacking order according to the electronic pick-up sheet and the first vehicle information data comprises:
identifying an electronic material lifting bill to obtain first electronic material lifting bill data, wherein the first electronic material lifting bill data comprises a customer name, a material type and a material weight;
acquiring the type and weight of a target material based on the first electronic bill of material data;
acquiring total stacking space coordinate information of the target material based on the first vehicle information data;
obtaining single stacking space coordinate information of the target material based on the total stacking space coordinate information of the target material, the material type and the material weight;
generating a simulated stacking three-dimensional graph based on the coordinate information of the single stacking space of the target material;
and generating a stacking sequence based on the simulated stacking three-dimensional graph.

The intelligent loading information management system according to claim 2, wherein the first vehicle information data includes a vehicle number, a vehicle type, a position, an outer shape, a size, and in-vehicle information of a vehicle, the vehicle information acquisition device includes an identification module and a detection module, both the identification module and the vehicle detection module are connected to the information management server, the identification module identifies the vehicle number and the vehicle type of the vehicle, and the detection module acquires the position, the outer shape, the size, and the in-vehicle information of the vehicle.

The intelligent loading information management system of claim 3, wherein the information management server obtains the total stacking space coordinate information of the target material according to the position, model, shape, size and compartment information of the vehicle; obtaining the size of a single box body of the target material according to the material type and the material weight; and obtaining the single stacking space coordinate information of the target material according to the total stacking space coordinate information, the material weight and the size of the single box body.
5. The intelligent loading information management system of claim 1, wherein the target warehouse comprises:
the storage system comprises a plurality of sub-warehouses, a plurality of storage racks and a plurality of storage units, wherein each sub-warehouse comprises a plurality of storage racks, and target materials are placed on the storage racks according to material types and material weights;
the conveying belt is arranged on one side of the sub-warehouses and is connected with the feeding device;
the second grabbing devices are used for grabbing the box body of the target material;
the central controller is respectively connected with the information management server and the plurality of second grabbing devices, receives a first control signal from the information management server, and sends grabbing commands to the corresponding second grabbing devices according to the first control signal, so that the second grabbing devices can grab the corresponding target material boxes onto the conveying belt.

The intelligent loading information management system according to claim 1, wherein the information management server generates a first control signal according to the stacking sequence and a position of a target material stored in the storage shelf, and sends the first control signal to the central controller, so that the central controller controls the second grabbing device to grab a box of the target material onto the conveyor belt according to the stacking sequence.

The intelligent loading information management system according to claim 1, wherein the first gripping device and the second gripping device each comprise a traversing mechanism, a lifting mechanism connected to the traversing mechanism, and a material taking clamping jaw connected to the lifting mechanism, the traversing mechanism is configured to drive the lifting mechanism to reciprocate in a horizontal direction, the lifting mechanism is configured to drive the material taking clamping jaw to reciprocate in a vertical direction, and the material taking clamping jaw is configured to clamp and release a box of a target material.

The intelligent loading information management system of claim 7, wherein a cross beam is arranged at the top between every two storage racks, the traversing mechanism of the second gripping device is arranged on the cross beam, and the traversing mechanism of the first gripping device is arranged on the supporting frame.

The intelligent loading information management system of claim 8, wherein the traversing mechanism comprises a traversing single-axis robot and a first power part for driving the traversing single-axis robot to operate, and the lifting mechanism comprises a vertical single-axis robot and a second power part for driving the vertical single-axis robot to operate.

The intelligent loading information management system of claim 8, wherein the material taking clamping jaw comprises a base, a linear driving member, a rotary driving member and a mechanical claw, the base is connected with the lifting mechanism, the rotary driving member is connected with the base, the linear driving member is fixedly connected to a rotary output end of the rotary driving member, and the mechanical claw is connected to a linear output end of the linear driving member.
