背景技术
洗衣液作为一种日常洗涤产品已经进入家家户户,目前市面上的洗衣液的活性物浓度一般在15%-20%。随着生活水平的提高,环保意识也慢慢增强,从而出现了浓缩洗衣液,浓缩洗衣液的活性物浓度一般在25%-45%。为了进一步提高浓缩洗衣液的活性物浓度,从而减少每次洗衣对洗衣液的用量及对用水量的减少。因此,我们提出一种4倍浓缩,使活性物浓度达到60%的浓缩洗衣液。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题便是针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种超浓缩洗衣液及其制备方法,它制备工艺简单,制得的超浓缩洗衣液能达到60%的活性物浓度,并且具有良好的耐热和耐寒性能。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种超浓缩洗衣液,包括按质量百分比计的如下原料:丙二醇12-18%、异构十醇烷氧化物10-20%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚 15-20%、烷基苯磺酸8-15%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠10-15%、α-烯基磺酸钠10-15%、氢氧化钠0.5-2%、卡松0.05-0.2%、银离子杀菌剂0.1-0.5%、抗再沉积剂0.2-0.6%、香精0.1-0.5%,余量为水。
作为优选,一种超浓缩洗衣液,包括按质量百分比计的如下原料:丙二醇 15%、异构十醇烷氧化物15%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚15%、烷基苯磺酸10%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠15%、α-烯基磺酸钠15%、氢氧化钠1.33%、卡松0.1%、银离子杀菌剂0.3%、抗再沉积剂0.4%、香精0.3%和水12.57%。
作为优选,一种超浓缩洗衣液,包括按质量百分比计的如下原料:丙二醇 12%、异构十醇烷氧化物18%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚18%、烷基苯磺酸12%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠10%、α-烯基磺酸钠10%、氢氧化钠1.8%、卡松0.2%、银离子杀菌剂0.5%、抗再沉积剂0.5%、香精0.1%和水16.9%。
作为优选,一种超浓缩洗衣液,包括按质量百分比计的如下原料:丙二醇 16%、异构十醇烷氧化物14%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚20%、烷基苯磺酸8%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠12%、α-烯基磺酸钠12%、氢氧化钠0.8%、卡松0.06%、银离子杀菌剂0.2%、抗再沉积剂0.2%、香精0.6%和水16.14%。
作为优选,所述异构十醇烷氧化物为异构十醇烷氧化物XL-80。
作为优选,所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AE0-9。
作为优选,所述烷基苯磺酸为直链烷基苯磺酸。
一种超浓缩洗衣液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按配比依次加入丙二醇、异构十醇烷氧化物、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基苯磺酸和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠,搅拌溶解,完全溶解后得到溶解液备用;
(2)用水溶解氢氧化钠,并将溶解后的氢氧化钠溶液加入步骤(1)中的溶解液中混合均匀;
(3)向步骤(2)所得溶液中依次加入卡松、银离子杀菌剂、抗再沉积剂和香精,搅拌混合均匀,调节pH值至7.5-9,即得所述超浓缩洗衣液。
异构十醇烷氧化物XL-80,属于非离子表面活性剂,其低温流动性好、不易起凝胶,具有良好的去污洗涤能力、脱脂性和乳化能力,同时其动态表面张力极低、低泡指数优异,并且生物降解性好,能在自然环境中完全降解;
直链烷基苯磺酸,属于阴离子表面活性剂,其具有良好的润湿性、渗透性,去除顽固污渍能力强,还具有良好的乳化性和分散性,去除油脂能力强,同时起泡均匀,有良好的增溶性、消泡性能好,低泡易清洁,并且生物降解性好;
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠AES-70,属于碱性阴离子表面活性剂,其具有良好的去污能力和温和的洗涤性质,同时具有良好的抗硬水性和抗静电性;
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AE0-9,是天然脂肪醇与环氧乙烷的加成物,属于非离子表面活性剂,其冻点低,几乎不会出现凝胶现象,具有良好的水溶性和超强的润湿乳化能力,低温洗涤性能优越,对皮肤刺激性小,同时起泡均匀,消泡性能好,并且生物降解性好;其还具有优异的复配性能及良好的协同效应,能与其余阳离子、阴离子、非离子表面活性剂良好的协同作用;
抗再沉积剂CP88为聚羧酸酯钠盐聚合物,具有分散、稳定以及保护胶体的作用,同时还具有优良的钙螯合能力和抗灰分子沉积能力,并且能抑制结垢,组织衣物洗涤后变硬;
银离子杀菌剂,属于非抗生素抗菌剂、无刺激,具有广谱抗菌、强效杀菌、渗透性强、修复再生、抗菌持久和无耐药性等优点,同时银离子浓度为1000ppm,一价银离子,不易与其他成分反应,更易复配,从而可与多种阴离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂协同配伍。
本发明的有益效果在于:
(1)本发明以异构十醇烷氧化物、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基苯磺酸和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠作为主要活性成分,其中异构十醇烷氧化物、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和烷基苯磺酸具有良好的生物降解性,对环境无污染,同时脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠为聚醚类天然产物衍生物,同样具备良好的生物降解性,对环境无污染,且脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠还具备良好的去污、去油能力;
(2)本发明以固定配比的异构十醇烷氧化物、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基苯磺酸和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠,配以α-烯基磺酸钠、银离子杀菌剂和抗再沉积剂,使得产品活性物能达到60%以上,具有4倍洁净力,从而使用更少量的产品洗涤更多的衣物,减少水资源使用,达到节约水资源目的,同时低泡易清洁,减少重复漂洗的次数,进一步节约水、电等资源的使用;
(3)添加有抗再沉积剂,能阻止污垢在衣物上的沉积,并能有效提高衣物的鲜亮度和抗静电性能;添加有银离子杀菌剂,在洗涤后,衣物抗菌性能优异,有效抑菌率到达99%;
(4)按照国标QB/T1224-2012《衣料用液体洗涤剂》对本发明进行质量检测,各项指标均符合要求,其外观为不分层,无明显悬浮物,无机械杂质的均匀液体,其中总活性物占比70.3%,pH8.2,总五氧化二磷占比小于0.1%,在高温((40±2)℃,24h后恢复至室温)、低温((-5±2)℃,24h后恢复至室温) 环境下均具有良好的稳定性,并且在低温环境中流动性好,不易起凝胶。
本发明提供的浓缩洗衣液使用量更少,水溶性好,使得用水量也少,同时在清洗中保证去污能力的同时减少泡沫,清洗完成后更易漂洗,减少漂洗用水量,节约水资源,并且本发明采用绿色表面活性剂,具有良好的生物降解性,减少了对环境的污染。
具体实施方式
下面将结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例1
本实施例提供的超浓缩洗衣液,包括按质量百分比计的如下原料:丙二醇 15%、异构十醇烷氧化物15%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚15%、烷基苯磺酸10%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠15%、α-烯基磺酸钠15%、氢氧化钠1.33%、卡松0.1%、银离子杀菌剂0.3%、抗再沉积剂0.4%、香精0.3%和水12.57%。
上述超浓缩洗衣液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按上述配比依次加入丙二醇、异构十醇烷氧化物、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基苯磺酸和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠,搅拌溶解,完全溶解后得到溶解液备用;
(2)用水溶解氢氧化钠,并将溶解后的氢氧化钠溶液加入步骤(1)中的溶解液中混合均匀;
(3)向步骤(2)所得溶液中依次加入卡松、银离子杀菌剂、抗再沉积剂和香精,搅拌混合均匀,调节pH值至7.5-9,即得所述超浓缩洗衣液。
实施例2
本实施例与实施例1基本相同,仅是各个组分的配比不同,所述超浓缩洗衣液,包括按质量百分比计的如下原料:丙二醇12%、异构十醇烷氧化物18%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚18%、烷基苯磺酸12%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠10%、α- 烯基磺酸钠10%、氢氧化钠1.8%、卡松0.2%、银离子杀菌剂0.5%、抗再沉积剂0.5%、香精0.1%和水16.9%。
实施例3
本实施例与实施例1基本相同,仅是各个组分的配比不同,所述超浓缩洗衣液,包括按质量百分比计的如下原料:丙二醇16%、异构十醇烷氧化物14%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚20%、烷基苯磺酸8%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠12%、α- 烯基磺酸钠12%、氢氧化钠0.8%、卡松0.06%、银离子杀菌剂0.2%、抗再沉积剂0.2%、香精0.6%和水16.14%。
上述实施例1、实施例2、实施例3中的异构十醇烷氧化物采用德国-巴斯夫的XL-80;脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚采用美国-陶氏的AEO-9;烷基苯磺酸采用湖南 -丽臣的直链烷基苯磺酸;脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠采用湖南-丽臣的AES-70;抗再沉积剂采用德国-巴斯夫的CP88聚羧酸酯钠盐聚合物;银离子杀菌剂选用德国-奥克泰士所产。
对比实施例1
本实施例与实施例1基本相同,仅是原料组分不同,本实施例中未添加异构十醇烷氧化物。
对比实施例2
本实施例与实施例1基本相同,仅是原料组分不同,本实施例中未添加银离子杀菌剂。
对比实施例3
本实施例与实施例1基本相同,仅是原料组分不同,本实施例中未添加抗再沉积剂。
按照相应的国家标准和行业标准对实施例1-3和对比实施例1-3制得的超浓缩洗衣液进行质量检测,检测结果见表1和表2:

由表1和表2可见,实施例1-3的超浓缩洗衣液的各项指标均符合要求,其中,总活性物占比均在60%以上,pH8.2,总五氧化二磷占比均小于0.1%,在高温(40±2℃,24h后恢复至室温)、低温(-5±2℃,24h后恢复至室温)环境下均具有良好的稳定性,去污能力均大于标准洗衣液。
由表2可见,对比实施例1-3的气味pH以及总五氧化二磷含量均符合要求,但未添加抗再沉积剂的对比实施例3外观出现明显分层;未添加银离子杀菌剂的对比实施例2出现轻微浑浊;未添加异构十醇烷氧化物在耐寒测试中出现轻微浑浊现象,并且总的活性物浓度低于60%。
根据QB/T2738-2012和Q/SHC028N-2021,进行检测大肠杆菌ATCC 25922、金黄色葡萄球菌ATCC 6538、白色念珠菌ATCC 10231,结果如表3;
表3为超浓缩洗衣液的抗菌、抑菌检测
由表3可知,抑菌率≥50-90%,产品有抑菌作用;抑菌率≥90%,产品具有较强抑菌作用。
以上所述仅是本发明优选的实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何基于本发明所提供的技术方案和发明构思进行的改造和替换都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围内。
Claims (8)
1.一种超浓缩洗衣液,其特征在于:包括按质量百分比计的如下原料:丙二醇12-18%、异构十醇烷氧化物10-20%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚15-20%、烷基苯磺酸8-15%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠10-15%、α-烯基磺酸钠10-15%、氢氧化钠0.5-2%、卡松0.05-0.2%、银离子杀菌剂0.1-0.5%、抗再沉积剂0.2-0.6%、香精0.1-0.5%,余量为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种超浓缩洗衣液,其特征在于:包括按质量百分比计的如下原料:丙二醇15%、异构十醇烷氧化物15%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚15%、烷基苯磺酸10%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠15%、α-烯基磺酸钠15%、氢氧化钠1.33%、卡松0.1%、银离子杀菌剂0.3%、抗再沉积剂0.4%、香精0.3%和水12.57%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种超浓缩洗衣液,其特征在于:包括按质量百分比计的如下原料:丙二醇12%、异构十醇烷氧化物18%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚18%、烷基苯磺酸12%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠10%、α-烯基磺酸钠10%、氢氧化钠1.8%、卡松0.2%、银离子杀菌剂0.5%、抗再沉积剂0.5%、香精0.1%和水16.9%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种超浓缩洗衣液,其特征在于:包括按质量百分比计的如下原料:丙二醇16%、异构十醇烷氧化物14%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚20%、烷基苯磺酸8%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠12%、α-烯基磺酸钠12%、氢氧化钠0.8%、卡松0.06%、银离子杀菌剂0.2%、抗再沉积剂0.2%、香精0.6%和水16.14%。
5.根据权利要求1任一所述的一种超浓缩洗衣液,其特征在于:所述异构十醇烷氧化物为异构十醇烷氧化物XL-80。
6.根据权利要求1任一所述的一种超浓缩洗衣液,其特征在于:所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AE0-9。
7.根据权利要求1任一所述的一种超浓缩洗衣液,其特征在于:所述烷基苯磺酸为直链烷基苯磺酸。
8.根据权利要求1-7任一所述的超浓缩洗衣液的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)按配比依次加入丙二醇、异构十醇烷氧化物、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基苯磺酸和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠,搅拌溶解,完全溶解后得到溶解液备用;
(2)用水溶解氢氧化钠,并将溶解后的氢氧化钠溶液加入步骤(1)中的溶解液中混合均匀;
(3)向步骤(2)所得溶液中依次加入卡松、银离子杀菌剂、抗再沉积剂和香精,搅拌混合均匀,调节pH值至7.5-9,即得所述超浓缩洗衣液。
