Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of ecological slope protection, in particular to a construction method of a box type building block bank protection capable of collecting rainwater.
Background
The existing ecological slope protection building blocks have more styles, but the center of each building block is simply provided with a hole to form a planting hole for accommodating soil, so that growth conditions are provided for plants, and the slope is greened again. However, after the side slope is re-greened, whether the plant growth can be long or not has a great relation with the size and the change of the river water flow. For seasonal riverways with unstable water flow and changing along with rainfall season change, rainwater in summer and autumn is rich, flooding easily occurs, side slopes of the riverways are seriously washed, rainwater resources are lost along with runoff of the riverways, rainwater in winter and spring is less, riverway water is less, the side slopes of the riverways are difficult to plant due to water shortage, and the ecological landscape effect is poor. How to improve the erosion prevention and the plantability performance of the seasonal ecological side slope of the river channel is a problem to be solved urgently at present.

The following describes embodiments of the present invention in detail with reference to the drawings, and the embodiments are implemented on the premise of the technical solution of the present invention, and detailed embodiments and specific construction processes are given, but the scope of the present invention is not limited to the following embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1-5, the construction method of the box-type block revetment capable of collecting rainwater is suitable for river bank slopes with the gradient slower than 1:1.5, and mainly comprises the following construction steps:
firstly, filling soil, repairing and leveling a bank slope.
And secondly, pouring a concrete toe, assembling the box type building block 1 after the concrete reaches the strength, wherein the building block 1 has the same structure, the box body of the building block is provided with an upper cavity and a lower cavity which are communicated with each other, the upper cavity and the lower cavity are arranged in a staggered manner to form a Z-shaped structure, and tenon-and-mortise structures for assembling are further arranged on the left side and the right side of the building block 1. In general, the mortise and tenon structure is a Z-shaped tenon 101 arranged on the left side of the building block 1, and a Z-shaped mortise 102 matched with the Z-shaped tenon 101 and arranged on the right side of the building block 1.
During the assembly, building blocks 1 are assembled row by row from left to right, and the piece by block is assembled from bottom to top in each row, and the last cavity of every building block 1 all is close to shore protection top one side and sets up, and the lower cavity all is close to shore protection bottom one side and sets up, makes building blocks 1 that lie in the below in each row can push down building blocks 1 of its top, and building blocks 1 of adjacent row can be through the auto-lock of mutually supporting side tenon fourth of the twelve earthly branches structure, thereby realize that Z type box is about from top to bottom constraint mutually, make shore protection overall structure inseparable, firm.
Thirdly, preparing corresponding permeable plates 2 according to the number of the building blocks 1, wherein each permeable plate 2 comprises a partition plate 201 for separating an upper cavity and a lower cavity, a plurality of permeable holes 202 are formed in the partition plate 201, and the permeable holes 202 can not only pass water but also penetrate through a water absorption cotton rope 203. The bottom of the partition board 201 is provided with a plurality of supporting feet 204 extending to the bottom of the box body, and when the supporting feet 204 divide the lower cavity into a plurality of parts, a communication hole 205 needs to be arranged at the bottom of the supporting feet 204, so that the accumulated water can be collected at one position.
During construction, firstly, the water-absorbing cotton ropes 203 are tied and tied on the water-permeable holes 202 of the water-permeable plates 2, then the water-permeable plates 2 are respectively arranged at the communication positions of the upper cavity and the lower cavity, and one ends of the water-absorbing cotton ropes 203 extend into the bottom of the lower cavity;
fourthly, sequentially laying geotextile 301, a broken stone cushion layer 302 and planting soil 303 with grass seeds in the inner cavity of the building block 1 above the water permeable plate 2 from bottom to top, and burying the other end of the water absorbing cotton rope 203 into the planting soil 203 for leading accumulated water in the box body into the planting soil layer 303;
and fifthly, covering the condensation cover plates 4 on the top surfaces of the cavities of the building blocks 1, wherein planting holes 401 are formed in the condensation cover plates 4. In order to facilitate the installation of the condensation cover plate 4, a boss 103 for supporting the condensation cover plate 4 is provided on the inner wall of the upper chamber. The condensation cover plate 4 covers the top surface of the box body 1, can resist scouring and reduce evaporation of soil moisture and condensation water vapor in the box body.
And sixthly, pouring concrete on the top of the building block 1 close to the top of the revetment to press the top, and finishing construction.
It should be noted that, in order to make rainwater smoothly seep down and stored at the bottom of the box body, the block 1 may be provided with an air vent 104. Typically, the vent 104 is a longitudinal bore that extends downwardly from a sidewall of the upper chamber body until communicating with the lower chamber body. In order to discharge the redundant rainwater out of the box body and prevent the plant root system from soaking water for a long time and rotting, a drain hole 105 can be arranged on the building block 1. In general, the drain hole 105 is a transverse hole which is located at a communication position of the upper chamber and the lower chamber and is provided at a side wall of the upper chamber on a side close to the lower chamber.
It should be noted that in the description of the present invention, terms of orientation or positional relationship such as "front", "rear", "left", "right", "vertical", "horizontal", "inner", "outer", etc., are based on the orientation or positional relationship shown in the drawings, and are only for convenience of description and simplification of description, but do not indicate or imply that the device or element referred to must have a specific orientation, be constructed and operated in a specific orientation, and thus, should not be construed as limiting the present invention.
