In some embodiments, the extending direction of the first guide groove 71 (the opening is horizontally rightward as viewed in fig. 7) is parallel to the extending direction of the second guide groove 72 (the opening is horizontally leftward as viewed in fig. 7), and is perpendicular to the extending direction of the first and second slide grooves 23 and 24. With this arrangement, the rotational movement of the guide ring 7 can be converted into the linear movement of the first and second jaws 31 and 32. Moreover, when the guide ring 7 is not driven by an external force, the structural stability can be ensured, and on one hand, the first guide post 311 can be prevented from being disengaged from the first guide groove 71 and the second guide post 321 can be prevented from being disengaged from the second guide groove 72; on the other hand, the first sliding fit portion 34 is prevented from coming out of the first guide groove 71 and the second sliding fit portion 36 is prevented from coming out of the second guide groove 72.
In some embodiments, the first guiding column 311 is disposed opposite to the second guiding column 321, and the arrangement direction of the first guiding column 311 and the second guiding column 321 is perpendicular to the extending direction of the first guiding groove 71 and the extending direction of the second guiding groove 72. In this way, when an external force acts on the guide ring 7, the guide ring 7 rotates counterclockwise, the extending direction of the first guide groove 71 is inclined relative to the horizontal direction, the extending direction of the second guide groove 72 is inclined relative to the horizontal direction, and the inclination angles of the first guide groove and the second guide groove are the same, so that the moving distances of the first guide post 311 and the second guide post 321 to the direction away from the center of the circular space are equal, and further the moving distances of the first claw 31 and the second claw 32 are equal, so that the eyepiece 6 is clamped at the center of the clamping space 37. In some embodiments, the center-to-center distance between the first guide groove 71 and the second guide groove 72 ranges from 34mm to 36mm. It should be noted that the distance between the first guide groove 71 and the second guide groove 72 matches the distance between the first guide post 311 and the second guide post 321.
In some embodiments, the first guiding stud 311 may be disposed at an intermediate position of the first jaw portion 33, and/or the second guiding stud 321 may be disposed at an intermediate position of the second jaw portion 35. With such an arrangement, when the guide ring 7 is driven by an external force to rotate counterclockwise, the side wall of the first guide groove 71 extending along the horizontal direction pushes the first guide post 311 to move upward, so as to drive the first claw portion 33 to move upward, and the side wall of the second guide groove 72 extending along the horizontal direction pushes the second guide post 321 to move downward, so as to drive the second claw portion 35 to move downward, so that the first claw portion 33 and the second claw portion 35 move toward the side away from each other. In this case, since the first guide post 311 is close to the centroid of the first claw portion 33 and the second guide post 321 is close to the centroid of the second claw portion 35, the stressed positions of the first claw portion 33 and the second claw portion 35 are relatively better, which is beneficial to the smoothness and the stability of the first claw portion 33 and the second claw portion 35 when moving, and reduces the risk of jamming caused by deflection of the first claw portion 33 and the second claw portion 35 due to stress.
In some embodiments, the first guide groove 71 includes a first outer end 711 at the edge of the guide ring 7 and a first inner end 712 inside the guide ring 7. The first outer end 711 is an open end penetrating the edge of the guide ring 7, and the first inner end 712 is a closed end. The second guide groove 72 includes a second outer end 721 located at the edge of the guide ring 7 and a second inner end 722 located inside the guide ring 7. The second outer end 721 is an open end penetrating to the edge of the guide ring 7, and the second inner end 722 is a closed end. The first inner end 712 corresponds to the second inner end 722 along the arrangement direction of the first guide post 311 and the second guide post 321, and the direction from the first inner end 712 to the first outer end 711 is opposite to the direction from the second inner end 722 to the second outer end 721. When the guide ring 7 is driven by external force to rotate counterclockwise, the first inner end 712 can limit the first guide post 311 from coming off the first inner end 712, and the second inner end 722 can limit the second guide post 321 from coming off the second inner end 722, so as to ensure the safety and structural stability when the eyepiece 6 is released. In practical applications, when the eyepiece 6 is clamped in the clamping space 37, a gap is left between the first guide post 311 and the first inner end 712, and a gap is left between the second guide post 321 and the second inner end 722.
Fig. 9 is a side view of the optical bayonet 1 provided in the present application. As shown in fig. 9, the guide ring 7 includes a surrounding portion 73 surrounding the periphery of the first flange 22, and the surrounding portion 73 can cover the jaw assembly 3 and surround the periphery of the first flange 22, so as to shield the jaw assembly 3, prevent the jaw assembly 3 from being released by external force, and ensure structural stability. A rotating gap is left between the surrounding part 73 and the first flange 22, and when the guide ring 7 is rotated, the surrounding part 73 rotates around the first flange 22, so that the rotating track of the guide ring 7 can be ensured, and the rotating center of the guide ring 7 is prevented from being greatly deviated. In some embodiments, the rotational gap between the surrounding portion 73 and the first flange 22 is less than or equal to 0.02mm, so as to satisfy the installation effect and avoid the situation that the rotational gap is too small and easy to be jammed, or the rotational gap is too large and eccentric.
In some embodiments, the optical bayonet 1 further comprises a front cover 8, the front cover 8 is connected to the bayonet mount 2 and forms a mounting space 9 with the bayonet mount 2, and the jaw assembly 3 and the guide ring 7 are mounted in the mounting space 9. After the jaw assembly 3, the spring lock 4 and the guide ring 7 are all mounted, the front cover 8 is finally attached to the bayonet mount 2 by means of screws 10. The installation space 9 of the front cover 8 is enough to arrange the jaw assemblies 3 and the guide ring 7 so as to accommodate the jaw assemblies 3 and the guide ring 7 therein, so that the guide ring 7 and the jaw assemblies 3 can act according to a preset track, and the guide ring 7 and the jaw assemblies 3 are prevented from being separated from the installation position. The specific mounting manner of the front cover 8 and the bayonet mount 2 is not limited.
The front cover 8 includes a mounting hole 81 (see fig. 1) in the central region, the mounting hole 81 being penetrated by the eyepiece 6 and snap-fitted to the jaw assembly 3. In some embodiments, the dimension of the mounting space 9 in the axial direction of the guide ring 7 is the distance between the first flange 22 and the inner side surface of the front cover 8, which is greater than the sum of the dimensions of the guide ring 7 and the jaw assembly 3 in this direction by a difference in the range of 0.1mm to 0.15mm, to increase the compactness of the structure.
Fig. 10 is a schematic structural view of the guide ring 7 provided with the toggle portion 74 of the optical bayonet 1 according to the present application. As shown in fig. 10, the guide ring 7 includes a toggle portion 74, and the toggle portion 74 is installed at the circumferential outer side of the guide ring 7 for applying an external force, so as to facilitate manual rotation of the guide ring 7 and facilitate operation. Through stirring toggle portion 74, can make guide ring 7 counter-clockwise turning, drive first guide post 311 and drive first jack catch portion 33 and drive second guide post 321 and drive second jack catch portion 35 and remove to one side of keeping away from each other to relieve the joint to eyepiece 6, pine takes off eyepiece 6. The toggle part 74 can be connected to the guide ring 7 by screws, the guide ring 7 and the toggle part 74 are fixed by screws in advance, and then assembled with the jaw assembly 3 in an assembly form, so that the first guide post 311 of the jaw assembly 3 is inserted into the first guide groove 71, and the second guide post 321 is inserted into the second guide groove 72, thus, the scattered parts are integrally installed, and the installation process can be simplified.
In some embodiments, the front cover 8 includes a fixed toggle part 82, the fixed toggle part 82 is also used for external force, the fixed toggle part 82 can be connected to the outer side of the front cover 8 through a screw, and a certain distance is provided with the toggle part 74 in the circumferential direction of the front cover 8, so that the toggle part 74 can slide towards one side of the fixed toggle part 82. The direction in which the dial 74 points towards the fixed dial 82 is the same as the counterclockwise direction of rotation of the guide ring 7. When the guide ring 7 is manually rotated, one finger presses on the fixed toggle part 82, the other finger presses on the toggle part 74, and the fixed toggle part 82 is kept still, so that the toggle part 74 moves towards the side where the fixed toggle part 82 is located, thereby realizing the counterclockwise rotation of the guide ring 7. Therefore, the guide ring 7 can be rotated by only two fingers, and the structure is simple and convenient to operate. It should be noted that the front cover 8 and the fixed toggle portion 82 may be screwed in advance and then fixed to the bayonet holder 2 in an assembled manner.
