Abstract
The energy-collecting gas stove comprises a gas burner, a panel, a liquid receiving disc, a pot bracket and an observation window plate, wherein the pot bracket and the observation window plate are made of heat-conducting metal materials, the pot bracket comprises a circular ring body part, an upper opening observation window arranged on the circular ring body part, a left-handed or right-handed smoke discharging channel and right-angled supporting legs arranged on the circular ring body part, the horizontal plate of the right-angled straight supporting legs is fixed with the axial lower end of the circular ring body part, and the observation window plate is detachably matched with the observation window; the vertical plate of the right-angle supporting leg stretches into the liquid receiving disc, the annular flanging supports the horizontal plate of the right-angle supporting leg, and a gap between the axial lower end of the annular body and the annular flanging forms a secondary air inlet channel. Due to the adoption of the structure, secondary air enters the cooker support through the secondary air inlet channel between the axial lower end of the annular body and the annular flanging, smoke generated by the burner is discharged through the smoke discharge channel, the cooker support absorbs heat energy of the smoke, the heat energy of the cooker support is transferred to the cooker body, and the heat energy of the smoke is fully utilized.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the energy-collecting gas stove comprises a gas burner 1, a panel 2, a bottom shell 3 and a liquid receiving disc 4, wherein an embedded hole is formed in the panel 2, and a burner hole is formed in the center of the liquid receiving disc 4; the liquid receiving disc 4 is embedded into the embedded hole, the annular flanging 41 is in supporting fit with the panel 2, and the gas burner 1 penetrates through the burner hole to extend upwards;
also comprises a pot bracket 5 and a viewing window plate 6 which are made of heat-conducting metal materials,
the pot support 5 comprises a circular ring body 51, an observation window 52 arranged on an upper opening of the circular ring body, a left-handed or right-handed smoke discharging channel 53 and right-angle supporting feet 54 which are arranged on the circular ring body, wherein the smoke discharging channel 53 absorbs heat energy of smoke, and when the pot body is placed on the pot support 5, the pot support transfers the heat energy to the pot body, so that the heat energy of the smoke is fully utilized.
The horizontal plate 541 of the right-angle straight leg 54 is fixed to the axial lower end of the annular body 51, and the viewing window plate 6 is detachably engaged with the viewing window 52; as shown in fig. 4, the vertical plate of the right-angle supporting leg 54 extends into the liquid receiving tray 4, the annular flange 41 supports the horizontal plate of the right-angle supporting leg 54, and a gap between the axially lower end of the annular body 51 and the annular flange 41 constitutes a secondary air intake passage.
As shown in fig. 7, the width of the smoke evacuation path 53 gradually increases from the radially inner side to the radially outer side;
as a further improvement of the invention: a sub-diversion heat exchange plate 531 is arranged in the radial outer side of the smoke exhaust channel 53. The arrangement of the sub-diversion heat exchange plates 531 increases the heat exchange area.
The lower end of the annular body 51 is provided with an inner step 511 and an outer step 512, respectively, radially inside and radially outside.
The annular body 51 at two sides of the observation window 52 is provided with a plugging groove 521, and the observation window plate 6 is matched with the plugging groove 521.
As shown in fig. 1, the upper end surface of the annular body 51 is a plane;
or the upper end surface of the annular body 51 is an inverted truncated cone surface, or the upper end surface of the annular body 51 comprises an inverted truncated cone surface positioned on the radial inner side and an annular plane positioned on the radial outer inner side.
