Abstract
An energy-gathering gas stove comprises a gas burner, a panel, a liquid receiving disc, a pot support and an observation window plate, wherein the pot support and the observation window plate are made of heat-conducting metal materials; the vertical plate of the right-angle supporting leg extends into the liquid receiving disc, the annular flanging supports the horizontal plate of the right-angle supporting leg, and a gap between the axial lower end of the annular body part and the annular flanging forms a secondary air inlet channel. By adopting the structure, secondary air enters the pot support through the secondary air inlet channel between the axial lower end of the annular body part and the annular flanging, smoke generated by the burner is discharged through the smoke exhaust channel, the heat energy of the smoke is absorbed by the pot support, and the heat energy of the pot support is transferred to the pot body, so that the heat energy of the smoke is fully utilized.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the energy-gathering gas stove comprises a gas burner 1, a panel 2, a bottom shell 3 and a liquid receiving disc 4, wherein the panel 2 is provided with a tabling hole, and the center of the liquid receiving disc 4 is provided with a burner hole; the liquid receiving disc 4 is embedded into the embedding hole, the annular flanging 41 is in supporting fit with the panel 2, and the gas burner 1 penetrates through the burner hole and extends upwards;
further comprises a pot bracket 5 made of heat-conducting metal material and an observation window plate 6,
the pot support 5 comprises a circular body 51, an upper opening observation window 52 arranged on the circular body, a left-handed or right-handed smoke exhaust channel 53 arranged on the circular body and a right-angled support leg 54, wherein the smoke exhaust channel 53 absorbs the heat energy of the smoke, and when the pot body is placed on the pot support 5, the pot support transmits the heat energy to the pot body, thereby fully utilizing the heat energy of the smoke.

As shown in fig. 7, the width of the smoke evacuation passage 53 gradually increases from the radially inner side to the radially outer side;
as a further improvement of the invention: a sub-flow guiding heat exchange plate 531 is arranged in the radial outer side of the smoke exhaust channel 53. The arrangement of the sub-guide heat exchange plate 531 increases the heat exchange area.
The lower end of the annular body 51 has radially inner and outer steps 511 and 512, respectively.
The annular body 51 at two sides of the observation window 52 is provided with an inserting groove 521, and the observation window plate 6 is matched with the inserting groove 521.
As shown in fig. 1, the upper end surface of the circular body 51 is a plane;
or the upper end surface of the circular body part 51 is an inverted truncated cone surface, or the upper end surface of the circular body part 51 comprises an inverted truncated cone surface positioned on the radial inner side and an annular surface positioned on the radial outer side.
