Background
Powdered carbon black is not easy to store, transport and use due to its characteristics of small bulk density, easy flying and poor flowability. Therefore, it is necessary to produce a granulated carbon black from a powdery carbon black, to improve the bulk density by approximately 10 times, to solve the problem of flying and to significantly improve the flowability. The granular carbon black prepared from the powdery carbon black has the advantages of dry method and wet method, and the dry granulation has the advantages of low energy consumption and high product quality. Dry granulation is to complete granulation without adding auxiliary granulating agent, and the granulation process needs to add granules from the front end as granulation master batch. The prior known dry granulation equipment adopts a screw conveyor penetrating through a granulation roller for powder feeding and granule refluxing, and has the problems of poor granulation efficiency, incapability of enlarging equipment scale and low granulation productivity caused by difficult and inaccurate granule refluxing quantity adjustment.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a dry granulation system, which has the beneficial effects of increasing the productivity, accurately controlling the backflow amount of granules, improving the granulation efficiency and improving the quality of finished products.
In order to solve the problems, the dry granulation system comprises a granulator, a lifter, a screening machine, a granule bin, a bag filter and a powder bin, wherein the granulator is composed of a granulation roller, a feeding end, a discharging end and a spiral conveyor. The screw conveyer of granulator inserts in the granulation cylinder from the feed end, but does not run through the granulation cylinder, only is used for the powder to get into, and equipment has got rid of the unable enlarged restriction of screw conveyer overlength, and granulation cylinder diameter and length all can increase, therefore granulator productivity can increase. After being discharged from the granulator, the granules pass through the elevator and the screening machine, the qualified granules enter the granule bin, the unqualified granules return to the powder bin, the qualified granules return to the granulator, the granules are conveyed by an external pipeline of equipment in a backflow mode, the flow rate of the granules can be accurately controlled, and therefore the granule backflow amount can be accurately controlled by a granulation system. The granulation system is provided with a dust collection system, powder is sucked away and collected by a bag filter and then returns to the powder bin, and the combination of dust collection and screening can improve the quality of finished products.

carbon black powder enters a powder bin 9 from an upstream process, materials in the powder bin 9 enter a spiral conveyor 4, the materials are pushed to the inside of a granulation roller 1 by the spiral conveyor 4, the materials enter a lifting machine 5 from a discharge port on a discharge end 3 after passing through the granulation roller 1, the materials enter a screening machine 6 after being lifted, the materials which are not qualified after being screened return to the powder bin 9, qualified aggregates enter a granule bin 7, one part of the materials in the granule bin 7 enter the granulation roller 1 from a feed port on a feed end 2, the other part of the materials enter a downstream process as finished products, dust suction ports are formed in the upper parts of the lifting machine 5 and the screening machine 6 and are connected with a bag filter 8, a fan is connected to the outer part of the dust suction port of the bag filter 8 to suck and collect the powder in the lifting machine 5 and the screening machine 6, and the collected powder enters the powder bin 9.
Granulation cylinder 1 is the cylindrical hollow section of thick bamboo of horizontal arrangement, can rotate around the axis under the external drive, the front end is connected and forms mechanical seal with feed end 2, the rear end is connected and forms sealedly with discharge end 3, be equipped with the feed inlet on the feed end 2, be equipped with the discharge gate on the discharge end 3, screw conveyer 4 passes feed end 2 and is connected with it and forms static seal, one end is located granulation cylinder 1 outside and is equipped with the feed inlet, the other end is located granulation cylinder 1 inside and is equipped with the discharge gate, feed end 2, discharge end 3 and screw conveyer 4 all are fixed in on the basis.
