Description

Neck phototherapy equipment
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to phototherapy equipment.
Background
With the change of life style, people often work for a long time on desk, keep the posture of lowering head and use electronic products such as mobile phones, computers and the like, and health problems such as neck soreness, shoulder stiffness and the like easily occur over time. In daily life, neck muscles are in a state of fatigue and tension for a long time due to long-term low head and neck bending or incorrect sitting and sleeping postures, thereby causing neck health problems. Therefore, the muscle relaxation has great improvement effect on the neck and shoulder discomfort.
The current common methods for treating the neck and shoulder discomfort problem are low-frequency electric pulse and infrared hot compress. The principle of electric pulse therapy is that the cells in epidermal tissue are stimulated by low-frequency pulse current to make nerve cells generate action potential, so that the effects of exciting nerve and muscle tissue, relieving pain and promoting local blood circulation are achieved. The main disadvantages of this kind of treatment are current stimulation to the skin, small treatment area, slight action on deep muscles, etc. The principle of infrared hot compress therapy is that local skin capillaries are expanded through infrared radiant heat, the blood flow speed is accelerated, the cell metabolism is enhanced, and the sensitivity of nerve endings is reduced. The treatment method also has the defects of low tissue penetration degree and poor treatment effect on deep muscles, and simultaneously, the treatment time is not suitable to be overlong in consideration of poor heat resistance of the skin. In addition, the above two treatment methods have the disadvantage of small action area, and are difficult to cover all muscles participating in neck and shoulder activities.
Therefore, in order to achieve better neck and shoulder treatment effect, a treatment method with sufficient penetration depth and large action area is needed. The LED has high response speed, can improve the transient power by methods such as pulse width modulation and the like, outputs pulse light with higher intensity, does not generate obvious warming effect, has small volume and can be flexibly distributed according to a target illumination area. However, some existing LED phototherapy devices have some problems, such as unreasonable design of the illumination coverage area, failure of good illumination coverage on the neck, and poor therapeutic effect.
