Abstract

Technical Field

Background
At present, heat transfer printing equipment is increasingly widely applied in the market, and is mainly applied to various industries such as logistics, finance, clothing, electronics and the like. Printing is particularly important in these industries for the protection of personal information. The erasing head as a ribbon erasing tool well solves the problem. However, the prior art has the problem that the ribbon fails to be erased due to the failure of the erasing head.

controlling the heating sheet to heat the erasing head;
after the erasing head is heated by the heating sheet for a second preset time, if the temperature is equal to or greater than the second preset temperature, controlling the erasing head to erase the ribbon; if the temperature is lower than the second preset temperature, outputting a third control signal;
the first preset temperature is lower than the second preset temperature.

The working principle of the erasing head detection method is as follows:
the erasing head detection method comprises the following steps: controlling the heating plate to heat the erasing head; acquiring a signal which is output by a temperature sensor and represents the temperature of an erasing head; after the erasing head is heated by the heating sheet for a first preset time, if the temperature is equal to or higher than a first preset temperature, outputting a first control signal; and if the temperature is lower than the first preset temperature, outputting a second control signal.
Therefore, the erasing head detection method can output different control signals according to different temperatures by monitoring the working temperature of the erasing head in real time, and further feed back the real-time working state of the erasing head in real time, so that the erasing head can be repaired in time when the erasing head fails, and the normal work of the printer is ensured.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the first preset temperature refers to a temperature when the printer is in a standby state; when detecting the working temperature of the erasing head, the working temperature of the erasing head can be distinguished according to different working states of the printer, that is, when the erasing head is heated by the heating plate, the erasing head needs to be heated to different temperatures according to different working states of the printer, and therefore, in other embodiments of the present invention, when the first preset temperature is set, the first preset temperature may be a temperature when the erasing head is in a standby state, or may be a temperature when the ribbon is erased.

Further, in this embodiment, after the erasing head is heated by the heating sheet for the first preset time or the second preset time, if the temperature is greater than the third preset temperature, the fourth control signal is output; if the temperature is lower than the fourth preset temperature, outputting a fifth control signal; if the temperature of the erasing head is higher than the third preset temperature in the process of being heated by the heating sheet, outputting a fourth control signal; if the temperature is lower than the fourth preset temperature, outputting a fifth control signal; the second preset temperature is less than the third preset temperature, and the fourth preset temperature is less than the first preset temperature.
Further, in this embodiment, the first preset temperature is less than the second preset temperature, the second preset temperature is less than the third preset temperature, and the fourth preset temperature is less than the first preset temperature; the first preset temperature is 65 ℃, the second preset temperature is 85 ℃, the third preset temperature is 135 ℃ and the fourth preset temperature is 35 ℃. The first preset time is equal to the second preset time, and the first preset time and the second preset time are both 1min.

Further, in this embodiment, the controller is further configured to control the heating sheet to heat the erasing head after the erasing head is heated by the heating sheet for a first preset time and after the step of outputting the first control signal if the temperature is equal to or greater than the first preset temperature; if the temperature of the erasing head is equal to or greater than the second preset temperature after the erasing head is heated by the heating sheet for the second preset time, controlling the erasing head to erase the ribbon; if the temperature of the erasing head is lower than the second preset temperature after the erasing head is heated by the heating sheet for the second preset time, outputting a third control signal; wherein the first preset temperature is lower than the second preset temperature;
the indicator light is also used for being in a red flashing state under the condition that the third control signal is received.
Further, in this embodiment, the controller is further configured to output a fourth control signal if the temperature is greater than a third preset temperature after the erasing head is heated by the heating sheet for a first preset time or a second preset time; if the temperature is lower than the fourth preset temperature, outputting a fifth control signal; the second preset temperature is lower than the third preset temperature, and the fourth preset temperature is lower than the first preset temperature;
the indicator light is in a red flashing state under the condition that the fourth control signal is received; and the controller is used for presenting a red flashing state under the condition of receiving the fifth control signal.

after the erasing head is heated by the heating sheet for the first preset time or the second preset time, if the temperature is higher than a third preset temperature, outputting a fourth control signal; if the temperature is lower than a fourth preset temperature, outputting a fifth control signal; the second preset temperature is lower than the third preset temperature, and the fourth preset temperature is lower than the first preset temperature;

the first preset temperature is 65 ℃, the second preset temperature is 85 ℃, the third preset temperature is 135 ℃, and the fourth preset temperature is 35 ℃.
