As shown in fig. 1 to 4, a sliding guide structure for a fan body includes:
the fan comprises a mounting seat 1, wherein the mounting seat 1 is fixed on a fan body 200, the mounting seat 1 is provided with a mounting space, and the mounting seat 1 is provided with a plurality of rollers 10;
the first driving device is arranged in the installation space and can drive the fan body 200 to move towards the closing position direction;
a locking member 5, said locking member 5 being adapted to effect opening or closing of the first drive means.
The fan body 200 can slide freely under the action force of the user, the mounting seat 1 is fixed on the fan body 200 (or the sliding block), meanwhile, the fan body 200 is arranged in the locking groove 300 matched with the locking piece 5 at the avoiding position, when the fan body 200 slides towards the avoiding position, the thrust of the user acts on the elastic piece between the first telescopic rod 3 and the first fixed rod 2, the elastic piece stores energy, when the first driving device is positioned at the preset position, the first locking piece 51 and the second locking piece 52 which are positioned at the front and the rear of the first driving device are respectively clamped in the locking groove 300 at the front and the rear of the first driving device to lock the elastic force, when the fan body 200 needs to slide towards the closing position, the wedge shape of the second positioning part 62 of the locking piece 5 is unlocked in the locking groove 300 (the two locking grooves 300) to release the elastic force of the elastic piece, and meanwhile, the fan body 200 is pushed towards the closing position to slide towards the closing position, so that the fan body 200 is closed automatically, and the user can operate conveniently.
Of course, the locking groove 300 may be provided in the closed position, so that the fan 200 is fixed in the closed position.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the first driving device includes a first fixing rod 2 disposed in the installation space and a second telescopic rod 82 slidably mounted on the first fixing rod 2, an elastic member is disposed between the second telescopic rod 82 and the first fixing rod 2, and the locking member 5 is connected to the second telescopic rod 82, where the first driving device may be provided in plurality, and the setting of the elastic force may be performed in a predetermined setting by completely closing the fan 200.
In the implementation of the present invention, the elastic member is a spring or a hydraulic component, that is, when the user pushes the fan 200 in the direction of the avoidance position, the elastic member is stored with energy by pushing force, that is, the spring is pressed or the hydraulic component is applied with pressure, and when the fan 200 reaches the predetermined position, the first driving device is locked, so as to store elastic potential energy.
In the implementation of the present invention, a sliding groove 4 is provided at one side of the installation space, and the locking member 5 partially protrudes out of the sliding groove 4, thereby facilitating the locking member 5 to be engaged with the locking groove 300.
In the practice of the invention, the locking member 5 extends upwardly with at least one locating portion 6, the locating portion 6 extending beyond the sliding channel 4. The positioning portions 6 of the embodiment are provided with two positioning portions, including a first positioning portion 61 and a second positioning portion 62, when the first positioning portion 61 abuts against the guide rail, the fan 200 can move continuously, and drive the other end of the locking member 5 to slide upwards, and the second positioning portion 62 extends out of the sliding groove 4, so that the second positioning portion 62 is clamped in the locking groove 300, and the elastic member stores force. When the fan 200 is used again, the fan 200 is pressed towards the locking groove 300, at the moment, the other end of the locking piece 5 moves towards the bottom of the positioning sliding groove 71, at the moment, the second positioning part 62 is unlocked in the locking groove 300, and the locking piece 5 releases the elastic force of the elastic piece, so that the fan 200 is driven to move towards the closing position.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the positioning portion 6 includes a first positioning portion 61 and a second positioning portion 62, the first positioning portion 61 is disposed near one end of the second telescopic rod 82, the second positioning portion 62 is disposed far from one end of the second telescopic rod 82, an end surface of the first positioning portion 61 near the second positioning portion 62 is a vertical surface, and both ends of the second positioning portion 62 are inclined surfaces. The first positioning portion 61 is arranged oppositely, so that the main effect of locking the first driving device is achieved, namely, the second positioning portion 62 can achieve the same technical effect even if not arranged, but the second positioning portion 62 can be conveniently unlocked through swinging.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the front end of the locking member 5 is pivotally connected to the second telescopic rod 82, one end of the mounting seat 1 away from the second telescopic rod 82 is provided with a roller seat 7, the roller seat 7 is provided with a positioning chute 71, and the other end of the locking member 5 is slidably mounted in the positioning chute 71 (i.e. has a certain displacement degree). When the locking frame is locked in the locking groove 300 of the guide rail, the other end of the locking piece 5 can slide towards the direction of the locking groove 300 and drive the positioning part 6 to move upwards, so that the locking piece is locked in the locking groove 300.
Of course, the locking element 5 can also be moved in the direction of the sliding groove 4, the rear end not being connected to any component, the same technical effect being achieved.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the two locking members 5 are disposed on two sides of the first driving device, and include a first locking member 51 disposed near one end of the second telescopic rod 82 and a second locking member 52 disposed far from one end of the second telescopic rod 82, that is, the first locking member 51 and the second locking member 52 cooperate to realize opening and closing of the first driving device.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the other end of the first driving device is provided with a buffer device, and the buffer device is disposed between the second locking member 52 and the first fixing rod 2, so that the buffer device can prevent the fan 200 from striking the frame 100 due to excessive elastic force when the first driving device drives the fan 200 to slide.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the buffering device includes a second fixing rod 81 disposed on one side of the first fixing rod 2 away from the first telescopic rod 3, and a second telescopic rod 82 slidably mounted on the second fixing rod 81, where the other side of the second telescopic rod 82 is connected to the second locking member 52, and a return top spring 83 is further disposed between the first fixing rod 2 and the second locking member 52, that is, by using the reverse acting forces of the second fixing rod 81 and the second telescopic rod 82, the sliding speed of the fan 200 is slowed down (that is, the elastic force of the first driving device is reduced), and further, the elastic force of the first driving device can be buffered by using the tensile force of the return top spring 83.
The foregoing description is only of the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not intended to limit the scope of the invention, and all equivalent structural changes made by the description of the present invention and the accompanying drawings or direct/indirect application in other related technical fields are included in the scope of the invention.
