Background
The tongue diagnosis is a method of observing the changes of the tongue proper and tongue coating of a patient to diagnose the disease, and is one of the features of the diagnosis methods of traditional Chinese medicine. However, the tongue picture collection is interfered by a plurality of factors, so that the collection result is unstable, the data comparability is poor, and the conclusion of a correct experiment is influenced. Therefore, a tongue picture collecting device for experimental animals is needed to improve the accuracy of the experiment.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a tongue picture acquisition device for experimental animals aiming at the defects in the prior art.
Still another object of the present invention is to provide a tongue picture collecting method for experimental animals.
In order to achieve the first purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:
a tongue picture collecting device aiming at experimental animals comprises a box body, a computer and a display;
an experiment table is arranged in the box body, and a limb fixing component and a mouth opening clamp are arranged on the experiment table;
the box body is also internally provided with a standard light source, a first image acquisition device for shooting the front image of the tongue body, and a second image acquisition device and a third image acquisition device for shooting the left side surface and the right side surface of the tongue body;
the computer is provided with an image acquisition module, an image processing module, an image comparison module and an image output module;
the image acquisition module is used for receiving the shot tongue body front image and the two tongue body side images and transmitting the images to the image processing module;
the image processing module comprises an area calculating unit and a track generating unit, wherein the area calculating unit is used for calculating the area of the tongue body according to the front image of the tongue body, and the track generating unit is used for respectively drawing the peripheral tracks of the left side surface and the right side surface of the tongue body according to the side image of the tongue body;
the image comparison module is used for comparing the front areas of the tongues of different individuals and screening out images with a difference value exceeding a threshold value with the average value; the image processing method is also used for comparing peripheral tracks of the left side surface and the right side surface of the tongue body of the same individual and screening out images with deviation exceeding a threshold value;
the image output module is used for outputting images and calculation results to a display.

The invention has the advantages that:
1. according to the invention, through the evaluation of the front area of the tongue body and the tracks of the two side surfaces of the tongue body, unqualified tongue body images are screened out, the deviation of experimental results caused by a plurality of factors in the acquisition process of the tongue body images is avoided, the accurate and objective experimental results are ensured to be obtained, the association between the tongue manifestation and the disease is scientifically evaluated, and the clinical tongue diagnosis is further guided.
2. The mouth opening clamp provided by the invention can be used for spreading the animal teeth from the upper direction and the lower direction to expose the tongue body, so that each position of the animal tongue body can be observed, and a more comprehensive tongue image can be obtained.
3. The open mouth clamp is provided with the angle adjusting device, the overall structure is simple, the adjusting operation is simple and convenient, and the exposure condition of the animal tongue body can be adjusted rapidly in an experiment.
4. The invention can collect the sublingual venation to obtain more complete tongue picture.
5. The device is provided with the touch rod, so that whether the tongue body is in a natural relaxation state can be verified before the image is collected, and the collected image can obtain an objective result.
In general, the method is beneficial to conveniently collecting the tongue picture of the experimental animal to obtain the tongue body image of the standard animal, avoids the interference of various factors on the experimental result, and obviously improves the accuracy and objectivity of tongue picture research.

The image processing module 92 includes an area calculating unit 921 and a trajectory generating unit 922, the area calculating unit 921 is configured to identify a tongue body according to a color and a shape of the tongue body in the front view of the tongue body and calculate an area of the tongue body, and the trajectory generating unit 922 is configured to identify the tongue body according to the color and the shape of the tongue body in the two side views of the tongue body and respectively draw a peripheral trajectory of the tongue body. The image comparison module 93 has two functions, one is to compare the tongue areas in the tongue frontal views of different animal individuals, calculate an average value, and eliminate the image whose difference value with the average value exceeds a threshold (e.g. 10% of the average value); the other function is to compare the peripheral tracks of the left and right sides of the tongue body of the same animal individual, judge the track coverage degree, and reject the image in which the area of the non-overlapped part of the peripheral tracks of the left and right sides of the tongue body exceeds the threshold (for example, 20% of the average value of the peripheral tracks of the left and right sides of the tongue body). The image output module 94 is used for outputting the photographed tongue image and the result processed by the image processing module 92, including the calculated area and the generated peripheral track of the side surface of the tongue, to the display 10 for display.
The invention relates to a tongue picture collecting device for experimental animals, which comprises the following steps: in the process of collecting the tongue picture of the experimental animal, firstly, the experimental animal such as a rat is anesthetized, the anesthetized rat is placed on the experiment table 2, four limbs are respectively fixed on the limb fixing component 3, and the head is placed in the head fixing groove 4 to form a prone position. The mouth opening clamp 5 is placed in the mouth of a rat, the upper clamp body 51 and the lower clamp body 52 respectively support the upper tooth surface and the lower tooth surface of the rat, the rotating rod 523 is rotated through the knob 524 to adjust the opening degree of the mouth cavity of the rat to a proper size so as to fully expose the tongue, then the box body 1 is closed, the first image acquisition device 81, the second image acquisition device 82 and the third image acquisition device 83 are started to respectively shoot to obtain a front image of the tongue and two side images of the tongue, the images are acquired by the image acquisition module 91 and transmitted to the image processing module 92, the image processing module 92 identifies the front image and the side images, the tongue is identified according to color and shape and calculated to obtain the area of the tongue for the front image, the tongue is identified according to color and shape and draws the peripheral track of the tongue for the side images, and then the result is output to the image comparison module 93. The image comparison module 93 obtains tongue image results from different rats, calculates the area average value of the front faces of the tongues from different rats, and then screens out images with errors exceeding a threshold value from the average value; meanwhile, the image comparison module 93 obtains peripheral tracks of the left and right sides of the tongue body from the same rat, compares the two peripheral tracks, and screens out the two images when the area of the non-overlapped part exceeds a threshold value. During the experiment, the acquired original image of the animal tongue body, the processed result of the tongue body area, the peripheral track and the like can be watched through the display 10, and the identification of the qualified or unqualified image can also be watched. The resulting images were finally screened for further tongue analysis.
For the present invention, it should be noted that: animal experiment research on tongue manifestation can help clear the relationship between disease and tongue manifestation, further guide the diagnosis of tongue manifestation in clinical practice, and improve the objective level of tongue diagnosis. However, the acquisition of the tongue picture is easily interfered by various factors to cause unqualified acquired images, and the unqualified images are used as data to obtain an experimental conclusion, so that the accuracy of the experimental conclusion is seriously interfered, and the research value is reduced. The inventor adds the image processing module 92 in the experimental animal tongue picture acquisition device, and rejects the image in which the tongue body area deviates from the average value remarkably by comparing the tongue body front area among different animal individuals, because the weights of the commonly selected experimental animals are basically consistent, if the weight difference value is not more than 10%, under general conditions, the tongue body area in the tongue body front image should not deviate too much, otherwise, the tongue body is not fully exposed, the tongue body is not fully extended, the tongue body is curled, and the like, which all affect the correct judgment of the tongue picture, and if the tongue body is not fully extended, the tongue body is curled, which affects the qi and blood running of the tongue and causes the tongue color change; the peripheral tracks of the tongue bodies on the left side and the right side of the same animal individual are compared, and when the difference is large, the situation that the tongue bodies are not completely flat or not relaxed is indicated. According to the method, the risk of result errors caused by various factors such as insufficient exposure and incomplete extension of the tongue body of the experimental animal, improper angle between the tongue body and the camera and the like is greatly reduced, and the method is favorable for obtaining accurate and objective tongue picture research results and correctly guiding clinical application. In order to facilitate the exposure of the tongue body, the open-mouth clamp 5 is designed to comprise an upper clamp body and a lower clamp body, so that various parts of the tongue body of the animal, including the tongue tip, the tongue margin and the like, can be more fully exposed and observed, and a more comprehensive tongue picture result can be obtained. The upper clamp body 51 and the lower clamp body 52 are respectively in the same radian of the animal teeth, which is beneficial to the stable fixation with the animal teeth, and the sectional pictures of the sagittal planes of the upper clamp body and the lower clamp body are also in the shape of an arc, which is also beneficial to strengthening the stable fixation of the mouth opening clamp 5 and preventing the mouth opening clamp from falling off from the teeth. The angle of the upper clamp body and the lower clamp body of the open mouth clamp 5 is adjusted through the ratchet 522 and the pawl 511, the structure is simple, the operation is easy, the opening angle can be accurately adjusted, and the flexibility of the experiment is improved. The head fixing groove 4 is designed into an oval groove, so that the experimental animal can conveniently form a prone position to expose the tongue body, the general position of the tongue body can be marked, and the experimental animal can be conveniently prevented by an experimenter. The limb fixing component 3 is used for fixing animal limbs, is not limited to the structure of a stand column, and can also be a fixing component such as a rubber band. The standard light source 7, i.e. a light source capable of emitting a stable light intensity and brightness, is composed of a plurality of lamp caps, so that no shadow exists at the tongue body.
