Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of pesticide compounding, in particular to a ternary compound seed dressing agent containing prothioconazole and fludioxonil.
Background
Fludioxonil for preventing and treating stinking smut, snow rot, snow mold, banded sclerotial blight, root rot, take-all disease, glume blight and stalk smut of wheat: barley stripe disease, net blotch, head smut: maize bacterial wilt, stem rot, damping off: cotton rhizoctonia rot, red rot, anthracnose, black root, seed rot: soybean peanut damping off, root rot (caused by fusarium): rice bakanae disease, leaf spot of flax, early leaf blast and damping off: black spot and black shank of rape: potato damping off, scab: vegetable blight, anthracnose, brown spot, gummy stem blight. Is suitable for crops such as wheat, barley, corn, cotton, soybean, peanut, rice, rape, potato, vegetables and the like.
FLUDIOXONIL, named FLUDIOXONIL in English, has a molecular weight of 248.185, a molecular formula of C12H6F2N2O2 and a chemical name of 4- (2, 2-difluoro-1, 3-benzodioxy-4-yl) pyrrole-3-nitrile; 4- (2, 2-difluoro-1, 3-benzodioxol-4-yl) pyrrole-3-carbonitrile. By inhibiting the transfer associated with phosphorylation of glucose and inhibiting the growth of fungal mycelia, the germs die eventually. The action mechanism is unique, and the bactericide has no cross resistance with the existing bactericide. According to FRAC (action group of fungicide resistance) in the international world, the action mechanism of fludioxonil is considered to be the activity of histidine kinase related to osmotic pressure regulation signals, and the fludioxonil is used for treating the leaf surfaces of wheat, barley, corn, pea, rape, rice, vegetables, grapes, lawn and ornamental crops, preventing and treating fusarium nivale, triticale cerealis, rhizoctonia solani and the like and has a special effect on gray mold; treatment of cereal and non-cereal seeds for the control of seed-borne and soil-borne pathogens such as Alternaria, Chaetomium, Aspergillus, Fusarium, Helminthosporium, Rhizoctonia and Penicillium.
In modern agricultural production, the seed is treated with seed coating agent, and this is one of the economic and simple methods for preventing and controlling soil-borne and seed-borne diseases of underground pests and crops. The seed treating agent is one kind of pesticide preparation with filming property for treating crop and other plant seed, and has the functions of allowing water and air to pass through, slow releasing of pesticide, seed fertilizer and other matter, killing underground pests and pests, preventing and treating diseases and systemic diseases, raising seed germination rate, promoting the growth of seedling, etc.
At present, the annual crop seed demand in China is about 700 million tons, the commodity seed amount is about 350 million tons, the coating treatment accounts for about 10 percent, and the two coating agents have huge market demand and very broad prospects.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problems in the prior art and provides a ternary complex seed dressing agent containing prothioconazole and fludioxonil, which has the advantages of good synergistic action and compatibility, time and labor saving, less pollution compared with other pesticide application technologies, high control effect, low toxicity, environmental protection and insect prevention and disease treatment effects.
In order to realize the purpose of the invention, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
the ternary complex seed dressing agent comprises an effective component A, B, C, wherein A is prothioconazole, B is fludioxonil, C is one of sedaxane, fluopyram and dipheny, the content of A is 0.2-15%, the content of B is 0.5-15%, and the content of C is 1-45%.
And C is sedaxane.
The content of A is 5%, the content of B is 10% and the content of C is 35%.
The formulation of the ternary complex seed dressing agent is one of a suspended seed coating agent, a seed treatment suspending agent, a microcapsule suspending agent and a dry seed dressing agent.
The dosage form of the ternary complex seed dressing agent is a dry seed dressing agent.
The dry seed dressing agent contains A, B, C, eucalyptus oil, a wetting agent, a dispersing agent, a film forming agent and a filler.
The eucalyptus oil content is 3% -5%, the wetting agent content is 3% -6%, the dispersing agent content is 2.5% -7%, the film-forming agent content is 1% -4%, and the balance is made up to 100% by the filler.
Has the advantages that:
1. after compounding, the prothioconazole, fludioxonil and the third active ingredient have synergistic effect, and are not easy to generate drug resistance: the growth of fungal mycelia is inhibited, so that germs die finally, the three effective components have different action mechanisms on the germs, and the compounding shows synergistic effect;
2. compared with a single agent, the compound preparation reduces the dosage of the agent, and the use cost is reduced: the fludioxonil is used independently, so that the cost is obviously reduced on the premise of ensuring the drug effect.
3. The bactericide has no drug resistance and obvious effect, different mechanisms of all effective components, different action sites and no interactive drug resistance, is not easy to generate drug resistance by mutually mixing germs, and solves the problem of drug resistance generated by singly using a certain bactericide at present;
4. the eucalyptus oil is added, so that the pungent smell of the compound seed dressing agent is increased, underground pests can be effectively driven away, the germination rate of seeds is improved, and the eucalyptus oil is non-toxic, harmless and more environment-friendly.

1. Experimental Material
The wheat variety to be tested was nineteen of nicotiana (hongze lake farm species ltd., Jiangsu province).
2. Experimental methods
2.1 design of the experiment
A total of 3 treatments were set. Treatment 1: uncoated, as a blank control; and (3) treatment 2: example 1-example 6 agents were applied to seeds for coating treatment; and (3) treatment: comparative example 1-comparative example 3 the agents were applied to the seeds for coating.
Random block arrangement is adopted, 3 times of repetition are carried out, and the area of a cell is 2m2. The number of seeds in each group is equal.
2.2 survey items
And (3) investigating the withering and death rate, the withering rate of the non-necrotic seedlings and the dwarfing inhibition rate at the seedling stage of the wheat.
The control effect (%) of root rot in seedling stage is [ (seedling withering rate in control field-seed coating agent treated seedling withering rate)/seedling withering rate in control field ]. times.100
Dwarfing inhibition (%) of [ ("average plant height in control field-average plant height treated with seed coating)/average plant height in control field ] × 100
And (5) investigating the incidence rate of root rot in the adult wheat growing period. The disease degree of 4 diseases of wheat small spot, leaf spot, brown spot and rust disease is graded and investigated.
Incidence (%) × 100 (number of diseased plants/total number of investigated plants) ×
Disease index [ Σ (number of diseased plants at each stage × representative value at each stage)/(total number of investigated plants × highest representative value) ] × 100
Disease control effect (%) in adult stage ═ control incidence (disease index) — (incidence of disease in control treatment of seed coating agent)/control incidence of disease (disease index) × 100
3. Results and analysis of the experiments
TABLE 1 Effect of different seed dressings on wheat growth at the seedling stage
The results of the above experiments show that the wheat seedling withering rate of 3 kinds of compound seed-dressing agents is less than that of a blank control, the root rot prevention effect of the 3 kinds of compound seed-dressing agents is more than 9%, wherein the effective component contents of 5% prothioconazole, 10% fludioxonil, 35% fluopyram dry seed-dressing agent and 7% prothioconazole, 13% fludioxonil, 40% bispyribac dry seed-dressing agent are increased, but the seedling withering rate, the root rot prevention effect and the dwarfing inhibition rate are not obvious.
Table 2 shows the control effect of different seed coating treatments on wheat root rot
As can be seen from Table 2, the incidence of the wheat treated by the 3 compound seed dressings is lower than that of the blank control and the comparative example, the prevention effect of the compound seed dressing on root rot is more than 69%, and the effect is good.
In order to verify the pest control effect of the compound seed dressing agent, summer corns were subjected to field experiments, treated according to examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-2, and a blank control group, each treatment was repeated three times, and the test was continued for 3 years, and the germination rate was investigated 30 days after sowing.
Table 3 shows the effect on the germination rate of maize
| Serial number | Medicament | Germination percentage (%) |
| 1 | 2% prothioconazole, 4% fludioxonil and 15% sedaxane dry seed dressing agent | 92.58 |
| 2 | 5% prothioconazole, 10% fludioxonil, 35% fluopyram dry seed-dressing agent | 92.99 |
| 3 | 7% prothioconazole, 13% fludioxonil, 40% bixafen dry seed dressing agent | 93.04 |
| 4 | 5% prothioconazole suspension seed coating agent | 87.21 |
| 5 | 10% fludioxonil suspension seed coating agent | 86.37 |
| 6 | Blank control | 82.47 |
As can be seen from Table 3, after the corn seeds are treated by the compound seed dressing agent of the examples 1 to 3, the germination rate of the corn seeds is obviously improved due to the driving off of underground pests by the pungent odor generated by the addition of eucalyptus oil, and the germination rate is not obviously improved along with the increase of the content of the active ingredients, so that the optimal content of 2% prothioconazole, 4% fludioxonil and 15% sedaxane is the best content.
