Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of household cleaning products, in particular to fabric ironing water and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The ironing is a shaping process of humidifying, heating, pressurizing, dehumidifying and cooling the fabric, so that the fabric is ironed to obtain the effects of flat, stiff, plump, attractive and stereoscopic impression. Because the relative movement of fabric fiber molecules is difficult at normal temperature, and the relative movement of the fiber molecules is easy when the fabric is ironed by steam under the condition of high temperature and humidification, and the moisture is converted into steam to generate huge expansive force, the fabric becomes soft and has excellent plasticity.
However, the ironing can be completed only by high temperature in the whole ironing process, for example, the plain weave cloth such as ironing cloth and fine cloth needs 180-190 ℃, the plush clothes needs 250-300 ℃, the plush cotton clothes needs 200-230 ℃, the continuous ironing time is long, the energy consumption is high, and the process is complex, so that the ironing of the clothes by steam is not conveniently realized by families.
In addition, although the softener has a softening function, if the softener is directly added into the ironing machine, the softener cannot reach the fabric along with the steam, and the softener is left in the ironing machine or at an outlet to form a sticky object, so that the softener cannot be well applied in the ironing process to play the function of the softener.
