And (3) verifying the deodorization effect: (1) standard 10 x 10cm cotton cloths were prepared, the machine washed cotton cloths were ironed with water and the ironing water of experimental protocol 3, respectively, for 15s, dried in an oven at 45 ℃ for 10 minutes, then covered in a 10L beaker to smoke for 60s, and then air dried for 5 minutes for testing. As can be seen from fig. 4, the fabric with the ironing water of the present application had a 41.1% reduction in malodor compared to the fabric without the ironing water.
(2) Preparing standard 10 x 10cm cotton cloth, respectively ironing the cotton cloth washed by the ironing machine with water and ironing water of experimental schemes 1-3 for 30s, drying the cotton cloth in an oven at 45 ℃ for 10 minutes, covering the cotton cloth in a 10L beaker to smoke for 60s, then airing for 5 minutes, and performing a test, wherein as can be seen from fig. 5, the higher the effective component RewoquatSQ1 is added into the ironing water, the more obvious the deodorization effect is.
4. And (3) verification of the peculiar smell removal effect: standard 10 × 10cm cotton cloth was prepared, then covered in a 10L beaker to smoke for 60s, the smoked cotton cloth was ironed with water and the ironing water of experimental protocol 3, respectively, for 15s, and then air-dried for 10min for testing. As can be seen from fig. 6, after the ironing water of the present application is added, the fabric has better odor removing effect.
5. And (3) verification of stability effect: respectively coating a mixed feed liquid of 500ppm of hard water, 0.5% of RewoquatSQ1 and 1.5% of a drier and a mixed feed liquid of 500ppm of hard water, 0.5% of RewoquatSQ1, 0.15% of NonidetSF-5 and 1.5% of a drier on corresponding heating templates, and observing precipitates on the heating templates after heating and drying. From 7, after the softener, the low-foaming surfactant and the drier are added, no obvious precipitate appears in the ironing water, and therefore the ironing water has better thermal stability, namely the softener can volatilize along with water vapor better, and the ironing water has better scale inhibition.

Claims (7)

1. A fabric ironing water is characterized in that: comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight,
0.5-5% of a softener;
0.1-1% of low-foaming surfactant;
0.5-5% of a drier;
0.1-1% of perfume;
the balance of water;
the softener is an organosilicon derivative;
the drier is a mixture of polyether, alpha-phosphatidic acid choline and isopropanol.

The method of preparing a fabric ironing water according to claim 1, characterized in that: the organic silicon derivative is one or a mixture of more than two of dimethyl siloxane mixed ring bodies, octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane, methyl silicone oil, silane coupling agents, silazane and sanitary silicone oil.

The method of preparing a fabric ironing water according to claim 1, characterized in that: the low-foaming surfactant is one or a mixture of more than two of EO/PO block polyether, isooctanol phosphate ester derivative, ethoxylated fatty acid methyl ester derivative and polyether modified organosilicon surfactant.
4. The method of preparing a fabric ironing water according to claim 1, characterized in that: the weight ratio of polyether, alpha-choline phosphatidate and isopropanol in the drier is 1: 1-2: 3 to 9.
5. A method of preparing a fabric ironing water as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that: comprises the following steps of (a) carrying out,
s1: weighing the softener, the low-foaming surfactant, the drier, the spice and the water according to the formula ratio;
s2: adding the drier into a mixer, keeping the mixer at normal temperature, adding the water into the mixer, stirring the drier until the drier is completely dissolved, adding the softener and the low-foaming surfactant into the mixer, and uniformly mixing to obtain a feed liquid;
s3: and (5) standing the feed liquid obtained in the step (S2) for a certain time, observing whether the feed liquid is layered or not, and taking the non-layered feed liquid as fabric ironing water.
6. The method of preparing a fabric ironing water according to claim 5, characterized in that: in the step S2, after the softener and the low-foaming surfactant are added to the mixer, the mixture is homogenized for 5min by a homogenizer, and then stirred for 15min, so as to be mixed uniformly, thereby obtaining the feed liquid.
7. The method of preparing a fabric ironing water according to claim 5, characterized in that: in the S3, the standing time is not less than 20 min.
