The quick-opening blind plate 21 is arranged at the other end of the shell 25, so that the filter screen 22 can be pulled out of the shell 25, and after the filter screen 22 is pulled out, the spherical pig filtered in the filter screen is taken out, thereby realizing the collection of the spherical pig.
The oil collecting and separating device provided by the application is characterized in that the oil collecting mechanism and the ball collecting mechanism are concentrated on one device, so that the collecting of well site incoming fluid is realized and the spherical pig is received. And the liquid pipeline is simplified and arranged, the occupied area of equipment is reduced, the transportation is more convenient, the length of the liquid pipeline is shortened, the problem that the ball is accumulated seriously in the process of purging the pipeline is solved, the problem of blockage is easily caused, and the management requirement of an oil field is met.
While the preferred embodiments and examples of the present application have been described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, the present application is not limited to the above-described embodiments and examples, and various changes may be made within the knowledge of those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit of the present application.
