(1) respectively pressing a 3D embossing structure on the upper surface and the lower surface of an ES hot air hydrophilic non-woven fabric by embossing equipment to obtain a skin-friendly surface layer;
(2) shearing and mixing cotton fibers and bamboo fibers, then carrying out melt extrusion to form composite fibers, cooling the composite fibers, forming a net, bonding and reinforcing, and then coating a high-molecular water-absorbing material with the composite fibers to obtain a water-absorbing layer;
(3) respectively manufacturing a TPU film and a base fabric, and attaching the TPU film to the outer side of the base fabric to obtain a base film;
(4) and (3) sequentially stacking and compounding the skin-friendly surface layer in the step (1), the water absorbing layer in the step (2) and the base membrane in the step (3), sequentially compounding an adhesive layer and release paper on the outer side of the base membrane, and folding and bagging to obtain a sanitary pad finished product.
2. The method of making a sanitary pad for non-menstrual use according to claim 1, wherein: the gram weight of the ES hot air hydrophilic non-woven fabric is 12-20 g/m2The fiber fineness is 1.5D-3D.
3. The method of making a sanitary pad for non-menstrual use according to claim 1, wherein: the weight ratio of the cotton fibers to the bamboo fibers in the step (2) is 1: 1-2.
4. The method of making a sanitary pad for non-menstrual use according to claim 1, wherein: the TPU film of the step (3) is prepared by adopting the following method:
a1, extrusion: adding TPU resin into an extruder, melting and plasticizing the resin by the extruder, and then extruding the resin from a machine head through a slit die opening;
a2, rolling and cooling: after extruding out of the die orifice, the resin is pressed and cooled by a three-roller calender to form a primary TPU film;
a3, cooling and conveying: the primary TPU film is conveyed out by utilizing a three-stage cooling conveying roller, and the TPU film is formed at the moment;
a4, rolling: and the TPU film is cooled, conveyed and wound on a winding shaft.
5. The method of making a sanitary pad for non-menstrual use according to claim 4, wherein: the melting temperature of the TPU resin is 170-205 ℃.

The method of making a sanitary pad for non-menstrual use according to claim 4, wherein: and b, punching the TPU film after the step a3 to form ventilating micropores, wherein the ventilating micropores are funnel-shaped, and the surface of one side of the TPU film, which is provided with a funnel-shaped small opening, is attached to the base layer fabric.

b2, opening and removing impurities from the nylon fibers, the polyester fibers and the cotton fibers respectively, sending the nylon fibers, the polyester fibers and the cotton fibers into a carding machine for carding to form a web, respectively obtaining a nylon fiber web, a polyester fiber web and a cotton fiber web, and mixing the components in a mass ratio of 1-2: 3-5: 1-3 of the nylon fiber net, the polyester fiber net and the cotton fiber net are superposed on line, and the fiber nets are entangled and reinforced through multiple spunlace treatments, and finally dried at the temperature of 120-140 ℃ to obtain the base fabric.

A method of making a non-menstrual dedicated sanitary pad according to any one of claims 1 to 9 wherein: and (2) carrying out bacteriostasis treatment on the ES hot air hydrophilic non-woven fabric in the step (1) before embossing, spraying a bacteriostasis solution on the ES hot air hydrophilic non-woven fabric through spraying equipment, and then drying at the drying temperature of 70 ℃, wherein the moisture regain after drying is controlled to be between 6 and 9 percent.
