Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 schematically shows the structure of an article display tray according to an embodiment of the invention, fig. 2 shows the structure of the shelf plate in fig. 1, and fig. 3 shows the structure of the injection molded part in fig. 1. As shown in fig. 1-3, the display shelf bracket comprises an upright shelf plate 1, the shelf plate 1 being of a relatively rigid construction, typically made of metal, and an injection molded part 2 mounted on top of the shelf plate 1, wherein the injection molded part 2 is typically made of plastic, which assists in the mounting of the shelf plate 1.
The top of the frame plate 1 is provided with a connecting hole 12, and the injection molding part 2 is movably connected to the connecting hole 12 and can rotate in a certain range by taking the connecting hole 12 as a circle center.
The side part of one side of the frame plate 1 is provided with a hook 11, the hook 11 is used for fixedly mounting the frame plate 1, the same side of the injection molding part 2 is provided with a fixture block 22, and the fixture block 22 can be contacted with the top part of the hook 11 and can be mounted together. Wherein, the edge of the latch 22 is arc-shaped.
Preferably, a plurality of hooks 11 may be provided from top to bottom on the side of the shelf board 1, and the hooks 11 may be simultaneously attached, thereby improving the stability of the attachment of the shelf board 1. And because the injection molding part 2 is arranged on the top of the frame plate 1, the clamping block 22 of the injection molding part is only contacted with the uppermost hook 11.
The other side of injection molding 2 has a vertical spring 21 that sets up, and spring 21 and fixture block 22 are located the both sides of connecting hole 12 respectively promptly, and the top of spring 21 is connected with injection molding 2, and the bottom is then connected with frame plate 1. And a recess 13 is provided at the top of the shelf plate 1, and the bottom end of the spring 21 is attached in the recess 13.
Wherein, the injection molding 2 also has an invagination part 23 which is opened towards the side and the lower part on the side where the spring 21 is located, the spring 21 is located in the invagination part 23, and the top end of the spring 21 is connected with the top surface of the invagination part 23. The presence of the undercut 23 not only serves to place the spring 21, but also to avoid to some extent interference with the shelf plate 1 when the injection molded part 2 is in motion.
The top of the injection-moulded part 2 has a depressed pressing portion 24, which pressing portion 24 is intended to press in order to turn the injection-moulded part 2, while the pressing portion 24 may be provided with a pattern to increase the friction. A protrusion 25 protruding toward the pressing portion 24 is formed on a side thereof away from the latch 22, and the injection molded part 2 can be rotated by pressing the protrusion 25.
Fig. 4 shows a structure of an article display shelf to which the bracket of fig. 1 is applied, and fig. 5 shows a side structure of shelf plates and injection-molded parts on the article display shelf of fig. 4. As shown in fig. 4 to 5, the article display shelf includes at least two mounting posts 3, the mounting posts 3 can be vertically mounted on a wall, the shelf boards 1 and the injection-molded parts 2 are mounted on the mounting grooves 31, and the pallets 4 are mounted between the shelf boards 1, and the pallets 4 can be used for hanging the displayed products. Wherein in this embodiment the top of the injection moulded part 2 is higher than the shelf boards 1 and the carrier plates 4 are mounted on the outer side of each shelf board 1.
The mounting post 3 is provided with a plurality of through mounting slots 31. The mounting post 3 is vertically mounted on the wall, and the shelf plate 1 is mounted on the mounting groove 31. When the frame plate 1 is installed, the hook 11 of the frame plate 1 and the fixture block 22 of the injection molding part 2 penetrate through the installation groove 31 and are clamped with the installation groove 31 (a dotted line part in fig. 5).
When the shelf board 1 has a plurality of hooks 11 from top to bottom, a plurality of mounting grooves 31 may be provided on the mounting post 3 from top to bottom for mounting the respective hooks 11, and the latch 22 contacts with the uppermost hook 11 and engages with the uppermost mounting groove 31.
In a specific installation process, firstly, the protrusion 25 is pressed to enable the injection molding piece 2 to rotate, the fixture block 22 of the injection molding piece leaves the hook 11, the hook 11 extends into and penetrates through the installation groove 31, then the hook 11 moves downwards to be clamped with the installation groove 31, then the protrusion 25 is released, the injection molding piece 2 rotates under the action of the spring 21, and the fixture block 22 is clamped into the installation groove 31 in a sliding mode.
Fig. 6 schematically shows a structure of a tray for an article display panel according to another embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 7 shows a structure of an article display shelf to which the tray of fig. 6 is applied. As shown in fig. 6-7, the position of the top of the shelf board 1 where the injection molded part 2 is attached is recessed so that the top of the injection molded part 2 is not higher than the top of the shelf board 1 at the later stage of mounting, and after mounting the shelf board 1 and the injection molded part 2 on the mounting post 3, a pallet 4 may be placed on the top of the shelf board 1 and the displayed product placed on the pallet 4.
What has been described above are merely some embodiments of the present invention. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications can be made without departing from the inventive concept thereof, and these changes and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
