The equipment ensures that better hulling operation quality is obtained by the following measures: the device adopts the flexible peanut shelling roller with the variable diameter, the diameter of the roller can be changed according to different peanut varieties, the shelling gap (the gap between the roller and the concave plate sieve) can be conveniently and quickly adjusted as required, the adaptability of the device to different varieties of peanuts is greatly improved, and the operation quality is improved. Meanwhile, the roller is made of soft materials such as rubber, the striking force of the roller on the peanuts in the shelling operation process is reduced, the shell is guaranteed to be broken, and the kernels in the peanut shelling device are not damaged. The problem of current cylinder because adopt hard material and the breakage rate that causes is high is avoided, further promotes the shelling operation quality. The beating plate is fixedly connected with the shelling disc part through a bolt, and can be conveniently replaced after being worn in long-time operation.
