As shown in fig. 5, the negative pressure mechanism 8 comprises a through pipe 33, an interface 34, a piston 35, a piston rod 36 and an air cylinder 37, wherein the through pipe 33 is arranged on the side wall of the cleaning box body 1, the interface 34 is arranged at one end of the through pipe 33 extending into the cleaning box body 1, the piston 35 and the piston rod 36 are arranged in the through pipe 33, one end of the piston rod 36 extending out of the through pipe 33 is connected with the air cylinder 37, a drain port 44 is arranged in the middle of the through pipe 33, when water in the gastroscope needs to be drained, the interface 34 is communicated with one end of the gastroscope, the air cylinder 37 is started, the piston rod 36 is driven to do linear reciprocating motion, the piston 35 is driven to move, water in the gastroscope is pumped into the through pipe 33 until the piston 35 moves to be misplaced with the drain port 44, and the water is drained out of the through pipe 33 from the drain port 44.
As shown in fig. 1, a top cover 38 is provided at the upper end of the cleaning box 1, a handle 39 and an air outlet 40 are provided at the upper end of the top cover 38, the handle 39 is used for facilitating the hand to take the top cover 38, and the air outlet 40 is used for discharging hot air generated during drying.

The working principle of the invention is as follows: firstly, opening a top cover 38, placing the gastroscope into the upper end of a supporting grid 3, relatively fixing the gastroscope by using a buckle 41, then closing the top cover 38, starting a compound cleaning device 42 and an internal cleaning mechanism 7, firstly, primarily flushing the inside and the outside of the gastroscope by water flow, flushing larger dirt to be separated from the gastroscope, secondly, secondarily flushing the inside and the outside of the gastroscope by water flow, completely flushing the inside and the outside of the gastroscope by using cleaning liquid, standing for a period of time after flushing, fully reacting bacteria, mucus and the like in the inside and the outside of the gastroscope with the cleaning liquid, then recovering the cleaning liquid, secondarily flushing by water flow, removing the cleaning liquid in the inside and the outside of the gastroscope, then starting a negative pressure mechanism 8 to extract residual water in the inside of the gastroscope, preventing the water flow from blocking the inside of the gastroscope so as to prevent drying from being blocked, and finally starting a drying device 6 to dry the inside and outside of the gastroscope, wherein the internal cleaning mechanism 7 always operates in the whole process;
The principle of the compound cleaning device 42 is as follows: when the gastroscope is required to be cleaned by water, the water pipe 19 is communicated with the water hole head, the first electromagnetic valve 24 is opened, the second electromagnetic valve 25 is closed, the electromagnetic switching valve 18 is switched to enable the inlet pipeline 17 to be communicated with the water pipe 19, the pump body 22 pumps water into the inlet pipeline 17 and the branch 23, water in the pipeline 17 is sprayed to the outer surface of the gastroscope through the spray head 4, water in the branch 23 is sprayed to the inner surface of the gastroscope through the branch inlet 9, and the inner surface and the outer surface of the gastroscope are cleaned; when the gastroscope is required to be cleaned by the cleaning liquid, opening a second electromagnetic valve 25, closing a first electromagnetic valve 24, switching an electromagnetic switching valve 18 to be communicated with the inlet pipeline 17 and the cleaning liquid pipe 20, pumping the cleaning liquid in the cleaning liquid tank body 21 into the inlet pipeline 17 and the branch 23 by the pump body 22, spraying the cleaning liquid in the pipeline 17 to the outer surface of the gastroscope through the spray head 4, spraying the cleaning liquid in the branch 23 to the inner surface of the gastroscope through the branch inlet 9, and cleaning the inner surface and the outer surface of the gastroscope;
The principle of the internal cleaning mechanism 7 is: starting a motor 16 to drive a second gear 15 to rotate, and driving a first gear 14 to rotate so as to drive a brush tube 11 to rotate, wherein the brush tube 11 is driven to rotate, the brush head 12 is used for brushing the inside of the gastroscope, meanwhile, water, cleaning fluid or hot air is introduced into the brush tube 11 through a branch inlet 9, and is thrown out of the brush tube 11 through micropores 13 along with the rotation of the brush tube 11, so that cells, tissues and the like cleaned by the brush tube 11 are flushed out of the gastroscope, or the inner wall of the gastroscope is accelerated to be dried;
