Abstract
The invention provides a sterilizing and re-electret device for a mask, which mainly comprises a sterilizing part, an electret part, a grounding part, a hinge and an opening and closing buckle, wherein the sterilizing part, the electret part and the grounding part are connected through the hinge, and the opening and closing buckle is arranged on the other surface opposite to the hinge to lock and open and close in order to prevent the sterilizing part, the electret part and the grounding part from scattering in the carrying process. The disinfection part positioned at the upper part mainly comprises an ultraviolet lamp bead, a junction box and a touch switch; the electret part positioned in the middle mainly comprises a mobile power supply, a high-voltage electrostatic generator, a ship-shaped switch, a copper wire, a mask pressing plate and a copper wire supporting plate, wherein the mask pressing plate and the copper wire supporting plate can be made of insulating organic glass plates; the grounding part at the lower part mainly comprises a mask with treatment and a grounding copper plate. The sterilization re-electret device for the mask can perform ultraviolet sterilization and electret treatment on the used mask, avoid the waste of throwing away the mask after one-time use and reduce the cost on the aspect of the mask.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a sterilizing and electret device for a mask, and belongs to the technical field of purification equipment.
Background
The traditional mask sterilizer is large in size and not portable, does not have the function of re-electret, and the sterilized mask can not adsorb micro particles in the air any more.
The ultraviolet disinfection lamp bead is a lamp which utilizes the sterilization effect of ultraviolet rays to carry out sterilization and disinfection. The wavelength range for sterilizing ultraviolet rays is 200nm to 275 nm. The ultraviolet ray has the strongest sterilizing capability, and can be used for sterilizing water, air, clothes and the like. The melt-blown non-woven fabric after electret finishing has lasting static electricity and can trap fine dust by means of the static effect, so that the melt-blown non-woven fabric has the advantages of high filtering efficiency, low filtering resistance and the like. The electret melt-blown nonwoven fabric has a good filtering effect on solid dust particles with the particle size of 0.005-1 mm, and has a good blocking effect on aerosol, bacteria, cigarette smoke, various pollen and the like in the atmosphere.

Parts needing to be electrified of each part are connected through a lead, the shells of the disinfection part, the electret part and the grounding part are made of cover plates made of organic glass materials, the mobile power supply, the high-voltage electrostatic generator and the partition plate made of the insulating organic glass plate for the touch switch among the parts of the disinfection part, the electret part and the grounding part are isolated, and ultraviolet lamp beads in the disinfection part are fixed on the inner side of the insulating organic glass plate on the uppermost layer of the device.
The invention relates to a sterilizing and re-electret device for a mask, wherein a sterilizing part at the upper part and a corresponding position of a high-voltage electrostatic generator are arranged in the middle part, and a protective frame is made of an insulating organic glass plate to frame the high-voltage electrostatic generator and is used for preventing the high-voltage electrostatic generator from being interfered by an electrostatic field.

A mask pressing plate made of an internally hollowed organic glass plate is arranged between the copper plate and the copper wire, the mask pressing plate is fixed to the electret portion, the inside hollowed size is slightly smaller than the size of the mask, the edge of the mask can be pressed, and the portion which is not pressed is subjected to electret and disinfection treatment. For example, for a common surgical mask, the inner hollow size can be 150 mm and 160mm in length, 70-80mm in width, and the hollow part is centered; the organic glass block is hollowed out 1m-2mm from the copper plate. The centers of the ultraviolet lamp bead, the upper polar plate, the insulating organic glass block and the grounding copper plate are collinear, and the central connecting line is vertical to the plane of the copper wire.
The invention relates to a disinfecting re-electret device for a mask, wherein the voltage generated by a high-voltage electrostatic generator ranges from 6 kV to 30kV, the high-voltage electrostatic generator can be arranged externally, and the output part of the high-voltage electrostatic generator is connected with a copper wire at the mounting part of the mask, so that the re-electret operation can be realized, and the carrying weight can be reduced.

The invention relates to a disinfecting and electret device for a mask, which mainly comprises a disinfecting part 1, an electret part 2, a grounding part 3, hinges 2-6 and an opening and closing buckle 4 from top to bottom, wherein the disinfecting part 1, the electret part 2 and the grounding part 3 are connected through the hinges 2-6, in order to prevent the disinfecting part 1, the electret part 2 and the grounding part 3 from scattering in the carrying process, the opening and closing buckle 4 is arranged on the other side opposite to the hinges 2-6 to lock and open and close, and the hinges 2-6 and the opening and closing buckle 4 have the functions similar to the hinges and buckles of a daily leather suitcase, as shown in figure 1. The disinfection part 1 mainly comprises an ultraviolet lamp bead 1-1, a junction box 1-2 and a touch switch 1-3; the electret part 2 mainly comprises a copper wire support plate 2-1, a mask pressing plate 2-2, a mobile power supply 2-5, a high-voltage electrostatic generator 2-3, a ship-shaped switch 2-4, a hinge 2-6 and a copper wire 2-7; the grounding part 3 mainly comprises a mask 3-1 with treatment and a grounding copper plate 3-2. The electric appliances of each part are connected through a lead, the shell of the device is a cover plate made of organic glass, the mobile power supply 2-5, the high-voltage electrostatic generator 2-3 and the touch switch 1-3 in the device are isolated by an insulating organic glass partition plate, and the ultraviolet lamp beads 1-1 in the disinfection part 1 are fixed on the inner side of an insulating plate at the uppermost layer of the device.
The invention relates to a sterilizing electret device for a mask, which is characterized in that a mask 3-1 to be sterilized is directly placed on a grounding copper plate 3-2 shown in figure 4, the device is integrally closed, and a mask pressing plate 2-2 and the grounding copper plate 3-2 can flatten the mask 3-1. When the touch switch 1-3 of the disinfection part is in contact with the other part of the switch in the electret part, the ultraviolet lamp beads 1-1 are electrified, the mask 3-1 can be disinfected, whether the ultraviolet lamp beads 1-1 in the device work normally can be observed through the viewing window, and virus and bacteria attached to the mask can be killed in about 1 minute under the action of ultraviolet rays. After the device is closed, the ship-shaped switch 2-4 is opened, the high-voltage electrostatic generator 2-3 generates high-voltage static electricity, an electrostatic field is formed between the copper wire 2-7 and the grounding copper plate 3-2 to charge the mask in an electret way, and the electret charging can be finished within about 1 minute.
