Description

25-hydroxy vitamin D3Application in improving piglet quality
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of feed additives, in particular to 25-hydroxy vitamin D3Application in improving piglet quality.
Background
Under modern intensive culture conditions, the growth speed of piglets is high, the development and mineralization of bones are closely related to the storage of calcium and phosphorus, and are directly influenced by the daily ration level of the piglets, for example, the formation of the bones is hindered by insufficient content of calcium and phosphorus or improper proportion of the calcium and the phosphorus in the feed, so that the bone quality is reduced. And the pigs are in the environment with poor illumination condition for a long time to influence self vitamin D3Production of, vitamin D3The deficiency can cause the absorption and metabolism disorder of calcium and phosphorus, influence the normal growth and development of bones, and cause rickets in severe cases, thereby reducing the growth speed of pigs and improving the feeding cost. Piglets can become oxidatively stressed after weaning. Study ofThe calcium deficiency can cause the content of antioxidant enzymes such as superoxide dismutase to be obviously reduced, the phosphorus deficiency can reduce the level of reduced glutathione and inhibit the activity of antioxidant enzyme and the expression of related gene mRNA level, so that the oxidative stress reaction of weaned piglets is aggravated by the deficiency of calcium and phosphorus of the daily ration. In addition, the higher calcium phosphorus ration will lower the expression level of proinflammatory factors of pig small intestinal mucosa, such as interleukin-1 beta mRNA, compared with the low calcium phosphorus ration, suggesting that the calcium phosphorus level of the ration is related to the immune function of the organism. Vitamin D3Can regulate the absorption of calcium and phosphorus by small intestine, maintain the optimal serum calcium and phosphorus steady state required by bone mineralization and bone remodeling, and is also related to animal reproductive performance, intestinal mucosa cell differentiation, organism immunity and oxidation resistance, and in vivo virus infection inhibition. In addition, vitamin D3The utilization rate of phytate phosphorus is considered to be improved by increasing the activity of phytase in animal intestinal tracts, and the proposal is that the use amount of exogenous inorganic phosphorus in daily ration can be properly reduced, so that the production cost of the feed is reduced, and the negative environmental influence caused by excessive phosphorus discharge is relieved. Lean-type piglets recommended in pig nutritional requirements (2021) and having 8-25 kg of vitamin D in weight stage3The required amount of 220IU/kg is the minimum nutritional standard for ensuring that deficiency does not occur, and the standard cannot meet the optimal growth, bone strength and special physiological functions of animals such as immunity and the like. In addition, vitamin D is commonly used in production3The biological utilization rate is low, and the requirement of the piglet on quick growth is difficult to meet. Therefore, it is important to find vitamin D additives with higher bioavailability. 25-hydroxy vitamin D3Due to addition of a hydrophilic hydroxyl group, with vitamin D3Has less dependence on fat than vitamin D3More preferably, 1 alpha, 25-dihydroxyvitamin D is used3And is safer. The daily diet is supplemented with 25-hydroxyvitamin D directly, in view of the fact that the liver function of young animals has not yet reached the adult metabolic function level3Hydroxylation reaction bypassing liver to vitamin D3Can be directly utilized by animals in a ready-to-use active form, is more efficiently utilized biologically, and therefore 25-hydroxyvitamin D3May be considered a preferred source of vitamin D for young animals. At present, 25-hydroxyvitamin D is used at home and abroad3The application research is relatively less under the condition that the daily ration calcium and phosphorus content of the weaned pigs is reduced. Therefore, the addition of 25-hydroxy vitamin D to low-calcium and low-phosphorus daily ration is explored3The application mode of the novel feed additive which is a main effective component and can effectively improve the growth performance, the serum immunity level, the oxidation resistance and the bone quality of the pigs has wide market prospect.
