Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems in the prior art, namely, in order to solve the problems that the thread and chip filtering and collecting modes of the existing clothes drying equipment are poor and the use experience of users is affected, the invention provides the clothes drying equipment, which comprises a box assembly, a clothes drying cylinder and a filtering device, wherein the box assembly comprises a front panel and a front supporting mechanism, the front supporting mechanism is arranged on the front panel, a clothes throwing port communicated with the inside of the clothes drying cylinder is arranged on the front panel, the filtering device comprises an annular filtering member, a thread and chip cleaning member and a thread and chip collecting member, the annular filtering member is arranged between the front supporting mechanism and the clothes drying cylinder, the thread and chip cleaning member and the thread and chip collecting member are both arranged on the front supporting mechanism, the annular filtering member can rotate along with the clothes drying cylinder, and in the rotating process of the annular filtering member, the thread and chip cleaning member can collect the thread and chip cleaned on the annular filtering member.
In the preferable technical scheme of the clothes drying equipment, the annular filtering component comprises an annular filtering support and an annular filtering net arranged on the annular filtering support, the annular filtering support is fixedly connected with the clothes drying cylinder, and the annular filtering support can rotate relative to the front supporting mechanism under the driving of the clothes drying cylinder.
In the preferable technical scheme of the clothes drying equipment, the annular filter screen comprises a plurality of arc filter screens, and the arc filter network cards are arranged on the annular filter support.
In the preferred technical solution of the clothes drying apparatus, the front supporting mechanism includes a first supporting member and a second supporting member connected to each other, at least one of the first supporting member and the second supporting member is disposed on the front panel, the lint cleaning member and the lint collecting member are both disposed on the second supporting member, the first supporting member and the second supporting member together form an annular cavity communicating the air duct of the clothes drying apparatus with the inside of the clothes drying drum, the annular filtering member is connected with the clothes drying drum, and at least a portion of the annular filtering member is disposed in the annular cavity.
In the preferable technical scheme of the clothes drying equipment, the second supporting member comprises an annular supporting frame connected with the first supporting member and a mounting frame arranged on the annular supporting frame, and the thread scraps cleaning member and the thread scraps collecting member are both arranged on the mounting frame.
In the preferable technical scheme of the clothes drying equipment, the thread scraps cleaning component comprises a connecting rod and a scraper which are connected, wherein the connecting rod is clamped on the mounting frame, and the scraper is arranged close to or attached to the annular filtering component.
In the preferred technical scheme of the clothes drying equipment, the thread scraps collecting member comprises a thread scraps collecting box, the thread scraps collecting box is detachably connected with the mounting frame, at least one part of the thread scraps collecting box is arranged in the annular cavity, and the thread scraps collecting opening of the thread scraps collecting box is positioned below the thread scraps cleaning member.
In a preferred embodiment of the clothes drying apparatus, a holding structure is formed on a rear outer wall of the lint collecting box.
In the preferable technical scheme of the clothes drying equipment, the lint collecting opening is gradually opened along the direction of approaching the lint cleaning member.
In a preferred embodiment of the clothes drying apparatus, the lint collecting member is located at a left or right portion of the front support mechanism.
It can be appreciated by those skilled in the art that in the preferred technical scheme of the present invention, the filtering device is arranged on the front-opening type clothes drying equipment, and the filtering device comprises an annular filtering member, a thread residue cleaning member and a thread residue collecting member, the annular filtering member is arranged between the front supporting mechanism and the clothes drying cylinder, the thread residue cleaning member and the thread residue collecting member are both arranged on the front supporting mechanism, the annular filtering member is arranged to be capable of rotating along with the clothes drying cylinder, the thread residue cleaning member can clean thread residue on the annular filtering member and the thread residue collecting member can collect the cleaned thread residue, by the arrangement, the area of the annular filtering member can fully filter the thread residue in the clothes drying cylinder, the area of the annular filtering member is large enough to improve the filtering effect, the thread residue attached to the annular filtering member is cleaned into the thread residue collecting member under the action of the thread residue cleaning member, the thread residue collecting operation is not required, the user does not need to frequently carry out the annular filtering member to rotate along with the clothes drying cylinder, the use experience of the thread residue cleaning member is greatly improved, and the thread residue cleaning member and the thread residue collecting member and the thread residue cleaning member is arranged on the front supporting mechanism, and other space is not normally occupied by the user.

First, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that these embodiments are merely for explaining the technical principles of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. For example, although the present invention is described in conjunction with a tumble dryer, it is apparent that the technical solution of the present invention is also applicable to other clothes drying apparatuses, such as a cabinet dryer, a drawer dryer, etc., and such adjustments and changes of application objects should not be construed as limitations of the present invention, and should be limited to the scope of the present invention.

The invention provides a drum-type clothes dryer based on the problems that the conventional drum-type clothes dryer is poor in lint filtering and collecting modes and affects the use experience of users, and aims to improve the lint filtering effect of the drum-type clothes dryer, and users do not need to clean frequently, so that the use experience of the users is greatly improved.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the drum-type clothes dryer of the present invention comprises a cabinet assembly, a clothes drying drum 4 and a filtering device, wherein the cabinet assembly comprises a cabinet and a front supporting mechanism 2, the cabinet comprises a front panel 1, the front supporting mechanism 2 is arranged on the front panel 1, a clothes putting port communicated with the inside of the clothes drying drum 4 is arranged on the front panel 1, the filtering device comprises an annular filtering member 3, a thread residue cleaning member and a thread residue collecting member, the annular filtering member 3 is arranged between the front supporting mechanism 2 and the clothes drying drum 4, the thread residue cleaning member and the thread residue collecting member are both arranged on the front supporting mechanism 2, the annular filtering member 3 is arranged to be capable of rotating together with the clothes drying drum 4, and in the process of rotating the annular filtering member 3, the thread residue cleaning member can clean thread residues on the annular filtering member 3 and the thread residue collecting member can collect the cleaned thread residues. When the drum type clothes dryer adopts a single drum structure, the clothes drying drum 4 is the single drum, the clothes drying drum 4 can be directly connected with the annular filtering component 3, when the drum type clothes dryer adopts a double drum structure, the clothes drying drum 4 is an inner drum in the double drum, the inner drum is arranged in the outer drum, the inner drum is connected with the driving motor and rotates relative to the outer drum under the driving action of the driving motor, the inner drum can be directly connected with the annular filtering component 3, and the inner drum drives the annular filtering component 3 to rotate when rotating. In the present invention, the annular filter member 3 may be a structure of an annular filter screen, or a structure of an annular filter support combined with the annular filter screen, and those skilled in the art may flexibly set the specific structure of the annular filter member 3 in practical application, and such adjustment and change of the specific structure of the annular filter member 3 should not limit the scope of the present invention. The wire scrap cleaning component can adopt the structure of a scraper and also can adopt the structure of a brush, and a person skilled in the art can flexibly set the specific structure of the wire scrap cleaning component in practical application, and the adjustment and the change of the specific structure of the wire scrap cleaning component do not limit the invention and are all limited in the protection scope of the invention. The thread scraps collecting component can adopt the structure of the thread scraps collecting box and the structure of the thread scraps collecting groove, and the specific structure of the thread scraps collecting component can be flexibly arranged in practical application by a person skilled in the art, and the adjustment and the change of the specific structure of the thread scraps collecting component do not limit the invention and are all limited in the protection scope of the invention.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 6 to 10, the annular filtering member 3 comprises an annular filtering bracket 31 and an annular filtering net 32 arranged on the annular filtering bracket 31, the annular filtering bracket 31 is fixedly connected with the clothes drying cylinder 4, and the annular filtering bracket 31 can rotate relative to the front supporting mechanism 2 under the driving of the clothes drying cylinder 4. The annular filter support 31 may be connected to the laundry dryer cylinder 4 by screwing, clamping and/or bonding, and a person skilled in the art may flexibly set a connection manner between the annular filter support 31 and the laundry dryer cylinder 4 in practical application. The annular filtering support 31 can be slidably connected with the front supporting mechanism 2, so that the annular filtering support 31 can rotate relative to the front supporting mechanism 2 under the driving of the clothes drying cylinder 4, and of course, the annular filtering support 31 can also adopt a non-contact mode with the front supporting mechanism 2, so that the annular filtering support 31 can rotate relative to the front supporting mechanism 2 under the driving of the clothes drying cylinder 4. The annular filter 32 may be integrally provided with the annular filter holder 31 or detachably connected thereto, and of course, the annular filter 32 is preferably detachably connected to the annular filter holder 31 so that the annular filter 32 can be easily detached from the annular filter holder 31 by a user. In a more preferred case, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the circular filter screen 32 includes a plurality of arc-shaped filter screens 321, and the arc-shaped filter screens 321 are caught on the circular filter support 31. The plurality of arc-shaped filter screens 321 together form the annular filter screen 32, the number of the arc-shaped filter screens 321 can be 2,3,4 or more, in addition, the arc lengths of all the arc-shaped filter screens 321 can be set to be all equal, or all unequal, or one part of the arc-shaped filter screens is equal, and the other part of the arc-shaped filter screens is unequal, so that the number and the size of the arc-shaped filter screens 321 can be flexibly set by a person skilled in the art in practical application, and the adjustment and the change of the number and the size of the arc-shaped filter screens 321 do not limit the invention and are not limited in the scope of the invention. The arc filter screen 321 and the annular filter support 31 can be connected through a buckle or through a claw, or through a clamping rib, in the structure as shown in the figure, an annular groove is formed on the annular filter support 31, a plurality of clamping ribs are arranged on the edge of the annular groove, and the arc filter screen 321 is clamped in the annular groove by the clamping ribs. Those skilled in the art can flexibly set the clamping manner between the arc-shaped filter screen 321 and the annular filter support 31 in practical application, and such adjustment and change of the clamping manner between the arc-shaped filter screen 321 and the annular filter support 31 should not limit the present invention, and should not be limited in the scope of protection of the present invention.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 4 to 7 and 10, the front support mechanism 2 includes a first support member 21 and a second support member 22 connected, at least one of the first support member 21 and the second support member 22 is provided on the front panel 1, both the lint cleaning member and the lint collecting member are provided on the second support member 22, the first support member 21 and the second support member 22 together form an annular chamber 23 for communicating the air duct of the clothes drying apparatus with the inside of the clothes drying drum 4, the annular filtering member 3 is connected with the clothes drying drum 4, and at least a portion of the annular filtering member 3 is provided in the annular chamber 23. The first supporting member 21 may be separately disposed on the front panel 1, the second supporting member 22 may be separately disposed on the front panel 1, or the first supporting member 21 and the second supporting member 22 may be simultaneously disposed on the front panel 1, and the first supporting member 21 and the second supporting member 22 may be connected by screwing, clamping and/or bonding, which may be flexibly disposed between the first supporting member 21 and the second supporting member 22 in practical application by a person skilled in the art. The first support member 21 and the second support member 22 may be structures such as a support plate, a support frame or a support rib, and those skilled in the art may flexibly set specific structures of the first support member 21 and the second support member 22 in practical applications, and such adjustments and changes on specific structures of the first support member 21 and the second support member 22 should not limit the present invention to the protection scope of the present invention. The technical solution of the present invention will be further explained below by taking the example that the first supporting member 21 is separately provided on the front panel 1.
In the above, the annular filtering member 3 may be disposed in the annular chamber 23 entirely or partially in the annular chamber 23, and when the drum-type clothes dryer dries clothes, the fan in the air duct operates to guide the air in the clothes drying drum 4 to the air duct, and the air flows through the annular chamber 23, and at this time, the thread scraps in the air are filtered by the annular filtering member 3, so as to achieve the purpose of removing the thread scraps in the air. The lint cleaning member and the lint collecting member may be integrally provided with the second support member 22, or detachably connected with the second support member 22, and of course, the lint cleaning member and the lint collecting member are preferably detachably connected with the second support member 22, so that the lint cleaning member is conveniently inspected, replaced and maintained, and the lint collecting member is conveniently cleaned, replaced and maintained. The skilled person can flexibly arrange the lint cleaning member and the specific connection of the lint collecting member to the second support member 22 in practical applications.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 8 to 10, the second support member 22 includes an annular support frame 221 connected to the first support member 21 and a mounting frame 222 provided on the annular support frame 221, and both the lint cleaning member and the lint collecting member are provided on the mounting frame 222. The annular supporting frame 221 may be connected to the first supporting member 21 by screwing, clamping and/or bonding, etc., and the mounting frame 222 may be connected to the annular supporting frame 221 by screwing, clamping and/or bonding, etc. Those skilled in the art can flexibly set the specific connection manner of the annular supporting frame 221 and the first supporting member 21 and the specific connection manner of the mounting frame 222 and the annular supporting frame 221 in practical applications. The mounting frame 222 may be configured as a box-like structure or a groove-like structure, and those skilled in the art can flexibly configure the specific structure and shape of the mounting frame 222 in practical applications. In addition, the lint cleaning member and the lint collecting member may be integrally provided with the mounting frame 222, or detachably connected with the mounting frame 222, and of course, the lint cleaning member and the lint collecting member are preferably detachably connected with the mounting frame 222, so that the lint cleaning member is conveniently inspected, replaced and maintained, and the lint collecting member is conveniently cleaned, replaced and maintained. Those skilled in the art can flexibly arrange the lint cleaning member and the specific connection manner of the lint collecting member to the mounting frame 222 in practical applications.
In one possible case, as shown in fig. 10, the mounting frame 222 includes a side plate 2221, a front plate 2222, and a bottom plate 2223, the side edges of the side plate 2221 being connected to the side edges of the front plate 2222, the bottom edges of the side plate 2221 and the front plate 2222 being connected to the two side edges of the front plate 2222, respectively, the side plate 2221, the front plate 2222, and the bottom plate 2223 forming a three-sided closed covering space for accommodating and sandwiching the wire scrap cleaning member. The front plate 2222 is provided with a strip-shaped recess, the annular supporting frame 221 is provided with a strip-shaped protrusion matched with the strip-shaped recess, and the strip-shaped protrusion is matched with the strip-shaped recess to position the front plate 2222 and further position the mounting frame 222 under the condition that assembly is completed.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 8 to 10, the lint cleaning member includes a connecting rod 51 and a scraper 52 connected, the connecting rod 51 being caught on the mounting frame 222, the scraper 52 being disposed close to or abutting the annular filtering member 3. The connecting rod 51 and the scraper 52 can be integrally arranged, or can be detachably connected (such as clamping, screwing and/or bonding, etc.), the connecting rod 51 can be connected with the mounting frame 222 through a buckle, can be connected with the mounting frame 222 through a hook, can be connected with the mounting frame 222 through a claw, and can be flexibly arranged in practical application by a person skilled in the art. In a possible case, taking the structure of the aforementioned mounting frame 222 including the side plate 2221, the front plate 2222 and the bottom plate 2223 as an example, the side plate 2221 is extended with two mounting bars 53 screwed with the annular supporting frame 221, the mounting bars 53 are formed with bayonets 54, and two ends of the connecting rod 51 are respectively clamped on the bayonets 54 of the two mounting bars 53. The scraper 52 can be attached to the annular filter member 3, and can be disposed close to the annular filter member 3 (i.e., disposed in a gap with the annular filter member 3), and it should be noted that, when the scraper 52 is disposed in a gap with the annular filter member 3, it is necessary to ensure that a gap between the scraper 52 and the annular filter member 3 enables the scraper 52 to scrape off the thread scraps on the annular filter member 3, and when the annular filter member 3 includes the annular filter support 31 and the annular filter screen 32 disposed on the annular filter support 31, the scraper 52 is disposed close to or attached to the annular filter screen 32.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 2, the lint collecting member includes a lint collecting box 6, the lint collecting box 6 is detachably connected to the mounting frame 222, at least a portion of the lint collecting box 6 is disposed in the annular cavity 23, and a lint collecting opening of the lint collecting box 6 is located below the lint cleaning member. The wire scrap collecting box 6 and the mounting frame 222 can be connected by adopting a screw connection, a clamping connection and/or an adhesive connection, etc., and a person skilled in the art can flexibly set the specific connection mode of the wire scrap collecting box 6 and the mounting frame 222 in practical application. The line bits collection box 6 can all set up in annular chamber 23, also can partly set up in annular chamber 23, in practical application, the line bits collection box 6 is preferably all set up in annular chamber 23, through such setting for line bits collection box 6 can hide in preceding supporting mechanism 2, and the user can't observe this line bits collection box 6 from the outside of clothing input mouth, improves the holistic aesthetic property of drum-type dryer, in addition, also avoids the user to scratch line bits collection box 6 when putting in the clothing, avoids damaging the clothing. The lint collecting opening of the lint collecting box 6 is located below the lint cleaning member, and by such arrangement, lint on the annular filtering member 3 can be scraped off by the lint cleaning member and then directly fall into the lint collecting box 6, for example, taking the structure that the lint cleaning member includes the connecting rod 51 and the scraper 52 and the annular filtering member 3 includes the annular filtering bracket 31 and the annular filtering net 32 as an example, in the process that the clothes drying cylinder 4 drives the annular filtering bracket 31 to rotate, the annular filtering net 32 also rotates, the scraper 52 scrapes off lint on the annular filtering net 32, and the lint enters into the lint collecting box 6 through the lint collecting opening under the action of self gravity.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, a grip structure 61 is formed on the rear outer wall of the lint collecting box 6. The purpose of the holding structure 61 is that the user can detach the lint collecting box 6 more smoothly by operating the holding structure 61, the holding structure 61 may be a recess formed on the rear outer wall of the lint collecting box 6, and of course, the holding structure 61 may also be a handle formed on the rear outer wall of the lint collecting box 6, and those skilled in the art can flexibly set the specific structure of the holding structure 61 in practical application. In addition, the advantage of providing the holding structure 61 on the rear outer wall of the lint collecting box 6 is that the user cannot observe the holding structure 61 from the outside of the laundry putting opening, and in practical applications, the user can extend his hand to the rear side of the lint collecting box 6 and then operate the holding structure 61 to detach the lint collecting box 6 from the mounting frame 222, thereby facilitating the user's operation on the basis of improving the aesthetic appearance.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 8 to 10, the lint collecting opening is gradually opened in a direction approaching the lint cleaning member. Through such setting, make the line bits that are cleared up by the line bits clearance component get into more easily in the line bits collection box 6, when the line bits clearance component adopted the integrated configuration of aforementioned connecting rod 51 and scraper 52, the line bits were collected the mouth and are opened the setting gradually along the direction that is close to scraper 52, and the line bits are collected the mouth and are collected the direction and shrink the setting gradually along the removal of line bits. Further, in the present invention, the air duct may be located at the bottom of the front support mechanism 2, for example, in a combined structure of the front support mechanism 2 using the aforementioned first support member 21 and second support member 22, the air duct may communicate with the bottom of the annular chamber 23, while a through hole structure for communicating the annular chamber 23 with the inside of the laundry dryer cylinder 4 is provided on the second support member 22. Of course, the air duct may be located at other positions of the front support mechanism 2, for example, at the left or right part of the front support mechanism 2, and those skilled in the art may flexibly set specific setting positions of the air duct in practical applications, and adjustment and change of such specific setting positions of the air duct should not limit the scope of the present invention.
