Background
The clothes drying device is a machine capable of drying clothes, and common clothes drying devices comprise a clothes dryer, a washing and drying integrated machine and the like.
In the prior art, taking a clothes dryer as an example, the clothes dryer comprises a box body, a clothes drying cylinder and a drying device, wherein the clothes drying cylinder and the drying device are arranged in the box body, when the clothes dryer operates, in order to sufficiently dry clothes in the clothes drying cylinder, the clothes drying cylinder rotates under the drive of a driving component, and the drying device conveys hot air into the clothes drying cylinder so as to dry the clothes in the clothes drying cylinder.
In the process of drying laundry, lint on the laundry flows along with hot air, and if the hot air with lint is directly discharged, the environment is polluted, so that a filtering device is generally arranged in the clothes dryer to filter the hot air, so that the lint is prevented from being discharged along with the hot air. Over time, more and more lint is accumulated on the filtering device, and regular cleaning is required, but because a user cannot accurately judge when the filtering member needs to be cleaned, the filtering member cannot be cleaned in time, so that smooth circulation of hot air is affected, and further drying effect of the clothes dryer is affected.
Accordingly, there is a need in the art for a new clothes drying apparatus that solves the above-mentioned problems.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above problems in the prior art, that is, in order to solve the problem that the filtering component of the existing clothes drying equipment cannot be cleaned in time, so as to influence the drying effect of the clothes drying equipment, the invention provides clothes drying equipment, which comprises a box assembly, a clothes drying cylinder, a thread scrap cleaning component, a thread scrap collecting component and an annular filtering component, wherein the annular filtering component is connected with the clothes drying cylinder and can rotate under the driving of the clothes drying cylinder, the thread scrap cleaning component and the thread scrap collecting component are both arranged on the box assembly, a thread scrap collecting port is formed on one side of the thread scrap collecting component, which faces to the thread scrap cleaning component, and the thread scrap collecting port is gradually opened along the direction close to the thread scrap cleaning component, and in the rotating process of the annular filtering component, the thread scrap cleaning component can clean thread scraps on the annular filtering component and the thread scrap collecting component can collect the cleaned thread scraps through the thread scrap collecting port.
In a preferred embodiment of the clothes drying apparatus, the lint collecting member is detachably connected to the case assembly.
In the preferable technical scheme of the clothes drying equipment, the thread scrap cleaning member is detachably connected with the box assembly.
In the preferable technical scheme of the clothes drying equipment, the thread and chip cleaning member comprises a connecting shaft and a scraper which are connected, wherein the connecting shaft is clamped on the box body assembly, and the scraper is arranged close to or attached to the annular filtering member.
In the preferable technical scheme of the clothes drying equipment, the box assembly comprises a box body and a supporting member arranged on the box body, and the thread scraps cleaning member and the thread scraps collecting member are arranged on the supporting member.
In the preferable technical scheme of the clothes drying equipment, the annular filtering member comprises an annular filtering support and an annular filtering net, the annular filtering support is connected with the clothes drying cylinder, and the annular filtering net is detachably connected with the annular filtering support.
In the preferable technical scheme of the clothes drying device, the annular filter support is provided with an annular containing groove, the annular filter support is provided with a plurality of clamping pieces, and the annular filter screen is clamped in the annular containing groove through the clamping pieces.
In the preferable technical scheme of the clothes drying device, the inner side surface of the annular filter screen is flush with the inner side surface of the annular filter support.
In the preferred technical scheme of the clothes drying device, the annular filter screen comprises a plurality of arc filter screens, the arc filter screens are detachably connected with the annular filter support, and the arc filter screens are sequentially arranged along the circumference of the annular filter support.
In the preferable technical scheme of the clothes drying equipment, the clothes drying equipment is a front opening type roller clothes dryer.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, by connecting the annular filter member to the drum, the annular filter member can rotate with the drum as the drum rotates, and the lint on the annular filter member can be cleaned by the lint cleaning member while the cleaned lint can be collected by the lint collecting member as the annular filter member rotates. That is, when the clothes drying apparatus is operated, since the annular filter member can rotate along with the clothes drying drum, the annular filter member can be cleaned in real time through the thread scraps cleaning member, so as to ensure the cleaning of the annular filter member, thereby avoiding influencing the smooth circulation of hot air, and avoiding influencing the drying effect of the clothes drying apparatus. In addition, the setting is opened gradually along the direction that is close to the setting of line bits clearance component to the mouth is collected to the line bits, through this setting, is favorable to collecting the line bits.
Further, the annular filter screen comprises a plurality of arc filter screens, the arc filter screens are detachably connected with the annular filter support, and the arc filter screens are sequentially arranged along the circumference of the annular filter support. Detailed Description
First, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the embodiments described below are merely for explaining the technical principles of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. For example, although the following embodiments are explained in connection with a front opening type tumble dryer, this is not limitative, and the technical solution of the present invention is equally applicable to other laundry treatment apparatuses, such as washing and drying integrated machines, etc., without departing from the principle and scope of the present invention.
It should be noted that, in the description of the present invention, terms such as "front", "rear", "left", "right", "top", "bottom", "inner", "outer", and the like, which indicate directions or positional relationships, are based on the directions or positional relationships shown in the drawings, are merely for convenience of description, and do not indicate or imply that the apparatus or elements must have a specific orientation, be constructed and operated in a specific orientation, and thus should not be construed as limiting the present invention. The filtering component of the existing clothes dryer based on the background technology cannot be cleaned in time, so that the drying effect of the clothes dryer is affected. The invention provides a clothes dryer, which aims to timely clean a filtering component in the clothes dryer so as to avoid influencing the drying effect of the clothes dryer.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the clothes dryer of the present invention comprises a cabinet assembly, a drying device (not shown in the drawings) and a drying drum 1, the cabinet assembly comprises a cabinet, the drying device and the drying drum 1 are both installed in the cabinet, a clothes putting opening (not shown in the drawings) is formed on a front panel 2 of the cabinet, a user can put clothes to be dried into the drying drum 1 through the clothes putting opening, after the clothes dryer is started, the drying drum 1 rotates, meanwhile, the drying device transmits hot air into the drying drum 1 to dry the clothes in the drying drum 1, and after the clothes dryer stops running, the user can take out the dried clothes from the drying drum 1 through the clothes putting opening. The front panel 2 is provided with a door assembly, the door assembly comprises a door body 3, a door lock 4 and a door hinge (not shown in the figure), the door body 3 is pivotally connected with the front panel 2 through the door hinge, the door body 3 can be locked onto the front panel 2 through the door lock 4, the door lock 4 and the door hinge are respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the clothes throwing opening, and the clothes throwing opening can be closed or opened through the door body 3. The box assembly further comprises a front support member 5, the front support member 5 is fixedly connected with the front panel 2 of the box, and the front support member 5 is located between the front panel 2 and the laundry dryer cylinder 1.
As shown in fig. 2 to 5, the clothes dryer of the present invention further includes a lint cleaning member 6, a lint collecting member 7, and an annular filtering member 8, the annular filtering member 8 is fixedly connected with the drying drum 1, when the clothes are dried, the annular filtering member 8 is driven by the drying drum 1, hot air is filtered as it passes through the annular filtering member 8 as the drying drum 1 rotates, and when the annular filtering member 8 rotates as the drying drum 1, the lint cleaning member 6 can clean and collect lint on the annular filtering member 8 through the lint collecting member 7, the lint cleaning member 6 and the lint collecting member 7 are all disposed on the front supporting member 5, preferably the lint cleaning member 6 is disposed above the lint collecting member 7, and, in order to facilitate the collection of lint, the lint collecting member 7 is preferably disposed at the left or right portion of the front supporting member 5, the space at the left and right sides is larger than that at the top, and a larger volume of the lint collecting member 7 can be installed, thereby enabling more lint to be collected.
Furthermore, it should be noted that, since the door lock 4 occupies a larger space than the door hinge, the disposition position of the lint collecting member 7 on the front support member 5 corresponds to the disposition position of the door hinge on the front panel 2 for the convenience of space arrangement. That is, if the door lock 4 is located at the left side of the laundry putting opening, the door hinge is located at the right side of the laundry putting opening, the lint collecting member 7 is located at the right portion of the front supporting member 5, and if the door lock 4 is located at the right side of the laundry putting opening, the door hinge is located at the left side of the laundry putting opening, the lint collecting member 7 is located at the left portion of the front supporting member 5.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 3 to 9, the front support member 5 includes an annular support frame 51 and a mounting box 52, and since the door lock 4 is located at the left side of the laundry putting-in opening and the door hinge is located at the right side of the laundry putting-in opening, the mounting box 52 is located at the right part of the annular support frame 51, and a mounting opening 511 for fixing the mounting box 52 is provided at the right part of the annular support frame 51, and of course, if the door lock 4 is located at the right side of the laundry putting-in opening and the door hinge is located at the left side of the laundry putting-in opening, the mounting box 52 is provided at the left part of the annular support frame 51. The wire scrap cleaning member 6 and the wire scrap collecting member 7 are both arranged on the mounting box 52, the annular supporting frame 51 is fixedly connected with the front panel 2, the annular supporting frame 51 comprises an inner annular frame 51A and an outer annular frame 51B, a plurality of first connecting posts 51B1 and a plurality of second connecting posts 51B2 are arranged on the outer annular frame 51B, a plurality of first connecting lugs 21 and a plurality of second connecting lugs 51A1 are arranged on corresponding positions of the front panel 2 and the inner annular frame 51A, when the wire scrap cleaning member is assembled, the corresponding second connecting posts 51B2 and second connecting lugs 51A1 can be fixedly connected through fasteners firstly so as to fixedly connect the inner annular frame 51A and the outer annular frame 51B, and the corresponding first connecting posts 51B1 and the corresponding first connecting lugs 21 are fixedly connected through the fasteners so as to fix the annular supporting frame 51 to the front panel 2. In the assembled state, an annular groove 53 is formed between the inner annular frame 51A and the outer annular frame 51B, the opening of the annular groove 53 faces the laundry dryer cylinder 1, the annular filter member 8 is inserted into the annular groove 53, that is, the annular filter member 8 is positioned between the inner annular frame 51A and the outer annular frame 51B, the inner annular frame 51A is provided with a first ventilation opening 51A2, the outer annular frame is provided with a second ventilation opening (not shown in the figure), the second ventilation opening is communicated with the air duct 9 of the laundry dryer, the annular filter member 8 is positioned between the first ventilation opening 51A2 and the second ventilation opening 9, and the hot air flowing out from the inside of the laundry dryer cylinder 1 is discharged through the first ventilation opening 51A2, the annular filter member 8, the second ventilation opening and the air duct 9 in sequence. It should be noted that, the inner ring frame 51A and the outer ring frame 51B may be connected by other connection structures, or the inner ring frame 51A and the outer ring frame 51B may be directly integrated, which are flexibly adjusted and changed without departing from the principle and scope of the present invention, and should be limited in the protection scope of the present invention.
Preferably, the lint cleaning member 6 is detachably connected to the mounting box 52 for facilitating maintenance or replacement of the lint cleaning member 6. Similarly, in order to facilitate maintenance or replacement of the lint collecting member 7, the lint collecting member 7 and the mounting box 52 may be detachably connected, and by this arrangement, the lint in the lint collecting member 7 is also easily cleaned.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 9 to 13, the mounting box 52 includes a side plate 52A, a front plate 52B and a bottom plate 52C, the side plate 52A, the front plate 52B and the bottom plate 52C together form a three-sided closed cladding structure, and the wire scrap collecting member 7 is clamped in the cladding structure, and at least one of the side plate 52A, the front plate 52B and the bottom plate 52C can be fixedly connected with the annular supporting frame 51 during mounting. The lint collecting member 7 is a lint collecting box 7, and of course, the lint collecting member 7 may be provided in other structures, such as a lint collecting drum, a lint collecting box, etc., and such modifications and changes to the specific structure of the lint collecting member 7 should not depart from the principle and scope of the present invention. In order to facilitate the removal of the lint collecting box 7 from the mounting box 52, the rear side of the lint collecting box 7 is formed with a holding structure 71, wherein the holding structure 71 is a groove formed on the lint collecting box 7, and a user may grip the groove by hand to remove the lint collecting box 7 when removing the lint collecting box 7, and of course, the holding structure 71 may be provided in other structures, for example, a structure similar to a door handle, etc., and such adjustment and change of the specific structure of the holding structure 71 should be limited within the scope and spirit of the present invention. The lint collecting box 7 is provided with a lint collecting opening 72, and lint enters the lint collecting box 7 through the lint collecting opening 72, and the lint collecting opening 72 is gradually opened in a direction approaching the lint cleaning member 6 for better lint collection. The lint cleaning member 6 includes a connecting shaft 61 and a scraper 62, where the connecting shaft 61 and the scraper 62 may be fixedly connected or integrally provided, and the connecting shaft 61 is clamped on the mounting box 52, and in the assembled condition, as shown in fig. 3 and 5, the scraper 62 is disposed close to or attached to the annular filter member 8 so as to clean lint on the annular filter member 8, and of course, the lint cleaning member 6 may be provided in other structures, such as a scraping brush, etc., where such adjustments and changes of the specific structure of the lint cleaning member 6 do not depart from the principle and scope of the present invention, and shall be limited to the protection scope of the present invention.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 2 and 14, the annular filtering member 8 includes an annular filtering support 81 and an annular filtering net 82, the annular filtering support 81 is fixedly connected with the laundry dryer cylinder 1, and the annular filtering net 82 is detachably connected with the annular filtering support 81. The annular filter holder 81 is provided with an annular receiving groove 811, the annular filter holder 81 is provided with a plurality of engaging pieces 812, and the annular filter screen 82 is engaged in the annular receiving groove 811 by the plurality of engaging pieces 812. The inner side surface of the annular filter screen 82 is disposed flush with the inner side surface of the annular filter holder 81. The circular filter screen 82 includes a plurality of arc filter screens 821, and a plurality of arc filter screens 821 are all detachably connected with the circular filter support 81, and a plurality of arc filter screens 821 are arranged in order along the circumference of the circular filter support 81.
