Background
In recent years, people have increasingly liked to raise domestic pets with the improvement of living standard. The cat is lively and lovely because of its sexuality, likes cleanly, and can easily build a deep emotion with the owner, which can add the interest of life, and is an ideal family 'partner' for many people. The number of cats in china is increasing, especially the number of young people is increasing significantly. However, various problems are encountered in the process of raising cats, one of which is that cat feces has a particularly strong taste.
Cat feces have a strong taste and are greatly related to their dietary life, cats are carnivorous, animal proteins contain a large amount of sulfur-containing amino acids, and after being ingested by cats, a large amount of hydrogen sulfide is generated through fermentation of intestinal flora, and a strong odor is emitted. Moreover, they do not have enzymes in the body sufficient to digest starch fiber and fructose, so they cannot consume large amounts of plant-based, fructose-containing foods. And if the cat does not like to exercise, the intestinal peristalsis is slowed down, the fermentation of intestinal flora is further aggravated, and cat feces are smelly. Therefore, the choice of cat food has a great influence on the amount of intestinal gas excreted and the composition.
Cat food is available in the market in countless quantities, but most cat foods are puffed, but cat has few intestinal amylase and is not suitable for the intestinal digestion characteristics of cats. a probiotic cat food (CN 111248359 a) for enhancing the digestive system function of cats, comprising: compounding ingredients and probiotics; the probiotic combination comprises: bacillus amyloliquefaciens SC06, bacillus subtilis B10; the viable count of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens SC06 was 1.3 x 1010CFU/kg-2*1010CFU/kg, Bacillus subtilis B10 2 x 109CFU/kg-1*1010CFU/kg; aims to add the combination of bacillus amyloliquefaciens probiotics and bacillus subtilis to adjust the balance of cat intestinal flora and increase the barrier function of cat intestinal mucosa.
A feces deodorized cat food (CN 109303191A) is mainly prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-50 parts of corn flour, 20-25 parts of whole buckwheat flour, 2-5 parts of vital gluten, 10-20 parts of fishbone powder, 15-20 parts of fish meat, 4-10 parts of chicken meat, 1-5 parts of beet pulp, 5-10 parts of peanut oil, 5-10 parts of chicken oil, 1-5 parts of salt, 1-3 parts of chicory powder and 1-2 parts of montmorillonite powder. The patent aims to add high-fiber food which is helpful for reducing the odor of excrement into the raw materials, promote the enterokinesia, help the body accelerate the metabolism and improve the gastrointestinal tract function.
A probiotic cat food for enhancing the immunity of pet cats and a production method thereof are disclosed, wherein the raw materials are as follows by weight percentage: 15-18% of fresh chicken, 11-13% of anchovy, 10-12% of salmon, 7-10% of chicken powder, 6-9% of beef powder, 7% of potato, 6% of cassava, 5.5% of seaweed powder, 5% of brewing yeast powder, 4.5% of plantain seed, 4% of flaxseed, 3.5% of apple, 3% of wild chrysanthemum flower, 3% of duck oil, 2% of vitamin mineral mixture, 1% of deep sea fish oil, 1% of composite probiotics, 1.2% of fructooligosaccharide, 0.5% of inulin, 0.2% of saccharomyces cerevisiae cell wall, 0.2% of taurine, 0.05% of tea polyphenol, 0.05% of L-lysine, 0.04% of DL-methionine, 0.03% of DL-a-tocopherol, 0.02% of yucca extract, Fructooligosaccharide (FOS) and inulin are natural active prebiotics, and are used for regulating intestinal flora, improving intestinal microecology, reducing harmful bacteria in intestinal tract, promoting growth and propagation of beneficial, the addition of the yucca extract is more beneficial to the absorption of protein by pet cats, reduces the generation of ammonia gas in the pet cats and reduces the odor of excrement. The three cat food ingredients comprise coarse fiber-rich ingredients such as alfalfa grain kelp powder and beet, but the coarse fiber-rich ingredients also contain corn starch, cassava starch and the like which cannot be digested by cats, and are helpful for feces formation, but are easy to cause constipation. And the cat is a carnivorous animal, the high-fiber and starch diet does not meet the dietary habit and the nutritional requirement of the cat, the proportion of the meat-based raw materials is reduced by greatly increasing the proportion of the fiber in the cat food, so that the odor of indole, hydrogen sulfide, ammonia gas and the like generated by the fermentation of protein in colon is reduced, and the cat food is contrary to the species habit.
In addition, the cat food (CN 109497322A) for improving the environment of cat intestinal flora comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 14-18% of fresh beef, 2-6% of dehydrated beef, 6-10% of fresh pork, 2-6% of fresh beef liver, 2-6% of fresh pork liver, 2-6% of fresh beef tripe, 3-4% of beef fat, 3-4% of fresh beef kidney, 3-4% of fresh beef heart, 3-4% of dehydrated pork, 2-6% of salmon, 2-6% of fresh eggs, 2-6% of chicken, 2-6% of dehydrated mutton, 3-4% of dehydrated tuna, 3-4% of dehydrated sardine, 1-2% of fresh pork liver, 1-2% of fresh lamb liver, 0-2% of fish oil, 0-2% of fresh lamb tripe, 0-2% of beef cartilage, 8-12% of vegetables, 7-11% of flavoring agent and 3-6% of bovine lactoferrin peptide; although starch is not added, the invention aims to use bovine lactoferrin peptide to replace preservative to protect intestinal health.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a pure meat cat food capable of improving the digestion characteristic of cats and relieving the odor of cat feces and a preparation method thereof.

The preparation method of the pure meat cat food capable of improving the digestion characteristic and relieving the odor of the feces is characterized in that synbiotics consist of a probiotic microcapsule composition and a dietary fiber composition, wherein the probiotic microcapsule composition consists of mixed bacteria microcapsule powder prepared by matching any two of bacillus licheniformis, bacillus coagulans and bacillus amyloliquefaciens and saccharomyces cerevisiae or lactobacillus microcapsule powder; the dietary fiber composition consists of resistant dextrin powder, inulin and vegetable gum according to the formula amount.

2) activating strains: sucking 100 microliters of bacillus licheniformis, bacillus coagulans and bacillus amyloliquefaciens preserved by glycerol into a test tube filled with 10 milliliters of fermentation culture medium, and performing shake culture at 37 ℃ and 200rpm for 16-20 hours;
3) expanding culture of strains: respectively inoculating the activated bacillus into a seed culture medium according to the inoculation amount of 1%, and performing shake culture at 37 ℃ and 200rpm for 16-20 h;
4) high-density co-fermentation: inoculating any two of the expanded bacillus licheniformis, bacillus coagulans and bacillus amyloliquefaciens into a fermentation tank filled with a fermentation culture medium according to the inoculation amount of 5%, wherein the fermentation temperature of the fermentation tank is 37 ℃, the stirring speed of a stirring shaft is 200r/min, and the mixture is fermented for 20 hours to obtain a mixed bacterial liquid; adding glucose, calcium carbonate, bran and isoleucine in the co-fermentation process;
5) spray drying: centrifuging the mixed bacterial liquid obtained by culturing, discarding supernatant, preparing collected thalli into bacterial suspension with equivalent amount of sterile water, adding 8.3% of sodium alginate as a wall material, dropwise adding the mixed liquid into a cooled sterilized 0.20mol/L calcium chloride solution by using a glass syringe, solidifying for a certain time to form microcapsules, filtering to obtain a sample, bleaching calcium chloride residual liquid by using clear water, and washing thalli on the surfaces of the microcapsules by using sterilized 0.85% normal saline to obtain the mixed bacterial microcapsules; adding 2% maltodextrin and anticaking agent, dissolving in sterile water, mixing, and spray drying to obtain mixed bacteria microcapsule powder.

5) embedding: preparing the obtained saccharomyces cerevisiae or lactobacillus into bacterial suspension by using 5 times of sterile water, adding 8.3% of sodium alginate as a wall material, dropwise adding the mixed solution into a cooled sterilized 0.20mol/L calcium chloride solution by using a glass syringe, solidifying for a certain time to form microcapsules, filtering to obtain a sample, bleaching calcium chloride residual liquid by using clear water, washing thalli on the surface of the microcapsules by using 0.85% of sterilized normal saline to obtain saccharomyces cerevisiae microcapsules, adding 2% of maltodextrin and an anti-caking agent, dissolving and uniformly mixing by using the sterile water, and preparing saccharomyces cerevisiae or lactobacillus microcapsule powder by using spray drying equipment.
The formula of the invention is reasonable, synbiotics consisting of three probiotics and three dietary fibers are added, and the final product promotes protein digestion and absorption, promotes intestinal tract peristalsis, accelerates defecation, reduces protein fermentation, simultaneously regulates intestinal tract flora, inhibits protein fermentation bacteria fermentation protein or reduces relative abundance of protein fermentation bacteria, thereby reducing protein fermentation gas production, realizing returning of kittens to pure meat diet, relieving soft stool, regulating intestinal tract, reducing feces gas production, relieving odor and improving feeding environment.

The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings to better understand the technical solution.
Example 1
A preparation method of pure meat cat food for improving digestion characteristics and relieving feces odor comprises the following steps: 56% of fresh chicken meat, 16% of fresh chicken bone meat, 15% of fresh chicken liver, 6% of chicken oil, 3.5% of synbiotics, 2% of vitamin mineral mixture, 1% of lecithin, 0.3% of taurine and 0.2% of rosemary are mixed together, chopped and uniformly mixed for 10-30min, extruded and molded by a meat strip extruder, dried by hot air at 50-70 ℃ until the water content is below 10%, and cut into 4-6mm 3-4mm blocky cat food.
Wherein, the synbiotics comprise 3 parts of probiotic microcapsule composition and 11 parts of dietary fiber composition, and the probiotic microcapsule composition comprises 70 parts of mixed bacteria microcapsule powder and 30 parts of saccharomyces cerevisiae microcapsule powder; the dietary fiber composition consists of 5 parts of resistant dextrin powder, 4 parts of inulin and 1 part of vegetable gum.
The mixed bacteria microcapsule powder is obtained by high-density co-culture of bacillus licheniformis and bacillus coagulans, and the specific preparation method comprises the following steps:
1) preparing a culture medium:
seed culture medium: glucose 1.5%, peptone 1.5%, yeast extract 1%, magnesium sulfate 0.1%, pH = 7;
fermentation medium: glucose 1.5%, peptone 1.5%, yeast extract 1%, magnesium sulfate 0.1%, pH = 7;
2) activating strains: sucking 100 microliters of bacillus licheniformis and bacillus coagulans preserved by glycerol into a test tube filled with 10 milliliters of fermentation medium, and performing shake culture at 37 ℃ and 200rpm for 20 hours;
3) expanding culture of strains: respectively inoculating the activated bacillus licheniformis and bacillus coagulans into a seed culture medium according to the inoculation amount of 1%, and performing shake culture at 37 ℃ and 200rpm for 20 h;
4) high-density co-fermentation: inoculating the expanded bacillus licheniformis and bacillus coagulans into a fermentation tank filled with a fermentation medium at the fermentation temperature of 37 ℃ and the stirring speed of a stirring shaft of 200r/min in an inoculation amount of 5%, and performing co-fermentation for 20 hours to obtain a mixed bacterial liquid; during the 7-8h period of the co-fermentation, the vegetative cell density was increased to 2X 10 by adding 15g/L glucose10More than CFU/mL, adding 1.8g calcium carbonate, 1g bran and 0.1mg isoleucine in 16h of co-fermentation, adjusting fermentation temperature to 40 deg.C, stirring at 250r/min to make spore amount to 1 × 108CFU/mL or more;
5) spray drying: centrifuging the mixed bacterial liquid obtained by culturing, discarding supernatant, preparing collected thalli into bacterial suspension by using equivalent sterile water, adding 8.3% of sodium alginate as a wall material, dropwise adding the mixed liquid into a cooled sterilized 0.20mol/L calcium chloride solution by using a glass syringe, solidifying for a certain time to form microcapsules, filtering to obtain a sample, bleaching calcium chloride residual liquid by using clear water, and washing thalli on the surfaces of the microcapsules by using 0.85% sterilized normal saline to obtain the mixed bacterial microcapsules of bacillus licheniformis and bacillus coagulans; adding 2% maltodextrin and anticaking agent, dissolving in sterile water, mixing, and spray drying to obtain mixed bacteria microcapsule powder.
The saccharomyces cerevisiae microcapsule powder is prepared by embedding saccharomyces cerevisiae bacteria powder, and the specific preparation method comprises the following steps:
1) embedding: preparing the obtained saccharomyces cerevisiae powder into a bacterial suspension by using 5 times of sterile water, adding 8.3% of sodium alginate as a wall material, dropwise adding the mixed solution into a cooled sterilized 0.20mol/L calcium chloride solution by using a glass syringe, solidifying for a certain time to form microcapsules, filtering to obtain a sample, bleaching calcium chloride residual liquid by using clear water, washing thalli on the surface of the microcapsules by using 0.85% of sterilized normal saline to obtain the saccharomyces cerevisiae microcapsules, adding 2% of maltodextrin and an anti-caking agent, dissolving and uniformly mixing by using the sterile water, and preparing the saccharomyces cerevisiae microcapsule powder by using spray drying equipment.
Example 2
56% of fresh chicken meat, 16% of fresh chicken bone meat, 15% of fresh chicken liver, 6% of chicken oil, 2% of vitamin mineral mixture, 1% of lecithin, 0.3% of taurine and 0.2% of rosemary are mixed together, chopped and mixed uniformly for 10-30min, extruded and molded by a meat strip extruder, dried by hot air at 50-70 ℃ until the water content is below 10%, and cut into 4-6mm 3-4mm blocky cat food. The difference between this example and example 1 is that no synbiotic is contained, and other components and proportions are the same.
And (3) testing the nutrient components: the product prepared in example 1 is subjected to a nutritional ingredient test, and the nutritional ingredients of the obtained cat food are shown in table 1:

The products obtained in example 1 and example 2 were compared for palatability, see table 2.

The 30 domestic cats were randomly divided into two groups, and the feeding ratio of the cat fed with synbiotics-containing cat food (example 1) and the cat fed without synbiotics was no different and > 90%, indicating that the palatability of the pure meat cat food was better and that the palatability thereof was not affected by the addition of prebiotics.

Fecal idiotypic class analysis was performed on the collected feces according to the bristol fecal classification method of table 3 (table 4), with example 1 (experimental group) having a normal fecal rate of 80% on the 7 day ration cycle, even 100% on the seventh day, whereas example 2 (control group) has a normal fecal rate of only 40.52% on the seventh day, 73.3% on the seventh day, by feeding the domestic cats strictly on a 7 day ration change. The experimental group cat food can effectively relieve the soft stool rate of pure meat diet, improve the digestion characteristic, avoid constipation and reduce the discomfort of cat intestinal tract caused by diet change.
The response of cat feces gas is shown in the bar chart of fig. 1. The gas response values in fig. 1 may represent the content of their corresponding gases. Fig. 1 shows that, compared with the response value of cat feces gas in the experimental group, the response value of cat feces gas in the experimental group is obviously reduced, especially the response values of ammonia gas, amines, hydrogen sulfide and methane gas are obviously reduced, and the ammonia gas, the amines and the hydrogen sulfide gas are generally gases generated after the metabolic fermentation of protein digestion products by intestinal microorganisms, which indicates that the product in example 1 of the present invention can effectively reduce the odor of cat feces gas.
Examples the composition of the gut microflora (legend corresponds to the histogram top-down color), as shown in figure 2.
