The automatic material drying device mainly comprises a drying chamber, a heating system, a conveying system, a ventilation system, a cooling sterilization system and a control system, and is characterized in that three-stage drying is intensified drying, intermittent drying and cooling sterilization respectively, different drying processes are combined, so that the drying effect and quality of materials are improved, the angle of a guide chute in the conveying system is adjustable, the materials are prevented from accumulating, the drying time and the drying rate of the materials are controlled by matching with a conveying belt, the ventilation system can quickly discharge water vapor out of a box body, the absorption of the materials to infrared radiation energy is prevented from being influenced by evaporation water vapor, and the cooling sterilization system can quickly cool and sterilize the dried materials so as to directly seal bags for packaging. The dryer provided by the invention has the advantages of good drying effect, reduced labor intensity of workers, shortened production period, energy conservation, environmental protection, less heat pollution and capability of meeting the drying requirements of different materials.

According to the invention, the drying temperature in each mesh belt conveyor can be adjusted through the air adjusting valve, and the proper drying temperature can be selected according to the drying characteristics of different materials, so that the materials on the mesh belt conveyor can be optimally dried, but a cooling sterilization device is not provided, the product also needs further processing, and the working procedure is complicated.
