The catamaran 15 includes: two monohulls 1 and a connecting bridge 2, wherein: the single hulls 1 are connected in parallel by connecting bridges 2.

The top of the horizontal beam 6 is provided with a full-revolving crane 8.
The driving device 13 is an oil cylinder 12 which is uniformly powered by a hydraulic pump station and is used for cooperatively controlling the system, wherein: one end of the oil cylinder 12 is connected with the supporting base 4, and the other end is arranged on the sliding track 3 through a bolt and used for pushing the walking gantry crane 18 to move along the sliding track 3.
The sliding track 3 is a T-shaped track, and comprises: a plurality of U-shaped sliding blocks 7.

The working principle is as follows:
as shown in fig. 3, after the wind power installation and removal ship reaches a wind power plant, the tail slot 17 of the ship is close to the jacket base of the wind power generation unit, the relative position of the slot 17 of the ship body and the wind power base is adjusted through the propeller 10, after the ship is in place, the ship can be installed according to the arrangement mode of a fan component by matching the full-circle slewing crane 8 on the walking gantry crane 18 with the gantry crane to turn over or directly hoist to the fan base according to the sequence of a lower tower, a middle tower, an upper tower, a cabin and blades, and two or three towers can be assembled on a deck before the ship is in place, so that the installation time of the fan is shortened.
Compared with the prior art, the device reduces the construction difficulty, reduces the construction cost, can independently complete the installation, the removal and the transportation operation of the wind turbine without an auxiliary ship, greatly shortens the in-place time compared with a pile positioning wind power installation platform, increases the operation window period and improves the operation efficiency.
