The enameled wire is the most representative product of the electronic wire. The enameled wire is a main variety of winding wires, consists of a conductor and an insulating layer, is formed by annealing, softening and cleaning a wire, painting, baking and lubricating for multiple times, and finally enters a wire winding process. In the production process of the enameled wire, the requirement on the installation position of a guide wheel used in the wire-passing process of the enameled wire is high, and the bottom of a groove of the wire-passing guide wheel must be positioned at the center of a wire. The guide wheel installation device used at present only uses a common nut to adjust height and level, is troublesome and inaccurate, and inevitably affects quality and efficiency for production needing to frequently adjust height positions.

After the machine platform is prepared, the four screw rods are fixed at the proper position of the machine platform (or the fixing feet are fixed at the proper position of the machine platform, the screw rods are fixed again), the second elastic element is sleeved on the screw rods, the adjusting nuts are screwed in to compress the second elastic element, then the first elastic element is sleeved, the assembled base is placed on the spring, the screw rods penetrate through the base and are tightened by the plum nuts, and at the moment, the first elastic element is compressed. When the height and the level of the device need to be adjusted, the adjusting nut is firstly rotated to enable the first elastic element to be loosened and still have thrust on the base, at the moment, the rigidity of the first elastic element is reduced, the plum nut can be easily screwed, and therefore the heights of four feet of the device can be adjusted. After the adjustment is finished, the adjusting nut is rotated to enable the adjusting nut to be close to the base, at the moment, the rigidity of the first elastic element is increased due to compression, and the increase of the rigidity can avoid the device from shaking due to external vibration. The location of the bubble in the level is of concern during adjustment to maintain the device level.
The height and horizontal adjustment of the device is additionally controlled by a spring and locked by a plum nut, the left and right directions of the device are adjusted and fixed by the top sleeve, and the horizontal level ruler and the longitudinal level ruler are arranged on the base and used for daily device horizontal condition detection, so that the device has the advantages of simplicity and convenience in operation and accurate adjustment. And meanwhile, the notch is provided with a rolling body, so that the guide wheel is cleaned while the enameled wire is prevented from being off-line. In order to conveniently screw the plum nut for adjustment, the adjusting nut adopts a structure of the double springs and the adjusting nut, when the adjusting nut is far away from the base, the rigidity of the first elastic element is reduced, and when the adjusting nut is close to the base, the rigidity of the first elastic element is increased to avoid the base from shaking.

This example is substantially the same as example 1, except that: the adjusting unit comprises a screw rod 61, a plum blossom nut 62 and an elastic element 64, one end of the screw rod 61 penetrates through the bottom plate 11 to be connected with the plum blossom nut 62, and the elastic element 64 is installed at the bottom of the base 1 and sleeved on the outer side of the screw rod 61. The resilient member 64 is a spring. The circular level 20 is replaced by a transverse level 21 and a longitudinal level 22, the transverse level 21 and the longitudinal level 22 being perpendicular to each other. Preferably, the threaded hole of the boss 651 of the fixing leg 65 may be replaced with a spherical groove, and the bottom of the screw rod 61 is mounted with a spherical rotor rotatably disposed in the spherical groove.
